A very nice hotel that we chose as it's out last over night stay before we reach home. So we spent a little more than normal and it was worth it. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds a comfy and the pillows are just right. The a/c didn't work that well though. We put it on 15 degrees and maximum speed but still it barely lowered the temp at all. The breakfast buffet was very good. Missed signs though that told you what everything was so didn't dare to try some stuff. We came with car with roof box. Max height in their garage was 1.95 meter so we didn't fit. No parking garage around the hotel had higher clearance than 2 meters so we were about to give up. Before we booked we asked the hotel and they did have outdoor space also so an extra plus for that.

The rooms are decent and quite clean, but without space for luggage. The air condition isn't working, which can be an issue in summer in the case the room windows open towards the street. The bathroom is nice and quite clean. The staff is very friendly, but the management seems to be overloaded, since the organisation of the breakfast in Covid-19 times caused waiting time for the breakfast up to 15min without a 2nd coffee. The late start of breakfast made it sometimes impossible to get something to eat, since shops are opening late too and the staff wasn't helpful at all. The quality of the menus in the restaurant have a good standard over average but are boring, like so many restaurants in this town.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are comfortable and facilities in room are good (tea, coffee etc). Bathrooms are a good size although a better shower head (rain shower) would be appreciated. Bathrooms have frosted glass sliding doors (which are not flush to the wall) so you have literally no privacy. Let's hope your family enjoys listening to you when you're in there. Did not try the breakfast - I'm sure it's good but the price is excessive when there are so many nice cafés within 5 minutes walk. Ate at the restaurant for dinner... certainly not bad, but I feel like the quality of dishes is good in theory but in practice not as good as it could be (was still enjoyable though and the staff are very nice). Lastly - air-conditioning in room did not work... Doesn't matter what temperature you set it to, it was just blowing out warm air.

We came from Switzerland & based on the review on Google about the place, but after staying three nights in the hotel, in one hand the hotel had great rooms, but all stopped with the Reception Staff (the lady had a bad day) she mentioned to one of our freinds something we didn't expect to hear from a receptionist to guest in the Hotel Industry business! That would make us never recommend any one to stay in such place (even if it was for free)...

Travelled on business and finished early. Hotel refused to refund extra 2 nights stay. Will not be booking again. Strongly recommend booking elsewhere if on business. Bar fridge in room was faulty, appliances were dated and not compatible with chrome cast for example. There are better options.

Pricey! A bit of touch-up of the facility would help to justify the price (lots of chipping everywhere and substantial amount of chalk residue in the bathroom). Good smoking lounge EVERYTHING in the rooms is labeled with a warning that they will charge you if it’s missing.. at these prices, this feels quite trashy. Very kind staff!

Great hotel, and wonderful location. The Bremen Town Musicians are super close by as well as many restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel rooms are spacious, and extremely clean. Comfortable beds, and a top knot has shower along with robes in the room and toiletries amenities which is always nice. Outlets by the bed, always a plus, and breakfast included! The gym on ground level is nice and spacious as well. Everything you could need; and again very clean. Staff is friendly, and very helpful. Very nice property!

Superb! Much better value than the hotels in Hamburg & I also like the city better. Great choice at breakfast. Room was excellent & well equipped except for not being the most comfy for desk work if you need to get your laptop etc, out. The WiFi was faultless. The reception staff had good English to cover for my terrible German language skill.

Great hotel with lovely rooms and fantastic facilities and location, only downside is the underground carpark which was a pain as my job dictates I leave numerous times a day and despite getting an exit pass for the week twice they never worked correctly

Rooms and location are excellent. Internet connection interruptions make it hard for video calls. The check-in and check-out procedure can optimized from a process point of view, this takes way to much time now: 10-15 minutes.

Really lovely stay in a courtyard-facing room. Very well-appointed and comfortable room, seamless and full suite of hotel services and really helpful team. Excellent location and truly well-run hotel.

I had a wonderful stay , whereby i could indulge in selfpampering.. i got a relaxing massage from Sonia, who is a charming person with gifted hands. Very skillful. 5 stars for her only

Overall really good hotel experience, unfortunately the AC is not working extremely well and so therefore your room could be a little bit warmer than you like especially if you are a foreigner and visiting like me. Excellent location however, and ideal for any activities in the city center. Very short walk to restaurants and bars at the river as well. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pretty good hotel, which is located in the middle of the water tourism center. Near the hotel there are many cafes located along the river. The hotel location is also not far from the business center. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cozy atmosphere.

Nice stylish rooms, location. Breakfast super good a bit pricy though. Bar and barman - outstanding!!! I haven’t tried better cocktails in the last 2-3 years. Just looking how they make it is a real pleasure! ( to compare cocktails in Atlantic Hamburg and 4 seasons next day was just ok) Thank you!!

Very fancy hotel, full of many comforts. Very large lobby with bar where to drink and chat. Large quiet rooms. And last but not least it also has a very good restaurant. I will come again.

A modern well-designed hotel in the heart of Bremen’s old town and near the river. Excellent full breakfast buffet for two was included in the room price. Friendly and competent staff.

Very clean and beautiful hotel in a nice part of the town. The hotel has a pretty big fitness room an a wellness. It is in walking distance to the historic district Schnoor, where you can find plenty of good restaurants and craft shops. While the staff at the breakfast is very friendly and efficient, the receptionists could be nicer.

Nice place close to the city centre. Rooms clean and for the breakfast we had a variety of different dishes to choose.

Customer Service is great. Room was nice and ckean. Very satisfied.

Absolutely splendid, 6-star experience! The hotel is perfectly located with most friendly yet polite staff. My shirt was ironed in 10 minutes when needed, the gym and sauna facilities (actually all of the hotel!) were perfect! Often hotel gyms are too small and somewhere in basement. IN GH Atlantic it is spacious, full of new high quality equipment, has panorama view to the street and is in every way perfect. The standard room was also very large and with panoramic view to the rooftops. Everything fresh and nice, minibar full and many complimentary options (e.g. water, coffee, tea, etc). They also have a nice cigar lounge and lobby area. Again, the location is brilliant - in old town with just few steps to the river bank with more restaurants and pubs. My business contact was staying in Radisson SAS, for example, end he complained his room was tiny. I highly recommend this hotel in Bremen, wouldn't stay anywhere else!

From all of the 4 stars hotels we stayed in during our road tour, the Atlantic grand Hotel was the best. it was the only one that was worth 4 stars because of the sense for details . • finishing of the rooms - impeccable • quality of the body care products - very good • design of the rooms - standing and modern elegant • attitude of the staff – distinguished and helpful the hotel is ideal for a relaxed city trip in combination with the dinner in the restaurant. By the way the maître d’ hotel was top.

I recommend this hotel. It had excellent breakfasts with eggs to order and freshly made leaf tea or ground coffee brought to your table. A rare thing these days. There was a good choice of food in the buffet too. Rooms were clean and all staff were polite and helpful.

Premium quality hotel for business or family tours. The view from the hotel is good but not that much satisfactory. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially the restaurant staffs. Moreover, a great place with a great price.

Great location, cold staffs. At the last day morning, the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking. Can’t believe it was happened in a 4 star hotel.

all staff were kind and friendly. breakfast was so delicious. location was very good. but the room was cold, heating system doesn't heat the room. especially, lights in the room weren't bright enough, I couldn't read my papers at night.
