This sweet little trail is located right off route 24 for easy access. There is a dozen or so parking spaces but no rest rooms, grills, or picnic tables. The trails are clearly marked and are moderately challenging due to roots, mud, logs, and rock ledge that must be traversed. You are never more than a few feet from either rt 24 or the ocean but the sheer amount of natural wonder packed into this little space (we walked a mile loop) is amazing. Battered coastal rock was festooned with glistening white quartz. Earth was covered with leaves and lichen as cedar, birch. maple, and fir trees reach for the sky in a dense tangle. We saw eagles, seals, geese, more birds than we could identify, and even a little deer that day. This is a place to bring the binoculars for sure. This is definitely not handicap friendly and isn't for younger kids as the terrain requires attention to avoid trip and slips. Trails are exceptionally well marked. I look forward to going back.

I took my dog and my roommate for a very gentle hike. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants gorgeous views with just a gentle hike. This is good for beginners.

It’s not an easy trail but the views are worth it. Be careful around tree stumps and some of the grades may be a challenge for less experienced hikers. That said, it’s a nice little trail with lovely views of the water.

A nice hike on easier side of things, just need to be cautious with the large amount of roots on the trail. Trails are clearly marked and the seal rock trail gives great ocean views as you walk it. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Great spot to get some fresh air and take in nature. Parking had plenty of space when I was here but could see it easily getting busy.

This is a great hike, with much of it near the water. While the acreage of the park is small, they make the most of the space for interesting trails. Many of the trails are probably not appropriate for small children, due to some small sections scrambling over rocks, but would work for older kids.

Fun easy loop hike along the shores of the ocean. There are a couple of spots that are a bit technically, so be careful with young children or adults with limitations. I would advise against flip flops. Great place for a rustic picnic. There's an occasional bench and some nice rocks on the water.

We had a rainy day on vacation and all our plans were canceled. When it quit raining, I looked on Google maps that didn't involve hiking on slick wet rocks. This was a strenuous hike, especially wet. But it was gorgeous! We hiked for about an hour and it felt so good to be out and active!
