This place picks and choose who they really want to help (Hispanics) every and anybody else they will just brush you tf off! Do you and your family a favor and do not come here!! The staff is SORRY!! they take their sweet time calling people to the back and miss handles paperwork and prescription. They do not care at all which is sad you choose to take an oath for the well being of your patients. But yet you choose to mistreat and neglect your job duties. This place is pathetic!!!

Went for persistent fever and associated joint inflammation pain. Was asked how long ago my hair loss started (never), had a bunch of arthritis balms given to me (one applied during visit despite reluctance, which stung ten minutes later), had antibiotics prescribed when I couldn’t afford a flu test despite having no other flu symptoms, was given weeks’ worth of steroid samples, and left with no answers.

The doctor is very nice and professional. The front desk personal went above and beyond to make feel welcome as a new patient. They even went step by step for me to be able to understand how my insurance work. Other patients should be more considerate about the staff that work here. They just trying to do they work as fast and a professional manner and be more polite with the front desk people. Thank you hard and keep up the good work.

Very unprofessional the lady at the front desk instantly had a attitude I came to get my son some shots and was asking what I needed to do and telling her what I needed she let me know what I need done she could only do some of it I said okay that's fine she rolled her eyes and said sign in and with the nastiest attitude said yall need a mask but when a Hispanic male came in she told him he needs a mask but offer him one to pay for I feel like if your not going to treat everyone the same you shouldn't work for the medical field even if your at the front desk I would not recommend if your not Hispanic.

Rude staff at front desk had an attitude, told us we needed a mask i asked where could get one from she said to figure it out then i noticed there were other people inside with out a mask asked her why they didnt have to have one and she ignored me never coming here again

Always come here when my primary doc isnt available - bc of accessibility, cost, plus the staff are nice and treat people well. Thank you for all your help thru the years!

Every time I come here all the staff make me feel welcome. The receptionists are very friendly and they do a good job on explaining how my insurance works. The waiting time is a little to long but is understandable because they are under staff. But overall I will recommend it to my family and friends.

The doctors are very good, but the team of nurses who draw the blood are incapable, they were never able to draw my daughter's blood, and my daughter almost fainted, then they put ammonia on her so that according to them my daughter would not feel fainted, I was in front of my daughter and my daughter was not going to faint, please pay attention to this because honestly these ladies are very incapable and it is not correct!!!!! the ladies are called Esperanza C and Ilany S

I took my grandson to get a physical for his medicaid insurance on 7-6-2023. The front desk manager was very kind and understanding of my request. I had to wait for a while, but the overall staff was good. The NP that gave my grandson the check up was very concerning and nice. I received my paperwork needed to sumit for coverage of my grandson. Overall a good visit.

I had a good visit. The doctor and nurses were very kind and professional with their job.I felt very welcome and all of my concerning questions were answered. I highly recommend this place, all you have to do is patiently wait for your turn.

Worst clinic I’ve ever seen, when I went inside the clinic they had so much attitude and they were very rude which also was a terrible experience for me.
