I was working out this morning around 8:10 AM as I usually do; I was using the 30-minute workout space when another gym goer told me - out of the blue- "Ma'am I'm gonna kick out your stuff"; since I did not want to start an argument, I simply moved my belongings and resumed my routine. I cleaned up the machine after I was done and proceeded with the next one and again in a very rude manner, he asked me to leave it because he was going to use it; I told him to wait until my routine was completed. He kept staring at me and obviously I felt harassed by an enraged guy, he then decided to call the manager ( JEREMY) on duty who approached me and told me to stop using the machine without even asking me what the issue was. I gave him the same reply, to wait until I was done with my routine. Needless to say, your manager (JEREMY) humiliated me. I finished my routine and left the area. Before leaving the premises, I did tell your manager (JEREMY) that he was rude and disrespectful when he approached me. After this episode I am seriously considering canceling my membership which I have had since January. The way this particular manager handled the situation was simply unacceptable. He did not ask me what the issue was, he simply took the other gym goer's word who happens to be a White male and since I am Hispanic, he decided to humiliate me. I was under the impression that this was a business in which respect and equal treatment to all was paramount, but I came to learn otherwise today - the hard way, that is.

I have had a membership before. I was less serious about working out at the time but serious now. I like Planet Fitness because there are multiple locations near my house and throughout the country. I also like that they are affordable. Yeah, they don't have a pool or jacuzzi or sauna and such, but I can get that elsewhere. I like the budget friendly with a few perks version...and it is clean, convenient and open 24 hours.

This gym is terrible. The water station has been down more than it has worked. There are so many machines broken. It's always crowded, even well after a normal peak time. The people that go there are lazy and don't put anything back. The staff just hangs out at the front. This is the most toxic gym culture I've ever seen. The people here are ghetto and rude. You'll be in an area working out and some random man will come and stand so close. Every time.

Stopped in to get a quick workout in before heading back to Austin, Texas. This planet fitness is quite larger than I expected. When I pulled up, it was located in the shopping center. I expected it to be a lot smaller. But as soon as you walk in, you notice how large of a scale this planet fitness is. There are plenty of opportunities to get your cardio in with equipment from treadmills to ellipticals bicycles and more. There is a place for black card members for the spa area as well as the 30 minute workout zone. There’s even a training area for quick HIIT training session in. There’s a nice area for you to get your free weight workout in as well as weighted machines. The cleanliness of this planet fitness is up to par. Showers have hot water!! The front desk was especially exceptional! So whether you’re traveling moving into town or just a local this is definitely a planet fitness that is open to anybody!

Small for a planet fitness. Impressive how much equipment they have for a smaller planet fitness. A large amount of the equipment needs repair. See pics. A lot of equipment has similar damage. The staff was friendly enough. I've gone to Planet Fitness' around the country and I'm definitely not impressed with this one.

Overall, I am very impressed with this gym. There are plenty of machines and areas available for you to work every muscle you have. The staff are friendly and helpful. The culture of the gym is commendable. Everyone cleans their station after using it, and for the most part put their weights back (the plate weights in the Ab room are a bit unorganized and all over the place). I removed a star because when I toured the gym with the staff, the womens bathroom was dirty with trash all over the floor. I still signed up for a membership because i dont plan on using the women locker room much. I just need a gym with a lot of equipment to work out. However, I have worked out at this gym twice already and the second time I needed to use the bathroom. The bathrooms were in better condition in this day. Maybe when I had the gym tour, I caught them on a bad day. Other than the women bathroom, the gym itself is very clean.

I had cousins who just recently moved into the area, i invited them to come to this location with me as they could sign up for the highschool pass. The employee Ashylyn, didn't allow them in as they didn't have an id from their new school yet. I usually enjoy this location but certain employees aren't very cooperative or understanding.

I just really wish they would add a sauna or steam room for after the workouts. This is a major selling point for other gym facilities. It has also been the one factor that makes me questions switching to another facility that has a sauna or steam room. Otherwise, I enjoy going to PF. They have the equipment I need. Some equipment was “out of order” for 2 or 3 of the machines.

Could be better. If you are looking to do more than just cardio, you may have to wait longer than usual. There are limited workout machines and it could be difficult to find one to use since some individuals will rather seat on there and take pictures. Fairly clean and decent pricing. You pay a $50+ cancellation no matter when you cancel and you pay a $30+ fee if you downgrade. Just a heads up in case no one mentions it to you. Happy workout y’all!

So far do good. Manager was very helpful getting us signed up. Looks clean and plenty of wipe down stations. Small complaint in there was several machines out of order, but still a good overall experience.

I got several messages from planet fitness advising that I’m behind on my payments. I verify that my monthly payments have been removed from my account…. (As its auto pay) the funds have been removed. I Call the number on the text message only to be told just pay the $57.00 or go talk to the club representative. I go to the gym and inquire about the charges. Show them where the payments cleared my bank. This man tells me, but you didn’t pay the yearly membership on the first of August. Looking in my account I don’t even see the charge. I decided to cancel the membership that re-news on august 1st. Today is August 4th and now I need to pay $72.00 as this will be my balance until paid membership or not. So, we went from $57.00 to $72.00 when the membership is $24.99, and the yearly fee is $41.00. Which is $65.99 total. Never again! This is the second time Second membership it was a problem with auto pay and me owing something that is on auto pay.

The place is fine. I travel all over the nation with my job so I workout at planet fitness in many cities and many states. This planet fitness is as good as any. I do believe I'll keep going here for the next six months while I'm here in Katy. Staff is courteous, professional, helpful and the gym is very clean everywhere.

I travel around the country a lot and for this location to be fairly NEW it’s one of the worst. The men’s locker room is extremely dirty. The showers only provide you with COLD water. I noticed the staff were huddled up at the front desk having fun. I’m never going back. Management is terrible.

The classes are taught by Cody, a knowledgeable trainer who isn't rude about answering questions and wants to help me hit my goals, which is a main motivator for me to actually get in the gym and learn a new way to workout. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean and has plenty of equipment to get a great workout.

Compared to other locations I've been to, this location is the most dirty one I've ever been to. There is always trash and debris on the ground and buildup of dirt and dust in the corners and floor skirting. I also think this facility needs to upgrade their free weight area because it is too small and overcrowded and that's not even during peak hours.

Planet Fitness is a good value. It’s not super flashy. But the equipment is sufficient and they have lots of cardio equipment. The staff is friendly as well.

Excellent staff! Very friendly, approachable extremely welcoming and helpful. I would see Jonathan regularly in the am and it was nice to see a smiling face to start the day! Lots of regulars, everyone is super respectful and just love the setup and vibe here. Black card member perks make all the difference!!!

The manager was amazing helping me with all my questions the employee on the other hand was very rude 😒 he hung up on me and told me I can't sign up at the location that I gotta do it on my phone. If u work out in the am go after 1pm that employee is super rude guys. But the manager very helpful and helped me out with how to do the sign up.

I just joined Planet fitness and I’m beyond satisfied with the experience I’ve received. The club manager, Jeremy, helped out with a small problem I had with my account and was absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 recommend joining this gym ✨

Really great floor plan at this location with a ton of natural light and space! One of my favorite Planet Fitness locations! Thank you Jeremy and Jimi for always being the most welcoming and best guys to speak to at the front desk!
