    Good hotel for the price. It is in a very convenient location right by the airport and the rooms were pretty nice. The rooms are pretty average but they were very clean. The staff were pretty nice as well I had no problems when I stayed. I would recommend.

    I have always used Hilton for my stays either for work or vacay. This visit was a great disappointment. I can tell you the rooms were very clean and other than one incident with a male cleaner that ignored us because “he was on a call.” Pointing to his AirPod. The rest of the cleaning crew were excellent. Now the front desk. They started off great. The front desk person who checked us in was amazing . We showed up early and she scrambled to get our room ready. I never saw her again. We were there 8 nights and all the people in front desk seemed troubled when we approached to ask for waters or to activate the key card since the app was not working. They were constantly on personal calls and were bothered when we approached. Now the location. No security and this place really needs it. There are people living in their cars in the parking lot. Next visit will definitely be Double Tree.

    The stay was actually ok, but when I checked in the man on the reception acted weird and requested to make a copy of my credit card and ID, even tough I booked and already paid via booking, but apparently the booking system was down - that’s what he said. Since it was late I had no other option and decided to stay. Long story short about one month later there were so many unauthorised payments from my credit card in Houston (I already left and while being only one night in Houston, this was the only time, I showed my credit card). Also reached out twice to Hilton Customer Service for a statement, but never received an answer. So don’t stay, super shady place

    Great overall stay. Rooms were clean and large. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Close to the airport but not a short walk to places to eat. Although decent restaurants were a close drive. No other issues during out stay.

    Not a very clean hotel room. Rooms are tiny, small (we had a suite even). Service was ok but lethargic. Breakfast was usual fare, cool, wet, stale, tasteless...the usual "holiday inn" default quality. The hotel is basically on a highway, absolutely nothing but roads and concrete nearby. Price was ok as hotels go but not great either. EV chargers don't work, no fault of hotel but they should be removed as they torture EV drivers. (The chargers next hotel over work just fine). All in all, stay here if you're desperate and have few options. Lower your expectations, all will be ok.

    This hotel was horrible. Stayed at the end of July and the AC in our room was broken - the room was 85 degrees and continued to get hotter. The customer service was unacceptable. No one at the front desk acted like they wanted to be there. They did not recognize us as Hilton Honors members. They were rude. We checked out on the same day we checked in and went to the Marriott at the airport - which was spectacular.

    As a there’s have mentioned shuttle is slow, told 20 min, at 40 min called again, at 60min got a Lyft. (Seems like a unbranded contracted service for the shuttle, even in the morning when I got in without help, the driver was not in any rush). Front desk was apologetic, but not fazed. Property was ok, though cannot speak to the security aspects. Maintenance was lacking though, as the toilet would not even properly flush #1 and property is a little warn out. Breakfast was served late (on the weekend yes, but nothing available even coffee minimally at 7a - in a airport hotel no less). As a traveler every few weeks, this is not the expected brand standards or service levels I’ve come to expect from this HILTON product.

    A decent place to stay not too far away from the airport. Service is good, and the rooms look okay. The couch smelled awful, but everything else was great.
