We didn't really have to wait much to be seated. Initially, we were offered seats at the bar, which we turned down. We were seated in a small room that serves as a pass-through to other areas of the restaurant. Although the picture doesn't show it, the area we were seated was very dimly lit, making it a little difficult to read the menu. Fortunately, I had already looked at the online menu, so I knew what I wanted. We ordered the Fish Tacos, and the Original CHICKEN LUPE, which consists of marinated grilled chicken breasts, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, peppers, and Jack cheese. Also, the Tex-Mex Combination consisting of (1) Enchilada, (1) Taco & (1) Chalupa (all with Beef). The meals were pretty good. We were happy with our choices and left pleasantly filled.

What's not to like about Lupe? It's good food, great atmosphere and superior service. That beef is SO TENDER!! Their prep and marinade in on point!! It's a must stop for us when in Houston.

I Did curbside this time however the rib appetizer is the best. The right amount of spice. And always delicious. My sons quesadilla was good as well. It took a little bit to get through the phone and place order but the guys on the curbside were amazing 😀

My family and I went on a Wednesday night, we ordered chicken flautas, tacos, sangria, pina colada, etc. The food did not take forever to be served, everything tasted really good especially the chicken flautas and pico. The Pina colada was incredible! Best one I've ever had! Even though the food was expensive, it was pretty good and fresh. Some things I did not like: the room was very dark where we were seated, the chairs were too close together, making it hard to sit and get up, the restrooms are in a strange location we had to walk around the restaurant to get to them and the dips for the chips were not that great except for the pico. I'd eat here again but would not order too much food.

Our food was delicious! Service was great, too. Only complaint was the salsa was very chunky, more like pico which I know some people love but we prefer a less chunky salsa.

Place was clean and service was excellent. Beef Fajitas were as good as usual. Would definitely eat there again soon.

Horrible front hosted customer service that is below zero not even a Hi when we walked in, I guess she was the owner? Food was not hot like always. Unfortunately, like always food took forever to come out because they really need help! Our waiter was Nice and tried his best.

Lunch at Lupe: was given the worst location for table, server forgot about us, looked smug, and brought us stuff that wasn't even for our table. We had to ask for our waiter alot. The food was basic Mexican food I could've made at home so therfore overpriced. Lucky for them I was hungry.
