    I wan to give this GYM more than a 100 hundred stars!! This is an amazing place to just love yourself no matter what your size is or what you want to accomplish, ANYONE can come to this place and will improve at your pace and will make YOUR OWN goals come true!! I am truly happy to have found mike and his team everyone is Caring, respectful and “pushy” 😂 sometimes that’s all you need!! That extra PUSH!! Definitely the best place to work out 💪 🔥 I started January 16 2023 it’s been Amazing ❤️

    I’ve been going here since 2018. I wanted somewhere close to home so I can workout and have someone show me how to do things correctly. Push Fitness is such an awesome place. Mike and Marcques are the best trainers I’ve ever had. Mike will always push me to do the exercise correctly to get the maximum benefit. Marcques is fun, dances and keeps the workout challenging but engaging. Members become close and create lasting friendships. Push Fitness has a family like atmosphere. The gym is small and the trainers try to learn everyone’s names. Workouts are in scheduled classes with small groups, but they also offer personal training for additional prices. The only drawbacks are the space is small and can get crowded on weekends and there isn’t the option to just come workout or get on a treadmill when you just need to get a quick simple workout in. But if you are looking to get away from those big gyms and be somewhere you are accepted, challenged and known by name- Push Fitness is the place for you.

    Top tier! Mike, Marques, and Angie are amazing and all have their own unique style of training. You can’t go wrong with any of them! They are constantly pushing, encouraging and challenging you throughout each session. The vibes are always on a thousand and the people who train there are great. In the past three months I have seen and felt such a difference in my overall appearance and energy levels. I would 1000 out of 10 recommend Push Fitness to anyone hands down!

    I have tried multiple gyms but nothing ever tops Push Fitness. The workouts that the coaches come up with are intense but in the best way. You feel so good walking out every single time. The coaches are amazing at what they do and they truly care about your goals and achieving them. Because this isn’t like any other gym, the coaches actually take the time to listen and talk about where you want to be. Mike is the owner and he really pushed me into creating a healthier lifestyle for myself. He made sure I was staying accountable and showing up everyday. I am extremely grateful for this gym and their incredible, dedicated coaches. If you haven’t tried Push Fitness yet, this is your sign!!

    I love push fitness! Trainers are very professional and motivational. The environment is amazing! This gym is great for just about anyone - they provide 1-1, small group and group sessions. The time slots available can easily fit into anyone’s schedule from as early as 5 am to late evening classes. Trainers are educated; correcting forms while explaining why.

    I absolutely love the trainers here at Push Fitness. Whether you attend a class or personal training, you’re guaranteed to get a great experience that pushes you and your body in the best way. Even in a class of 30, Mike & Angie are watchfully attentive and patient with each and every single person. After coming to a few classes, I decided to take my training a step further with small group training that was specialized to my body and fitness goals, and I’m so glad that I did. Angie is so dedicated and committed to her craft that it’s infectious. She teaches you how to focus and isolate the right muscle group for more accurate performance and challenges you to work hard every day. She’s thorough, committed and encouraging. I’m so grateful for this PUSH fam!

    Push Fitness has always been top tier when it comes to self awareness. Not only does coach Mike push health and wellness, but he also implements a stable mindset into all his workouts. Whether that be in a one on one session or group workouts. We all know without the right mindset, it can be hard to achieve the results we want. Thanks coach Mike for always being there mentally and physically!

    Amazing gym with amazing people and real results. When I started training at Push Fitness i was about 200lbs. I am now weighing about 150 and have maintained this weight for a few years now. The support system here is incredible! Thank you to all the trainers at Push! Life changing experience!
