Overall gave this location/visit a 2. We were greeted at the outside door straight away and they held the door and invited us inside. The hostess was friendly. We were sat immediately and given menus. Everything to this point had gone very well, definitely off on the right foot. This is where things went wrong. No server ever came over to take our drink orders. We had to get up and go find a manager who was friendly, apologized and did take our drink order. When a server finally brought our drinks the sweet tea was terrible so we switched it for a Coke. Then another long gap in service before our order was taken. I should mention here that there were many many open tables so they weren't slammed. The server that did take our order was a nice young man who served friendly and helpful. Bread never arrived so we got up again to go ask for bread. For refills we also had to chase a server down. When the food finally arrived it was hot, fresh and correct. Food was quite tasty, no issues there at all. They never offered us dessert (kids actually wanted the chocolate cake and we had agreed to order it) but when they brought the check (we didn't ask for the check) the server did mention that the manager had removed $30 from the total. We never complained or asked for anything to be done with the bill but obviously it was warranted and we appreciated the manager's actions with respect to the bill. Would have appreciated it even more if he'd actually come over and spoken to us or asked about our experience. We'd have been happy to talk to him about it ... But that never happened. We paid the check along with a modest tip and left. Overall the service here was a pretty bad experience and we will likely never go back. The saving grace was that the food was good and the folks we interacted with were friendly (just not very attentive). Absolutely cannot recommend this location to anyone. Stay away.

The service was great with Devon as our server, overall good food. Order your steak less cooked than what you want. The lavender lemonade was superb!

So my review may seem a bit weird that I'm rating it a 2 star, when I gave the service and atmosphere high marks. Our server was super nice, and the other server that was helping him was also. The problem came when we were receiving our drinks and the server spilled a whole soda on my wife. He was really apologetic, but it sort of set the mood for the rest of the night. Ordered my son a cheeseburger and fries and they brought him out a baked chicken with fries, so had to send that back and wait for it to come out. I ordered a bone in ribeye and well I think I had about 1/4 inch of bone in my steak as you can see from the picture. The food was nicely seasoned and I didn't complain about possibly having the wrong steak. There was a ton of meat, although the steal was pretty thin. They were nice enough to give us 50% off the meal and also a free dessert. I really feel bad giving 2 stars because like i said, the food was good. It was just multiple mistakes that basically knocked down the rating, with the spilled drink on my wife being one of the highest factors. I'm willing to give the place another shot, I'm sure it probably was just a bad night for us here is all.

Our waitress Kee was so awesome! Our food was really good too and we didn’t have to wait too long. Kee got our order just right and had the best attitude! We will come back for sure when on this side of town again.

Kee was very kind, making sure we were attended too without interrupting date night. Would definitely come back to see Kee again!
