I recommend you should visit this place whenever you have time. Their Banh Mi is delicious and crunchy, the boba drink or smoothie have many flavors where you can adjust sweet level. Everything is great, even the place is clean and calm atmosphere!!

This was my first time trying this local tea and sandwich spot. I really like the clean and modern environment inside. I ordered the matcha smoothie with a bulgogi bahn mi. The matcha smoothie I was not a fan of, the matcha jelly texture was not something I’m into. The drink itself was ok. The bulgogi bahn mi bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor and taste of the sandwich was ok. Overall a nice spot to visit if your in the area and want to fill your tea and bahn mi cravings.

My family and I love this place! Every time we walk inside it smells great and it’s always so clean. The vibe inside is so relaxing even while waiting for your drink you get to relax in comfy chairs. The workers there are always very nice and helpful. The drinks are amazing! Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu!

Coconut coffee, taste like regular milk. No coffee in it. My chocolate chip iced blend only has 4 pieces of chocolate chips. Drinks don’t look like pictures.

The atmosphere is absolutely adorable! During every new season they celebrate it with amazing new drinks that I loooove. (Please for the love of god, try the pumpkin spiced latte during fall 😭)

I asked for a less watery smoothie and I was given this basically strawberry flavored milk with big ice chunks I’m on my lunch break so didn’t have time to ask for a refund this is ridiculous my money was wasted!

It is such an amazing cute boba shop. The employees have the best service, I definitely felt welcomed right when I walked in. The crème brûlée is not like any other place I’ve tried and it pairs so well with oat milk green tea! Would come back everyday if I could!
