    This place is by far THE WORST wingstop establishment there is. I placed an order and the night supervisor or whatever he was, should not be working in retail/customer service. He was rude, and displayed utter ignorance towards the customers. Why he works there I'm not sure because he failed miserably at counting. This store charged me for 7 wing orders but only gave me 6. I called twice, he placed me on hold and then hung up on me (intentionally). The 3rd time I called he placed me on hold and when he came back to the phone he proceeded to argue with me that he was right in that he counted all orders. I had absolutely no reason to steal a wing dinner from this place, but i know for a fact that I only had 6 orders in my bag when I got home and was charged for 7. He told me there was no managers' name that he could give and that corporate would have to handle my issue. I called corporate and sent 2 emails to corporate with no response. Basically this Wingstop robbed me of my money. DO NOT....PURCHASE FOOD FROM here. And if you do, be sure to triple check your food because some of the employees skated past their interview and fooled the HR department as if they were capable of working in customer service.

    I sent my employee to pick up my food, and when she received my food there wasn't no ranch dressing inside the bag. The cashier and the manager said I didn't pay for the ranch. What do you see on my receipt??? FYI Ran stands for Ranch .79 I'm just saying. So, Where is my money?? It's not about the .79 the point is, I want what I paid for.. Learn how to read your own receipts.

    I wish I could be making this up. I get 2 10 pieces. The 10 piece hot. Yea he first wing I pick up. Has a hair on it. Not a big deal I pick off the hair. I pick the very first fry and there is a hair in the fries too. Man and they excuse is that they all have there hair up.

    Just picked up two of the new chicken sandwiches. It was a 35 minute wait. One of the sandwiches had a tiny piece of chicken and the other one had a chicken breast three times the size of the other one. Of course not every chicken breast is the exact same size, but they should at least be in the same size range. Can't believe they sold a chicken strip size piece for the same exact price as a huge chicken breast. Total rip off and they forgot the pickles as advertised, zero pickles on either of them. Fries were badly burnt. We won't order this again.

    The flavors were incorrect. They gave me bone in instead of boneless. When you go to pick up your food, you will notice the store is disgusting from inside. It is not clean. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

    For months I've been coming to this wingstop stop never had a horrible experience then today the wings are overdry and per dry and the new thighs that are selling are are over overcooked why do you sell something if it's over cook never again

    I always do my orders online, and when I walk in for pick up, I am always greeted with the friendliest welcome. The last couple of times I have done pick up, Cody has always been my cashier. I have to say, his work ethic, manners, customer service are ALWAYS phenomenal and above and beyond. He is the reason I will always choose the Woodforest location. I want to thank Cody and his team for the best Wingstop my family and I have ever eaten.

    Ordered online and got to the location after my app said pickup ready. Got to the location (maybe 1 person in line) took over an hour to receive my food after arriving at the location. What’s the point of ordering ahead just to get to your location and have to wait an additional hour. 4 workers in night shift just standing around

    Love this place ! It was along time since I had wingstop , I went here yesterday and had a good dinner time . The food was really good and workers were nice and friendly too❤️ I’ll be coming back 😄!!

    I Love this location!!!! They always have my food ready on time. All of the workers I’ve come into contact with are friendly, respectful, and helpful. They greet me as soon as I walk in the door and are always polite. Customer service as a whole has declined over the years so when I find a place that has great customer service I’ll support every time. There’s another location closer to me, but I will come to this one specifically for the prompt and friendly service.

    Cleanliness yeah ..no........food quality no. What is going on with your fries???? They used to be the best inbthe business the seasoning was amazing its no longer the case... seasoningis just salty fries limp and the wing so small who's wing are they quail Cornish hen wings?? Not chicken wings they raise tiny chickens if they are . Yall have slipped not jist this one but all wingstops...quality is slipping.......

    Super bad service I ordered my food and it took them more than 30 mins to make it and my app said completed when i went to pick up all employees where just talking and laughing like a hangout and yet my order wasnt ready i would give a 0 star to this location at woodforest

    I ordered take-out. My food was hot and good. This is my favorite hot wing spot!!! Try the rolls. They are so delicious. Don't forget the ranch. The fries are very good too.

    Order was cold, smelled funny, portions of fries were small, flavors were incorrect. The only thing that was perfect was the celery. When I called, customer service was rude. Proceeded to tell me I must not know what the chicken was supposed to taste like or what a rub is. When I asked for a manager, there was not one available. Never ordered from there again

    Service here is the worst. For a wingstop that doesn't offer dine in and they still can't answer phones for call in orders. No wonder everyone around here goes to the one on Wallisville.

    Finally a wingstop who got my order just how i wanted them THANK YOU GUYS!!!! Crew on Sep 14 at night thank y'all right amount of parmesan the wings actually crispy AND the soda wasnt flat
