My
experience

horrible,
I
signed
up
for
the
gold
club
membership
which
is
around
$35
a
month.
They
charged
me
18.94
twice
a
month,
yesterday
on
June
7th
I
noticed
they
charged
my
card
over
$38.
1
payment
is
due
at
the
end
of
the
month
and
the
other
payment
is
due
in
the
middle
of
month,
they
already
took
$18.94
out
at
the
end
of
May
so
why
did
they
charge
my
card
again
on
the
7th,
I
called
the
front
desk
to
ask
about
this
unknown
charge
and
she
told
me
they
charge
a
$9
late
fee,
it
was
actually
a
$19
late
fee
and
I
asked
to
speak
with
management
she
said
he
was
not
there
and
would
be
present
in
a
hour.
A
hour
passed
so
I
called
back
and
management
was
still
not
present,
I
asked
the
front
desk
about
the
$19
fee
and
she
told
me
that
my
bank
charged
me
a
$19
late
fee
so
I
called
my
bank
and
the
bank
told
me
that
they
did
not
charge
a
$19
late
fee
and
that
they
lied
to
me,
I
put
stop
payments
on
all
of
the
payments
that
they
will
try
to
debit
from
my
bank
account
in
the
future
because
they
told
me
it
would
be
$100
to
cancel
my
membership
plus
they
could
not
account
for
this
unknown
charge.
Don’t
let
them
tell
you
that
you
can’t
cancel
your
membership
without
paying
$100
just
call
your
bank
and
put
a
stop
payment
on
it,
After
putting
a
stop
payment
on
it,
the
lady
at
the
bank
told
me
to
be
careful
because
they
are
known
for
changing
there
name
of
there
company
to
get
there
money
which
is
giving
me
scam
vibes,
I
never
experienced
anything
like
this
in
my
life.
They
are
crooks
and
scam
artist,
I
suggest
you
get
a
membership
with
24
hour
fitness,
very
nice
and
calm
environment.
Staff
are
understanding
and
very
helpful
also
has
childcare
services
while
you
work
out.
