Extremely disappointed. Walked in to the store with my husband and two sons in search of a Astros Jersey for my husband. Immediately got racially profiled and stereotyped! Loss prevention and employee started to follow us through the store. I immediately felt very uncomfortable but also wanted to stand my ground . I took my son to the restroom and immediately a security went inside and checked bins as if I walked in with something. Before walking out my husband noticed a shirt he liked but as we were getting close to the exit I immediately noticed an employee was being told to turn on or make sure magnet detections were on. This is not the first at this store but is the LAST! I will escalate this to corporate as this needs to be a learning experience to their employees. I am a medical employee and walked in in scrubs and a hospital T-shirt coming from work very upsetting that I get profiled just on my race and clothing! I will not go to this location again!

Great selection,great customer service and easy returns. Returns are hassle free. I love the shoe selection and ease of shopping versus a crowded mall.

Ashley and Martin are very hard workers and gave the very best customer service. Wow........ this place is amazing. It has everything you need for the right price. I haven't seen a store like this since Academy. And this door is better than Academy. It is so clean in here and so nice. They have everything here anything you need that deals with sporting they have it. You cannot go wrong with this place. The staff here is so nice and helpful. I was buying a curl bar and they didn't have no more and the employee said let me go check in the back. I am so thankful he did because he found some more curl bars in the back. That really helped me and prevented me from making a blank trip. I recommend you come check out this place for your little league season.

I went into the store to have 2 golf clubs regripped. Phong waited on me, was very helpful & friendly. He immediately took care of the job & I was out of the store within 15 minutes. Phong does an Awesome job!

Went today to buy shoes with my mom. Everything was expensivr and the staff was inattentive with an empty store. I guess Internet will take over retail at this pace...

It was ok. Sales people are just go fetch people. Bought some Hoka shoes, they go get them hand them to you and walk off. Service is gone at all stores.

Stopped by for a quick present and found out I was overcharged for the item. I'm returning today or tomorrow to plead my case with management!!!!

First time in any of the stores and ended up in 3 of them in a span of 3 hours! The 3 stores were Summer wood, Deerbrook Mall and Willowbrook. The stores are all similar in appearance inside and outside, all laid out pretty much the same, organized and with lots of room to move about. I was on the search for 5 certain things and their website indicated each store had a limited amount in stock but in reality, only the Deerbrook Mall store had one of the items I needed. Every store gave me the same excuse that their database hadn't updated the actual inventory and they apologized. The other issue was I had a tough time tracking down an associate to help me. Other than those two problems, I would probably be back if my regular Academy store didn't have what I needed.

Do not waste your time with Dick’s. I ordered over $200+ worth of items from this merchant and no one would respond or give me my money back. I was told to file a police report which I did and told there was nothing they can do. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not stop until I get my money back. I’m commenting on every Dick’s and will be contacting corporate or whoever . Shop at your own risk.

Great places with a huge variety of clothing and sports types products. It's a little expensive

6/25/2023: I have come here twice already and both times I have been helped with great service. My last visit I was using a e-gift card claim through their insurance warranty they provided when I bought a fishing pole for my godson. Claim was quick and received e-gift card credit within a few minutes after finishing claim. I used the e-gift card to replace a new fishing rod. They didn't have the fishing rod that supposedly stated online that they had on stock, but employee Miguel was able to price match a similar fishing rod. I ended buying more stuff just because I felt like I was being taken care of. He also manages to refill the fishing reel with new string after purchasing it. This place is close by and I would recommend this store if you need any sporting good items....great service!. Please Like, Share and Follow for more #JaysTrueRatings. I wish I had taken pictures share....next time. Please is well organized too.

I loved the customer service here! Also the store was very clean and organized. Overall, I would come here again for all my Under Armor gear as their selection is amazing!

All shoes are not my size . Its difficult to find size12.5 in shoes thats normal shoes jesus they make ridiculous shoes with no purpose no a days . Just make a normal running shoe that you can also wear to church whats is hard to make a normal shoe ..

Manny had fantastic customer service and he was very knowledgeable of their products.

Was greeted when I walked in, but getting someone to help was difficult. I rang 2 different buttons and nobody came. Ended leaving the load of clothing and walked out from frustration.. it was bad enough that the girls and boys clothes were on opposite sides of the store. The layout didn't make sense.

Miguel and Manny were great! I enjoyed my time shopping and they had some good deals which made it even better! Thanks to all that were helpful here.

The store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, always available when we needed them. Very happy that they honor military with a discount (10%) and great prices overall anyway!

Great store they had the thinner sports socks I was looking for my son in tee-ball. Friendly associates and not busy when I went so very quick service. I called ahead of time to see if I should make the trip from Baytown for a bat and they were able to make sure it was in stock. FYI the store is next to Burlington so have the navigation to take you there, I'm glad I happened across it bc Google maps was trying to take me somewhere else 😅.

Always a good move. Good deals, good prices. Team sports is always fully stocked. The customer service isnt as good as it used to be when my wife worked there...but i have confidence that they'll pull it together under the proper leadership

Went to purchase a range finder/GPS for golf. The salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Khalian was so helpful. I was looking for a Nike hoodie and she went out of her way and found me one in the back. Need more people like her. No one wants to help these days and she was super helpful and sweet. She deserves recognition.
