Go elsewhere, this isn't the place to spend your money. I went in yesterday with my fiance. We had money in hand to purchase a wedding band and diamond. After spending an hour and a half picking everything out we go to the register to pay for it. I'm informed that the price tag on the ring is wrong and that the diamond will be an extra $1,000. I'm then told that all 5 rings I looked at had the wrong price. I said you have to honor the price on the tag. The sales rep said his manager said no. I was able to see the text he recieved and it said "Let her go, I'm trying to make money" When you are ready to spend several thousands of your hard earned dollars on a ring you want to be able to trust the company you give your money to. This isn't it. You should know that the price on the tag is the price you pay.

Wonderful staff. Exemplified knowledge, patience and awesome customer service. I went back and forth on a ring purchase and they walked me through each visit and step of the process. Stopped by to get my engagement ring cleaned up and although it was bought at the Memorial City store, they were very nice and provided a prompt service. Employees are exceptional and welcome guests with a smile on their face.

This is my second time I’ve been to this location. They are really nice and always happy to help. I had some trouble with my engagement ring unfortunately but they are a handful of help. They also suggested to clean, polish and dip my ring. I love this service. Location is always wonderfully clean and organized.

Yvonne, Justice, and Jacqueline provide the ultimate service! The staff at this location is always amiable, however, this was my first run in with this tag team. Yvonne was first to help me when I went in to pick up my repair. And when I had an issue with it she called Justice over for a quick resolution. While Yvonne & Justice were handling my repair, Ms. Jacqui stepped in to answer my questions about some items. Her friendliness is infectious. This Zales Outlet location is the best! I’ve been to multiple and this one has the best staff and selection by far. Everyone is so kind and easy to talk to. I like that they don’t pressure you into buying anything, unlike other jewelry stores I’ve been to. I had my ring cleaned by Justice today and he did a great job!

Gina assisted me with my issue of my ring being broken I thought it wasn’t gonna be repairable multiple places said it wasn’t gonna be able to fix but but she was able to repair it and made it look good as new. She had great communication and outstanding service definitely will be coming again.

I love coming here! For sure my husband does to!!! The staff is always super nice and friendly. They aren't pushy sales people. I've gotten several items from here! I've never had an issue when it comes to asking them to clean my rings or exchange my earrings. Totally recommend this place to friends and family. Zales some may day it's not like the bigger jewelry stores but I would totally shop here over any of the others. I prefer honest friendly sales over stuck up pushy sales people.

Ask for Jessica or Ruben. These two will go above and beyond and give exceptional service. Had to send 2 rings to be resized and a tennis bracelet cleaned. There was a rush in the order so we could have our rings back in time for our engagement party. They did everything in their power to ensure we had our rings in time. It’s the day before our event and Ruben, being the great person he is, went to pick them up for us and we had them in time. They worked together to make it happen. Forever grateful for their amazing and exceptional customer service.

Told me price to resize my ring was over 400 dollars. I had it resize for 120 at a different place. Tried to tell me I had to pay 200 for adding gold to thicken band. Other place said that was a lie

This place has been an awesome experience! I recently purchased my 25th year upgrade wedding set and had to have it shipped out to get it sized! Due to the snow storm we had here in Texas I expected some delay. When I called and spoke to Stephanie she jumped right in to make a call to the repair shop and will now have my ring back in time for my anniversary event! She made a phone call and it made all the difference! She could have read the date that was in her system but she went the extra mile to help me. Instead of receiving my ring after I renew my vows I will receive it in time to have it when I renew my vows! Thank you so much Stephanie! Phenomenal service! My fiance came in alone and spoke with Marcus, whom went above and beyond to not only make the experience of purchasing wedding bands pleasurable, but he was honest and thorough. Sales rep didn’t listen when I repeatedly explained several times did not want to send my ring for resizing, but just wanted my finger sized again due to weight loss and my ring cleaned as I have a warranty. She said sorry for misunderstanding then still proceeded to say she was sending ring then when I said no I just explained I don’t want that and she handed it back to me dirty and said anything else I can do for you? I said yes I asked if I could get it cleaned and she leaves for ten seconds and brings it back to me STILL DIRTY. I was so flustered I just said thank you and left. Have NEVER had any issues or such poor customer service from location on 249 near spring cypress. Sorry you weren’t going to make a commission off of our interaction today I guess ??!
