Employees always helpful and nice. They take the time to answer all your questions. They have some wonderful products in stockroom and has healthy treats for your pets. They have a coffee fundraiser and the coffee is AMAZING. They are a little expensive but well worth the price for service

I just love coming to Pet Supplies Plus in Cypress. It's nice to have a place just around the corner to get supplies for my little zoo at home while I am trying to juggle being a real estate agent and a mom! Everyone is always so kind and they always offer to help with transferring the heavy bags into my car. Keep up the good work!!

Friendly and welcoming staff! I was able to find a product I hadn’t been able to find at any other pet store. They carry quality products and staff are readily available to help you. They also have a grooming salon where I was able to schedule an appointment for my pup. Prior to my visit I was hopping from one pet store to another, only to find that this store had everything I need. I’m definitely coming back!

I enjoy shopping here for food & supplies. However, grooming sucks! I brought my dog here twice and he comes home smelling like he did when he left home. I firmly believe that he is not being bathed. I was told that I would have to request deodorizer. WTH!? I have taken him 2 other places and he has come home smelling adorable, and never did I have ask for him to be deodorize. I guess it’s true that “you get what you pay for.” Well, looks like I’ll be paying the higher price and taking him back to Cute to the Bone. Honestly, I feel as though some of the employees are racist.

I love coming here! They always have what I need for my fur babies and everyone that works there is so nice and very helpful. I love how it's never too crowded so I don't get overwhelmed like at Wal-Mart or the grocery store. I always come here for all my fur babies needs. I highly recommend this place! They really do love animals!

Area is a little rough but the store and staff is nice. The curb side pickup helps a lot but it really is worth going inside because you might find some deals.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. I’ve always given my phone number at check out thinking I would get some sort or reward or discount. I’ve NEVER received a single discount. Today I was told that giving your phone number at check out has nothing to do with rewards. Note to everyone- ask about their rewards program or go to another store for less expensive food. Just lost a customer.

Every single time I have gotten fish at the Cypress location on 529, they are always unhealthy. I have a large tank w/beautiful fan tail fancy gold fish. Healthy stable tank. All this fish came from Nemo and Friends. 4 days ago I made the mistake and purchased 2 young gold fish that were in a tank alone. I got 1 brown bug eye fish, young fish. That fish was covered in ICK within 2 days. It has now spread to the 2 bug eye fish I had. I did a water change 1 day prior to putting these fish in my tank. I had the flush that fish to get it out of the tank. I will be so mad if I loose any of my mature fish. This store needs to stop selling fish!! The other location doesn’t. The kids working there are uneducated in fish. I should have learned my lesson. Why would I ever consider going back!!!! Do not shop at this store for any living creatures!!

Very convenient location. Used to travel 30 mins 1-2 times a month for dog food. This location is super close! Only down fall is the brand of dog food I get is more expensive than when I travel 30 mins to my usual spot I get dog food..

I come here all the time! Great place to wash your pet. Came in today to get a beta fish and Hunter was so helpful and informative. Amazing customer service❤️.

Great customer service terrible quality of fish!!! They don’t quarantine or Medicaid before sale. Everything ended up with Ike, I now have hospital tanks set up because the 2 days in methylene blue wasn’t enough. 😬🤷‍♀️ buy fish at your own risk.

I love this place for all my fur baby needs! They have so many varieties of food, toys and anything else you might need. And occasionally you can buy your favorite foods for your fur baby at a 25% discount!

Maggie had an awesome grooming appointment with Tiffany! Tiffany was great with Maggie and she explained how well my dog was during the appointment, her condition and how best to treat Maggie’s deshed process. Tiffany was caring, professional and friendly. Maggie and I had a great experience with Tiffany!

Really disappointed in the direction this store is going. I used to love this place. We often used the bathing/dog wash station but it has recently gone so downhill. It's always dirty upon arrival and they have begun watering down all the soaps to the point there is next to no shampoo. Then recently doubled their prices to use the station. They also removed some of the products they used to stock in this station. Tractor Supplys grooming station is cheaper and doesn't water down their products. Pet Supplies Plus has officially lost a customer.

Overall I like these stores I've been to three different ones now. Each are independently owned. I went there looking solely at fish nothing else. They had a few fish but nothing that any other store doesn't already have. But they are clean some of the prices a bit high on food and such but I was only there for the fish. They offer grooming for dogs and all sorts of other tail Wags & Wiggles. I recommended if you're on a pinch and needed your food now or just want to browse around cuz they're always real clean and friendly.

The only pet store that regularly has the food I need for my fur babies (special urinary tract wet food). I've ordered delivery several times and they are quick to get me my order. I even ordered late one night, not expecting it to arrive until the next day, but within the hour it was at my door. Awesome service! UPDATE: They've been out of a flavor of the food I buy several times, but still excellent service when I order delivery or pickup.

(Summary at the bottom.) [*The Peter Principle* observes that employees rise up through a firm's hierarchy through promotion until they reach a level of respective incompetence.] The manager, David S., doesn't do his job appropriately and doesn't follow contracts. He gets paid to do nothing but play around on his phone in camera blindspots, neglect his employees while failing to do his own tasks and complete basic communication, then lies about it whilst acting as though everyone else does what he does: Zilch. Zip. Zero. Nada. Nothing. The store ran better while he was absent. Not even kidding, with items being restocked/recounted after MONTHS of failure on his part. On top of that, he failed to comply with a signed ADA agreement. Literally EVERY aspect of it. (Sadly enough, this was predicted by my paralegal friend. I just typically have hopes that people aren't this twisted despite experience telling me otherwise. You'd think I'd learn to trust less than I already do.) It'd be cool if the owners could hire someone who can be both respectful of others and do the job but they also take part in indecent behavior through their failures from hiring good managers to truly knowing their customers wants/needs (If your employees carry out some items but not all, it's because a customer said "no". Nobody is going to force a customer to let them take items out to their car just because it's a service you offer. It is an OPTION. That whole "take it out anyway" meeting was creepy from and employee AND customer perspective). The previous manager was a known for being accepting of only certain demographics while the current literally did the minimal amount of work and leaving it to the people who aren't paid enough to do HIS tasks. Store's great, *most* of the employees are nice (some are "ironically" snakes), the animals are usually well taken care of, but if you work here under Mr. Smith, expect to be neglected either directly or by his failure to accomplish even some of the simplest managerial tasks /requirements. I'm not the only one with this bitter sentiment about Mr. Smith, from what I've heard amongst staff. He is undoubtedly the single BIGGEST reason the store doesn't run almost perfectly. He holds everyone and everything back with his apathetic, chauvinist, manipulative, and hypocritical bs. Basically just reaffirming everything I've every experienced from men just like him. I sincerely hope one of the younger, more qualified, and respectful employees take his place, as is how *progress* works. This place was the best, but it won't be again until there is a genuine human being(s) in charge. Until then, I want him to feel every bit of pain and stress he put me through for what felt like his sick amusement. Months of this all because he can't communicate. I could go into much further detail but making sure what I know is at least public helps in place of going through the effort/cost of legal action in America. Such is Hell. ⭐❌❌❌❌ To summarize, there is a pattern of bigots in charge so make sure not to be disabled, LGBT+, or anything of the sort whether you are customer or staff. I *loved* this store despite the price gauging and the hoops you had to jump through for decent prices because they weren't like Petsmart and Petco in that they're going to shove garbage down your throat that hurts your pets. Not anymore. Anyway, thanks for the trust issues PS+ Cypress. This was the most emotionally strenuous job I've ever had even above wedding venues and fast food.

First time taking my puppy to get her nails trimmed and filled. I want to say that everyone that works in the grooming department was wonderful! Even as I watched them with other dogs, they treated them like babies. Very sweet and caring. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable about what is good for your fur baby. Definitely will be coming back
