    Delivery: I spent $33 on my order and this is how my fries and my sons fries were delivered cold and half full. Also I ordered a market salad that also was not great in taste. There was a minimal amount of blue cheese and my strawberries were not fresh. I didn’t mind the fries not being warm that was expected but to serve someone son like this was a slap in the face. The manager reached out via email and offered me an order of fries. I would expect McDonald’s to resolve this matter this way. Chick-fil-a needs to have better customer service and refund your customers to keep your ratings and customer satisfaction. I will NEVER get anything delivered from this location.

    First time visiting this location while out running errands and was very disappointed. I ordered a medium fry and a Market salad. I was given a carton full of crumbs and literally 6 waffle fries. To top it off, the salad had old withered lettuce, spoiled strawberries and filled with lettuce stems. Sad to say, this location makes the staple look bad. And the female cashier was not friendly but rather robotic. I will not be returning to this location.

    Pleasant experience here. I came a few times to give a fair assessment. I only took away a star because the staff could be more friendly/engaging when comparing to other Chick•fil•As. Also, once when asking for well done fries, I received regular cooked fries. Other than that, everything was on point, service was fast, the dining area was clean to sit in!

    I hate writing this review, but it's only from a customer service standpoint. This is my favorite location, and we frequent it here often. Unfortunately, I do have to post my first negative customer service experience. I purchased a kid meal and an adult meal combo, but they forgot the fries for both. I didn't find out until I got home. My 6 year old, who wasn't feeling well and had to be kept home from school, was in tears. They finally got the fries added, but if they make a mistake like that, they should apologize and offer a courtesy item. If the customer doesn't want it, that's on them, but as a customer, it should be offered to show their appreciation for your business. We'll be back, of course, because we love it here, but hopefully this is taken as a training experience to improve customer service skills.

    Great food, great people, clean and fast most of the time. I have Been going there for years and they are always working hard to give the best service and the best food. Definitely recommend them won't disappoint.

    Poor Customer service by the manager “D” . Ordered through the drive-through window, got home and realized they forgot to put my yogurt parfait in the bag. I called and spoke to the manager, her name was D. she refused to send a car to my home to bring me what her staff forgot to place in my bag. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

    I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. Even though we can no longer give special instructions on the app, the staff are able to communicate my request when I'm there to get my order. I truly appreciate the friendliness of the staff!

    This location is inefficient and obviously incapable of managing a small catering order. I was scheduled to pick up 1 small tray of chicken tenders and 2 cool wrap boxes @ 4:15p...no later 4:30pET. It has been 45mins and the order is still not ready. I would NOT recommend this location for Catering Service!
