hate
writing
this
review,
but
it's
only
from
a
customer
service
standpoint.
This
is
my
favorite
location,
and
we
frequent
it
here
often.
Unfortunately,
I
do
have
to
post
my
first
negative
customer
service
experience.
I
purchased
a
kid
meal
and
an
adult
meal
combo,
but
they
forgot
the
fries
for
both.
I
didn't
find
out
until
I
got
home.
My
6
year
old,
who
wasn't
feeling
well
and
had
to
be
kept
home
from
school,
was
in
tears.
They
finally
got
the
fries
added,
but
if
they
make
a
mistake
like
that,
they
should
apologize
and
offer
a
courtesy
item.
If
the
customer
doesn't
want
it,
that's
on
them,
but
as
a
customer,
it
should
be
offered
to
show
their
appreciation
for
your
business.
We'll
be
back,
of
course,
because
we
love
it
here,
but
hopefully
this
is
taken
as
a
training
experience
to
improve
customer
service
skills.
