This place is unique and very convenient. It's next to the Capital City Mall. The owner is super nice! They have a great service. If you have any questions, they have an answer for you. Like the name said Yum Yum Mini Pancake, they sells mini pancakes! They are super good! You can get them plain or with the toppings if you like. You can also get a street corn any style. They're super yummy! They also have churros and comes with sauce in the side. They also have ice cream, sodas, chips, fresh made drinks, sweet treats. If you're in the area, please make sure to stop by and check this place out! Will definitely come back for more corns and pancakes!!

Found this little gem of a store after my kids begged me to take them to it. I loved the Mexican Elote and the kids devoured mini pancakes. They had Horchata and other fresh drinks. Will definitely be back!

First time visitor. I stopped in and ordered a plate of mini pancakes with toppings to go. Everything was perfect. I just wished she put the box inside of a bag to keep it warm. By the time I got home (5-6 mins away), it was no longer warm. I felt like if it was inside of a bag, it would have held the heat a little better. It tasted excellent and we will be returning to try some other items!

SUCH a cute little spot, very warm and inviting! The owner and employee that was there were so nice, and I'm definitely going back the next time I want some ice cream. I got a bubble waffle with chocolate ice cream, mazapan, and dulce de leche. FANTASTIC! Also tried the street corn, I'm never going back to regular corn, SO GOOD! I will bring all my friends here.

This is such a cute and unique place!! Their food is always soo good and you can tell its hand made! Got the mini pancakes and they were divine!! Highly recommend if you want some delicious food with a nice atmosphere!

Yum, Yum Mini Pancake Bar has been our go to spot since a coworker told me about it. There are so many fun activities for children and families throughout the year and the owner, Lupe is such a gem 💎 My favorites have been horchata lattes, taiyaki ice cream, & the Mexican street corn🌽 You will find everything from Mexican Street Food to Artisan Art. The community of creatives and culture alike are a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the costume contest during dia de los muertos & learning more about Mexican culture & traditions. 10/10 would recommend and dine again!

Took my kids here this past weekend on 12/03/2023! Many things to choose from! My girlfriend and I got 25 mini pancakes with chocolate ice cream and nutella drizzle with fressh strawberries and banana. This was delicious and definitely big enough for two adults to share. My one son got a bubble waffle sundae, which left him quiet the whole time, which means he loved it. My other son got a mexican street corn cup, and he said it was amazing. My daughter got a churro sundae with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and banana and nutella drizzle. All in all, this place is amazing, and it definitely needs to be on a foodies list to visit and try.

I honestly just happened to see the sign while driving past it and figured I could stop in for a quick brunch. I went in and the smell was amazing!! The cashier helped me pick out a yummy mini pancake combo (Nutella, almonds, and granola) that I’ll for sure be ordering again. I also recommend the horchata latte! Perfect for the cold weather! My husband got the chili hot dog that I swear disappeared in 5 seconds! Super friendly staff as well! Great place to check out for a snack or quick bite to eat.

This place was pretty good. I think it was my fault for trying to be different and order something new but it was super sweet! I also would have liked a little less topping as the actual pancakes are very good. The horchata late was very good as well. Spent $18 which seems a bit expensive but all in all it was good

Yum Yum Mini Pancake Bar is a 10 out of 10 destination for unique and delicious food. For my first visit, I ordered several items to try out and I loved all of them. I ordered the Mini Pancakes with toppings, delicious!! The crab and cheese corndogs were savory unlike anything I’ve had more. The Tres Leche Concha is a must try. I will definitely be coming back again and recommend this place to everyone!!!!
