The
food
was
absolutely
amazing
and
our
server
was
wonderful.
That
said,
everything
took
a
really
long
time
and
our
meals
were
not
super
complicated.
The
food
was
worth
the
wait
and
I
am
thankful
that
we
had
the
time
to
wait.
I
had
the
21
Day
Dry
Aged
14
oz
NY
Strip
along
with
the
1700
Preparation
(Whipped
Potatoes,
Root
Vegetables,
House
Worcestershire
-
which
is
gluten
free)
I
ordered
my
steak
medium
rare
and
it
was
done
perfectly.
And,
proof
that
they
are
truly
a
steakhouse
was
the
perfectly
done
steak
at
medium
rare
temperature
without
an
attempt
to
talk
me
into
cooking
it
more.
Thank
you.
Whipped
potatoes
were
amazing.
Carrots,
in
my
opinion
were
slightly
underdone
but
were
tasty.
For
dessert,
I
had
Chocolate
Marquise
(Macerated
Strawberries,
House
Granola,
Basil)
and
it
was
absolutely
to
die
for.
So
good.
This
was
a
little
more
than
I
typically
spend
for
a
meal
but
had
a
wonderful
range
of
choices/prices.
The
meal
here
was
as
good
as
any
truly
fine
steakhouse
but
my
final
check
was
less
than
I
expected
it
to
be.
The
steak
prices
when
I
visited
ranged
from
$35
to
$88
with
the
bulk
of
the
steaks
in
the
$40-55
range.
Every
ounce
of
the
steak
was
tender
and
there
was
zero
gristle.
Worth
the
price.
The
higher
end
steaks
($80-88)
were
Wygu
so
that
is
also
not
a
surpirising
price.
