Pleasantly surprised. The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep. Breakfast is organized and delicious. The staff, especially the breakfast workers, was friendly and helpful. Hopefully, they can maintain the same standards in the coming years. Great job.

The service was very good. The people were kind and courageous. The breakfast food was ok. They ran out of some of the food and you had to wait 20-30 minutes for them to replenish it. The orange/apple/cranberry juice machine was broken and the juice tasted like carbonated water. The room we had was not big enough for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom and the bedroom are too close. Getting up to use the bathroom during the night and using the sink would wake everyone up. The cable kept freezing up when you watch any of the shows. Also there were limited stores and food places that was close and open after 9pm.

Stayed here for our mini family Xmas vacation and was very pleased with everything. It was decorated so festively. The hotel is very clean, quite and practical. The rooms are big and spacious. We got a 2 bedroom suite since we were traveling with a child and senior. It was just the right amount of space. Each room had its own bathroom. The kitchenette does not have an oven, just a heads up to anyone planning on making food. The breakfast buffet was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and kind. They greet you even in passing. Highly recommend this place. Very pleasantly surprised.

I really enjoy my stays here. The rooms are really nice. The prices are reasonable. But today, things were a little different. The staff at the free breakfast were fantastic! Those two ladies took me from half asleep and dreading the day, to smiling and feeling good. Their welcoming smiles, courteous demeanor, and genuine good nature turned my morning around. They are true assets to this business. Excellent work Staybridge!

I would start by saying that this stay was by far our best hotel stays in the last few years. This was my second stay at this property. The highlight of my stay were almost new dishes and items in the kitchen and hot yummy breakfast. The rooms were tidy, clean, front desk staff was friendly and courteous and overall everything was perfect: something that has become a hallmark of StayBridge. I have already started planning for my next trip to the area. A 5 star experience!!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during the Horse Expo. Our reaction is mixed. The room is large and the suit space was nice. The breakfast crew were excellent. However, we did not get housekeeping while we were here. And, most significantly, our bathroom sick was clogged and broken upon arrival. We informed the front desk and anticipated it getting repaired while we were at the expo. It was not. It had a poor odor and made the sink unusable.

Truly enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge(Harrisburg). The room was spacious and the bed was comfy! And the breakfast was also good. But what really made it special was the service and hospitality from Ms Iris/Yo-Yo. Other than the fact that she is a Dallas cowboys fan. ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜‰ She is truly a treasure.

We were pleasantly surprised by the suite offered through staybridge suites. The staff was very pleasant from the check-in to the breakfast. My youngest even had a running with one of the ladies that served breakfast the morning. It was all in fun. She even spanked me for correcting him as she was the one that got him riled up. We really enjoyed our stay, The only drawback was the 25-minute ride to Hershey Park.

2nd time staying here, had an excellent experience both times. Minimal interaction with service/staff but they were polite and competent. Love the kitchenette in the suite, being able to toast a bagel or make something to eat is very nice, most standard kitchen equipment provided. Some appliances and fixtures show signs of use (e.g. sink not draining well, shower head dripping) but nothing unbearable. Location is very convenient to the farm show complex and pretty close to anything in Harrisburg or central PA.

We were here for a retreat at this hotel. The staff was awesome! The front desk staff was very helpful and were willing to help any way they could. We loved interacting with Ms Iris who made sure we had great breakfasts. The housekeeping was pleasant and we enjoyed meeting Curtis who was very kind. The rooms were comfy and had a great night sleep away from home. Thank you.

The service was on point. Very friendly staff, even when we checked in at 10:00 o'clock at night. Wish I could remember his name, I'd give him a shout out. Biggest Pro aside from the friendly staff, breakfast was impressive, very good! Room was okay. The hotel could definitely use some updates; as you can see in the pictures. And for 200$ a night, I'd expect more. Nothing flashy, a place to rest your head, and price wise on point with other local hotels. But I'd probably spend the extra 20$ for the night and get a more updated hotel or spend less and expect a similar experience. All in all, the service was good, and I'd stay again but would look elsewhere first before booking.

Had a wonderful stay here on our travels, Staff was great, the area in the back to walk your dog was so nice with a river and nice wildlife habitat. They were able to upgrade us at check in--just what I needed. And right down the road from a great wildlife walk through and nature area. Great location for the expo building but nothing else within walking distance but really just fine from what we needed.

This hotel was truly great about everything. We needed to stay at a dog-friendly location. It is ideal. The whole facility was kept cool and very clean, which is true of the entire hotel on a busy Labor Day weekend. It is close to downtown and a short drive to the quaint surrounding towns. The staff was busy, but always friendly and helpful. The women preparing breakfast were so friendly and upbeat, made my morning! Other than that, the rooms are a nice size and the kitchenettes are very functional. We felt very safe. Blissfully, no one was smoking pot.... And I can smell it 10 miles away (allergic). I am so tired of that stink in the rooms or people sitting by the front doors smoking at hotels across the States... Be they 3 stars ot 5. That aspect of this hotel is spot on. I am grateful. It was also very quiet, especially considering how people were staying there with children. I am really glad we stayed here!

I arrived here at 4 PM for a conference the next day, and I had previously requested a room not on the 1st floor. But despite my relatively early arrival, they put me on the 1st floor. Normally I would have tolerated that, but the room was hot and there was a fly in the room that kept bothering me and was impossible to kill. I complained to the front desk, and thankfully there was a room on the 3rd floor available. The difference was night-and-day, and I was very happy here. But I wish they'd fulfilled my original request for a higher floor. Breakfast was very good and it's very close to the Farm Show Complex. But it's not very close to the downtown area.

My wife and I arrived at around 10pm to check in on Friday night. The employee running the front desk clearly wasn't capable of checking guests in as we had to stand in a line of over 8 groups trying to check in also. We waited nearly 40 minutes! Room was clean and comfortable. I had more running to do that night. I arrived back at the hotel around 1am. Went to my room and my key didn't work. Upon going all the way back down to the front desk to have my key fixed I found the same employee asleep in his chair with a sign saying he stepped away to assist other guests! I had to shout and smack the desk to wake him. He stumbled to the computer and made 2 more keys. Went back to my room and they also didn't work. I had to wake up my wife around 2am to let me in. This was beyond frustrating.
