I
have
been
to
many
MacDonald's,
in
many
countries,
over
many
years,
but
this
one
is
easily
the
worst.
I
have
used
it
maybe
3
times
over
the
past
month
,
and
every
time
they
screw
it
up.
No
ketchup,
2
non-sparkling
waters
instead
of
one
sparkling,
no
butter
etc
etc
etc.
The
service
is
equally
bad
drive
through
as
it
is
dine
in.
Today
I
arrived
at
0717
to
order
a
hot
cross
bun
and
a
coffee.
Placed
the
order
at
the
self
serve
kiosk,
went
to
the
counter
and
waited,
and
waited...
the
kitchen
is
chaos.
Lots
of
staff,
so
numbers
aren't
the
problem.
It
looks
like
lack
of
training
and
leadership.
Staff
are
goofing
around
sticking
stickers
on
each
other's
backs
and
faces
etc,
one
of
them
has
a
half
drank
drink
sitting
on
the
counter
beside
the
coffee
machine.
There
are
3
people
working
the
coffee
machine
(that's
right,
3!),
I
am
the
only
person
in
the
restaurant
(literally,
I
checked),
and
the
drive
through
is
getting
the
odd
car
through
(it's
early
on
a
public
holiday,
no
body
is
out).
I
am
standing
at
the
counter
on
my
own,
waiting
for
my
order.
After
10
minutes
I
ask
a
passing
staff
member
where
my
order
is,
and
point
out
it's
been
10
minutes
and
I'm
their
only
customer.
She
says
sorry
and
the
order
arrives
shortly
after.
I
heard
the
girl
informing
the
young
manager
girl,
but
she
barely
acknowledged
it,
just
walked
past.
This
is
the
problem
at
this
MacDonald's,
no
leadership
and
weak
management.
As
long
as
that
is
allowed
to
continue,
change
will
not
be
forthcoming.
Training,
training,
training!
That
includes
your
young
managers.
Invest
in
them
and
it
will
pay
dividends.
