    Just had the worst experience at this place!!! Was trying to talk to the shift” manager” about my problem and she could not keep or even hold eye contact looked at the floor and acted like a child. Showing off in front of the other staff her age !!! My six year old little girl has better social skills !!! When I asked for the owners email address she basically laughed saying she didn’t know it . Only for the young boy went and asked her for it . She came over and slammed in on the counter . I never care about missed order notes even a wrong order human error . But when you get someone that’s rude and unapologetic is a no no !!! I will never spend another dollar at this place !!! Run by a bunch of children that don’t have the people skills to deal with customers .

    First time to this Maccas. Fries served wasn't hot and we requested a change which was promptly attended to. Kids had a ball at the playground and they had a fun hide and seek chasey with other kids. They almost didn't want to come out to eat their fries which is very rare. Cleanliness can be better but overall this is a nice, new and fun Maccas with playground.

    this mcdonald’s never fails to disappoint me. not once has my order been 100% correct, there’s always something wrong; condiments missing, napkins missing, missing fries or other menu items, cold food and flat drinks. my newest discovery is the absolute incompetence your staff display in terms of making coffees. i ordered a flat white, only to receive a scalding hot, terribly textured bubbly pile of milk. i thought maybe this was an accident, but this issue has happened multiple times. it’s honestly disappointing; your standards are falling below what i thought was possible. please train your staff on how to make coffees, or simply don’t serve them. the coffee was burnt, too.

    The play area is extremely dirty. I gave feedback a few months ago and they promised to take action. When I returned today I found that it was still the same. It is disgusting and smells bad in there. My kids didnt even want to play there.

    Order burger through Uber eats. Paid extra for toppings but came just usual ( no extra topping) chips was hard no taste. Looks like been made couple of hours early. McDonald’s is just waste of $$$…

    Once again you left item out of my order !! I order online TS82 ! 2 meals and 2 desserts ! Not that hard ?? Missing 1 dessert!! And the oh just drive thru again and pick-up!!! So you want me to get back in car ...drive back down to fix your error !!! Wish it was a once off however your consistently getting it wrong

    We ordered and stood in front of the counter waiting for pickup. Waited for longer than a 'usual' time hence we approached the counter for status. Staff simply said there was no order placed. We show the receipt. They went speechless, printed whatever they needed and proceeded. The point here is, we were standing right in front of you. If you show some care, you could or you should check what are we standing there for when you have no order at your end. Is that basic work ethic? Does that make sense?

    Terrible service. They care more about getting you through drive through in the fastest possible time than actually getting your order correct. And the amount of times the fries are half full. Also have to repeatedly ask if I can have my order in a decent size bag. They try and cram it all into one bag and you can’t even close it as food is sticking out the top.

    Very average Mc Donald’s outlet. The coffee is cold most of the time. They call it 24 hrs but the drive through is shut down during the night and one has to drive to the other store at Livingstone shops

    I'm a local and have been a customer at Harrisdale since it's opened given it's proxiomity to our house. I've come to really enjoy my morning coffee pickups. Every morning no matter how early I come through there is a smiling face ready to greet me and most of the staff have even remembered my order (Almond milk flat white lady here). I've found the food, cleanliness and staff to be consistent and to a high quality and i always feel welcome whether I drive through or come into the store. I only have good things to share so i hope that others can see this and understand that if they have a missed item or incorrect order it's likely a once off and doesn't represent the service or staffs ability.

    Restaurant is not actually open 24 hours. They close (open but aren't taking orders???) Between 1:30 and 2.30 every morning for "system" updates. I understand that you need to do this but need a better system so people don't have to drive to a different location after getting to their home suburb just to get dinner after a long shift at work.

    I visit McDonald's Harrisdale at least once per week. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. When they make mistakes, as we all do from time to time, they go out of their way to fix it. Today, I was particularly impressed by the Ellie, who served me at the front counter. Her warm, bubbly and friendly demeanor made me feel great. Thanks for the great service Ellie!

    Always disappointing… second time in a week they have missed items in my drive through order. Called to complain and they hung up on me. I took all the food back for a refund. At $15 a meal, there’s plenty of other options out there

    Ordered drive through drinks, first off m&ms mc flurry then she lady said they don’t have them vanilla only chocolate, then a frozen coke to be told that isn’t available either, then mum and I ordered a iced coffee frappe and iced chocolate frappe to be told at the window is our order right and wasn’t even close to what we ordered as the lady changed them to an iced chocolate and coffee as ALL thier machines were not working. Seriously this is awful and poor service step up your game McDonald’s.

    The staff weren't that friendly some looked like they didn't want to be there the cheeseburger was all over the place, Tomato sauce was running everywhere including down my Tee-shirt. I think everyone was having one of those days as usually the service etc is good.

    Had a really great experience coming through drive thru tonight! I was served by a lovely worker named Bella who was absolutely so kind and full of energy while serving me tonight. I will definitely be coming back to this store after her amazing service.

    Worse mcdonalds ever avoid. Food is cold They never get my order correct. Drinks not filled to the top Ask to remove ketchup and proceeds to leave it in I asked for them to change the sauces for the nuggets before paying and refused to do so because “he needs a code” so he is unable to let his colleagues know to change the sauces? Well done on disappointing.

    As one does I usually feel a sense of self hatred after ordering another McDonald’s meal at close to midnight but right now my hatred is only towards the person who made my order you forget sauce in a 10 pack of nuggets, I have to eat nuggets that are drier then your dms, and you forget my apple pie the bread and butter to me being able to have a drop of serotonin, I hope you get in bed tonight and feeling nothing but crumbs in it, I hope your pillow is hot on both sides and the bottom of your bed is freezing cold, I hope you wave back at people and realise they weren’t waving at you, I hope the love you receive is just as lukewarm as the meal you heedlessly prepared for me, if this was my last meal I’d look forward to what was coming afterwards

    Just came through the drive-thru for a mcflurry, a soft serve and two mud muffins and I was less than impressed with the mcflurry. After spending the best part of 5 years with this chain I know when "the tide is out". Also received both mud muffins not heated. 2/10

    This Mc D due to its close location to schools is favourite by students. Those students many times make the dining area dirty with leftover, chips, tissues you name it. And the staffs are focusing on serving the customer. It is recommended to have a casual cleaner on peak hours.

    Constantly getting our order wrong, it was empty and no one in drive through and completely messed it up. Now tonight, the third time I got food delivered and once again. Food wasn’t given that I paid for. Tried calling but no answer 2 times

    Instead of delivering it to our table we had to pick it up ourself (Of course the drinks were lukewarm by then) and the receipt printer is only giving you blank paper. Its clean and has good toilets tho.

    Went through the drive through today, horrible experience. Order a hamburger happy meal with an apple juice and 2 frozen grape Fanta. Got to the window, confirmed Order but when Order received got and hamburger happy meal with 1 small grape Fanta. Young staff everywhere, understand they make mistakes but the management is not any better... Needing further education to provide to their staff and further training on their listen skills. Big corporate giants like this always cares about themselves, hence the people they hire and the services provided is atrocious..

    Check your order on the spot as soon as you receive it - they won't refund you should they have missed an item or two by mistake! A recent visit has resulted in a bad experience where we didn't receive an item that was ordered and paid for. We only realised this once we got home and called to advise, only to be told to that their policy doesn't allow refunds and to come back to collect it on next visit - no apologies. --- Relatively clean and well maintained compared to other stores. The kids playground area is also clean and doesn't really smell despite being indoors.

    Not much to say for a standard McDonald's. It is neither bad nor good but fluctuates inbetween. Orders in both taste and construct will always depend on the individual behind the stove and counter. The employees/staff are always positive and do there best when serving customers and always aim to provide the fastest service. The establishment always aims to keep a standard of cleanliness but I would recommend going through the drive thru, as the establishment doesn't have the greatest size space for massive foot traffic. The prices of food and items are the same with every other McDonald's, nothing too cheap nor expensive. I would recommend if choosing a Big Mac with no pickles, have it in the morning, as the cook does an amazing job in making the burger.     Large eating area although quite busy at the time. All new establishment so everything is clean and new looking. Food is what you expect. Excellent play area for young kids, a small outdoor area and ample parking. Curiously, NFC on my phone seems to trying to connect with the table tops. Never experienced that before.

    I have been to many MacDonald's, in many countries, over many years, but this one is easily the worst. I have used it maybe 3 times over the past month , and every time they screw it up. No ketchup, 2 non-sparkling waters instead of one sparkling, no butter etc etc etc. The service is equally bad drive through as it is dine in. Today I arrived at 0717 to order a hot cross bun and a coffee. Placed the order at the self serve kiosk, went to the counter and waited, and waited... the kitchen is chaos. Lots of staff, so numbers aren't the problem. It looks like lack of training and leadership. Staff are goofing around sticking stickers on each other's backs and faces etc, one of them has a half drank drink sitting on the counter beside the coffee machine. There are 3 people working the coffee machine (that's right, 3!), I am the only person in the restaurant (literally, I checked), and the drive through is getting the odd car through (it's early on a public holiday, no body is out). I am standing at the counter on my own, waiting for my order. After 10 minutes I ask a passing staff member where my order is, and point out it's been 10 minutes and I'm their only customer. She says sorry and the order arrives shortly after. I heard the girl informing the young manager girl, but she barely acknowledged it, just walked past. This is the problem at this MacDonald's, no leadership and weak management. As long as that is allowed to continue, change will not be forthcoming. Training, training, training! That includes your young managers. Invest in them and it will pay dividends.

    The worst McDonald’s ever. They rarely get the orders right. Whether it’s ordering through Ubereats or going into the drive-thro, they are always forgetting something. Have literally had enough and won’t be ordering through them anymore
