The
staff
at
the
Microtel
by
Wyndham
in
Harrisonburg
were
thoughtful
and
kind,
but
poorly
treated
by
Wyndham.
The
individual
who
puts
out
breakfast
by
7:00
AM
also
has
to
watch
the
front
desk
until
the
morning
shift
arrives
at
8:30.
Breakfast
was
weak.
No
decaf,
no
juice
machine,
small
coffee
cups,
and
small
selection
of
food.
The
hotel
building
needs
updating.
Because
of
hard
water,
the
toilets
and
sink
drains
have
permanent
rings
around
them
making
them
look
dirty
and
not
cleaned.
We
stayed
in
an
accessible
room
the
first
night
of
our
three
night
stay.
The
bathroom
was
dirty,
not
from
hard
water.
There
were
no
electrical
outlets
by
both
beds,
so
we
were
given
an
extension
cord.
The
chairs
in
both
of
the
rooms
we
stayed
in
were
dated
and
uncomfortable.
The
location
is
close
to
highway
81,
Dunkin'
Donuts,
and
Cracker
Barrel;
however,
Microtel
guests
have
an
uncomfortably
close
view
of
the
Ramada
Inn
and
its
pool.
