Since everyone can have a bad day, I don't believe in one-off experiences. That's why I gave this business several chances to prove its qualities. For many years I have always wanted to buy something. Unfortunately, the quality of the advice left something to be desired. Now I have ordered something 3 times and was disappointed again. It is said that it was ordered and will arrive on date x. You will then be ordered to that date. But there is no goods there. This has happened several times now. At some point it's good. There are plenty of other diving shops in Hanover that really care about their customers.

I bought from theyr website divexshop almost a month ago a pair of fins and a mask they don't reply to emails, only replyed via theyre contact form, first replyed the order would be sent by the end of the week and nothing so after 2 weeks i contacted again when they replyed they said that they didnt have the mask and the supplier hadnt delivered it yet if i wanted they could return the money or send a different one, i asked when they thought they might receive it both by email and contact form with no answer a few days later i just receive an email saying they shipped my order. well i received it 20 days later and they just sent me a different mask now i am waiting again for an answer this mask isnt the one i ordered neither do i want it i guess i will have to spend more money to send something i didnt want back and get a refund to go buy what i wanted from the beginning somewhere else. my advice don't buy from theyre website one of the worst experiences i have had buying online, really disapointed

Great advice. Matze and his colleague spent three hours with us to find the ideal equipment for us. We never had the feeling that it was just about selling. Everything was great in terms of price too. Some things were delivered to us and our desired date was also met. Thank you very much for the great service and the great advice.

Very competent and friendly advice. A lot of time is always taken and the needs of the customer are taken into account. To date we have always found what we were looking for and purchased most of our equipment here. There is also an extensive range so that you always have a lot to choose from and if in doubt, the goods are ordered to be tried on; Top!

Quite a good dive center / shop for a place like Hannover. I bought my dive computer there and they gave a very competent price compared to online deals. So I'm very happy to go back to them.

Was there with my wife to buy a new mask. Really good advice on fit and comfort for us beginners. The employee selected the appropriate models, with the price being of secondary importance. We have now finally found our masks that really fit for €45 and €65 each. P.s.: The masks would NOT have been cheaper on the internet and the advice wouldn't have been cheaper anyway. So clear verdict! Highly recommended!

Subterranean customer service. We had handed in a spraydeck to be repaired with an offer of around €30-40. When we wanted to pick up the blanket it cost €60. There was no prior call to inquire about the increased price. As a “customer service” they offered that you could open the crack again :-!
