This Starbucks is conveniently located in a resting area and can be easily access. Parking is for free and you can use the toilets that were clean overall. The service was quick and the flavour was similar to other Starbucks. We ordered a white chocolate, a latte and a Chai tea latte. All of them were very tasty.

Great place to have your morning coffee. Clean and well kept. This coffee shop is conveniently located near the motorway. The staff was friendly and professional. You will also get a 20% discount with your service ID. I had an oat milk pumpkin spice latte, and it was delicious.

Person taking order couldn't hear anything and was not trained in how to speak to anyone. Service amazing slow and when opened the breakfast wrap in motorway was cold in middle.

There was only 1 other customer in the shop and we waited over 10 mins to be served with 3 people in the shop and about 5 cars in the drive thru. I ordered the hot chocolate praline cookie, I did not get the chocolate cream with sprinkles and my tall was half filled was not worth the money. The toilet also needed a clean.

For a drive through this Starbucks has a lovely atmosphere. Clean and comfortable with a working toilet. The staff were friendly enough and the food and drink are ok. I liked that the parking is away from the main services area. It was less crowded and less noisy.

Absolutely beautiful....and so expansive....I have just visited the new forest and Richmond park feels like a smaller mini....you would not think you are in London!

It's pretty standard, wasn't too busy at the time I visited. The entrance door you will think should have been pushed but instead you have to pull which is a bit weird.

I got a very nice cup of tea to take away, I am grateful that they have that as an option. Unfortunately, Starbucks doesn't do decaffeinated tea, which I suggest they add to their menu.

Starbucks my preferred coffee ☕️ made very badly. I don't mind Paying £8 for two coffee's if it's good. Do Starbucks not train their batista?

I was overcharged by £1.00 by the lad serving me £6.50 for 2 medium sized teas? Then the tea was very weak, too milky, and almost cold. After ❓ the price, I was given a pound back, then after tasting and looking at the tea, I asked for a refund as it was horrible and Luke warm. He went to a young woman and asked her what to do, so she came and offered to remake the tea. She said Starbucks tea was very weak, and she offered to put 2 teabags in the fresh cups. That was better, and the water was hotter, she allowed me to add my own milk. We accepted the fresh cups, but I will never use Starbucks again! It was very expensive, and under wealming. What a rip off!!!

The dirties Starbucks I have been too, rubbish everywhere, the floors clearly havent been cleaned in a while. Coffee is good but scary environment to be served at🤯They were not even busy, staff talking between themselves instead of serving the customers. I normally don't do reviews but this place deserves one.

A very early morning visit, yet the sausage bap, and bacon bap were almost inedible. The bread rolls were so dried out and the presentation was awful, but needs must..... The flavour wasn't much better either. The only other option at Fleet at 5am was a full English at the chippy in the main part of the services. In retrospect, I wish we'd had that instead. Including 2 drinks, we paid £16 for the privilege. Won't be doing that again!!

Starbucks as you'd expect it. The Drive Thru was better choice as not as packed as the main services. Good parking, some outside seats for our dogs to sit and get some water. Food and drink exactly as per Starbucks menu at the time and service and coffee we're spot on. Not a bad choice for a quick pit stop

Th staff with no desire to work, the cashier Georgie was also annoyed to serve you, no one ever smiled. I dropped the cappuccino on the ground just made there on the counter, I asked for someone to come and clean, no one listened to me even though there were only 2 customers. Only when I asked to speak to the manager did they get scared and cleaned and made my cappuccino. Rude, I do not recommend it to anyone. You pay a lot for a bad service. No good value for money.

Slightly disappointing visit to Starbucks Drive Thru northbound this morning. The hot chocolate didn’t taste nice, it was really overpoweringly strong. The fruit toast looked lovely on the advertising boards and they asked if I would like butter. Sounds good to me! Except as we drive up the motorway I opened the bag and the butter is separate - and there was no knife. I thought it would come already buttered but the butter was useless with no knife. Not very well thought out!

Used the drive through. I had a Grande Coconut Refresher drink, which had so much ice there was barely any drink, which was a shame as it tasted delicious. Also, they appear to have a fruit fly infestation - there were loads of them we could see through the serving window where they were preparing the drinks.

Absolutely amazing service at this Starbucks at the Welcome Break at Fleet services. Quick service, very friendly staff and yeah amazing place to go for coffee and food as every other Starbucks is.

Simple standard Starbucks drive thru as part of the M3 services heading south to Southampton from London. Located with the rest if the shopping facilities and well before the BP petrol station. Single toilet available to customers. All in all, clean and prompt service.

Nice Service from the staff members. The taste of the chocolate cream frappe was awesome.

Go here often on my way to work only ever seem to get half a cup of coffee!! Staff are nice enough but is a bit of a swizz. Better off getting it from the machines.

Thought I’d grab a quick coffee so went to drive through. Got stuck in a non moving queue. When I got to the machine to order no one responded I waited for 5 minutes at which point I assumed it was broken and proceeded to collection counter. Staff said ‘you can’t order here, you’ll have to go back around or come in’. I explained what happened and staff told me they were ‘making 6 drinks’ and didn’t have time to answer at the ordering intercom. Stubbornly told by staff I could not order under any circumstance and eventually gave up and went to Costa at Winchester instead. No exaggeration- the whole ‘process’ took 25 minutes and i still didn’t have a coffee. I don’t begrudge workers personally - they’re clearly severely understaffed and poorly motivated. I’ve had bad experiences here before though this was so bad it motivated me to review. Hands down worst Starbucks ive visited in the world … really letting down the brand. Upshot - if you think you can pop to the drive though for the quick coffee, don’t bother, it’s often chaos.

The usual formula for Starbucks although this one has a drive in. Seemingly not open when I visited. The coffee ☕ was excellent as was the slice of cake we had as well as the coussaint. There was sufficient space inside as well as a toilet that catered for all needs. (Baby, disabled , men and women.) The biggest disappointment was how dirty it was with paper streamed around the cubicle and a general air of neglect. The eating area was generally very tidy. Reasonable standard.

Service was very slow as it looked like the drive through was being prioritised over the walk-in / sit-down customers. Still, it's a life-saver when on a long drive!

Quick service in side but toilet is disgusting. Needs a good bleach!

Great place to stop for coffee. Though drive-thru not always open....

The restaurant area was closed for some reason so everything was take away only, perhaps they were trying to bring that covid vibe back? The service was decent however the food was average at best. I had a chicken and bacon toastie that was served with a bit of Tuna stick to the side. Hey ho.

Very slow service and it was the worst flat white in my life!Wow,I don’t know if it is that difficult to make a good coffee if you care a bit.
