I had a wonderful experience living there! Holland and Pasqual were wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The apartment I rented for the year has a stunning amount of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. I was one of many other young professionals and I felt very safe in the building. Also, they host social events for the residents so that's nice too if you don't know anyone. Thank you Front Street Lofts for making my year in CT an enjoyable one! Highly recommend!!

Loved living here for the last 3 years! Never had to worry about my safety or maintenance issues. Great management, and the only reason I had to move out was for a job in another state. And in my unit, I never had to turn on my heater in the winter because of the good insulation

I recently moved into Front Street Lofts and have nothing but great things to say about the administration leadership, maintenance personnel and overall living experience. Maintenance has continuously been supportive and has completed various tasks in a quick manner. From changing my shower head to helping me put up my frames they have been great. Holland the leasing agent and overseer of the property has been wonderful and has helped in every way.

Amazing place! Love living here and management has always been wonderful to work with. Whenever I need help with anything big or small I can always count on Holland to help solve my problems or answer any questions I have. Never had any issues and I always felt the environment very welcoming.

We lived at Front Street Lofts for almost a year. The property is fairly new and therefore everything is new and updated. The apartments are all well designed and are very well maintained. Amy Neff, the property manager was extremely helpful and pleasant from when we first saw the apartment, through the process of moving in and while we lived there. The property is well taken care off with maintenance requests usually covered in a few hours. The property itself is located at a nice central part of town with lots of places to eat and enjoy close by. The building has a adjoining garage for parking, which there is adequate number always. There is also a rooftop sitting area which is fantastic to use in spring/summer. The gym is on the slightly smaller side but is usually not busy so works out well. All in all would recommend this to anyone who wants to live at a central locations with excellent amenities!

Best apartment I've lived in yet. Clean, contemporary feel. Overall solid gym (ya know that's not a closet). Awesome roof deck. Garage connected is clutch for those harsh winters here in New England--never have to worry about cleanin snow off your car in the morning before work. Parking fairly easy for guests in the plaza lot or street (hartford meters, free on wknds & wkdays after 6pm). Of course garage is there if they dont mind paying. Close to the highway for my commute to work. Always feel safe here without feeling like my privacy is invaded. Friendly staff. Management has always been in good communication. Steps away from local restaurants and jogs/walks on the plaza & riverfront! Just what I need to fully enjoy my time here in downtown hartford.

I had a great experience living at Front st Lofts for about 3 years. It’s a dog friendly community located in a convenient, fun, beautiful section of Hartford. All the staff I interacted with was fantastic- most recently Kassandra has been the onsite management and she is an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were very impressed with the excellent service and welcoming hospitality Kassandra extended to us when touring the property. She was so patient and detailed oriented to answer our related questions. We felt at home even we have not moved in yet. Kassandra is an asset of ur company. We gave her a 5 star rating!
