Conrad was an excellent guide for us! We had a great time on the river. If I had it to do over again I would choose the level 3 & 4. We were a little bored, but we started sneaking up on the other rafts and having splash wars which was great fun. Conrad was a good sport about it. He was very safe conscious but still fun. He taught us to ride a wave which was awesome! I highly recommend this company and this guide if you want to enjoy the river. And yes, you will get wet!

We had the best time. My family and I are from New Orleans and I'm glad that my Google search brought me to Rip Roaring. The best in the business. We will be back next year for the upper level without the kids. And shout out to Patrick, he's the best.

This was one of the absolute best experiences. This group was a family owned an operated crew and you could tell! Everyone was so welcoming, personable and professional. Scooty was our guide and he ensured that my 5 year old daughter was not only safe but having a great time on the lower river. He knew every rock in the river and his passion for rafting was incredible. The experience was such a great time that we immediately requested that Scooty was to take us right back out on the upper. Would recommend over and over again!

My daughter and I had an excellent time! Our guide was Dave, and he was truly amazing. There are a lot of rafting companies in the area. After seeing all the guides with Rip Roaring Adventures, and then seeing the guides and operations of the other companies, all I can say is yeah.. Rip Roaring is the way! All the guides were very knowledgeable, they are all very approachable and professional, and, unlike some other companies we saw out there, all of our rafts kept the people inside.. There was literally an eddie we stopped in to watch the other companies rafts go through the rapids we just did, flawlessly, it was quite amusing, to say the least. Rip Roaring is definitely a step above the rest. The price is good, staff is friendly, it is a great experience, what more could you ask for?

This was absolutely the highlight of our trip! I am so glad I trusted the other reviews and chose Rip Roaring Adventures to be our guide company on the river. The trip was made so perfect because of our guide Shealy! Ask for him! He has almost 20 years experience guiding white water rafting and he has knowledge beyond the local area and suggested other places in the US to go. He is a also a veteran. He was also so funny but serious when we needed to be. We laughed so much the whole trip. He taught us a lot about general rafting safety too. I felt completely safe with him guiding us. I booked a different second tour on this trip and cancelled it and rebooked so I could go with Shealy again. The second trip with him was completely different and just as fun if not better as he changed some things up for us. They also take photos for you that you can buy so you don’t have to take your phone out. I loved that! I will absolutely be back and can’t wait to be back in the river again.

My family had an amazing experience that we will remember forever! Booking the trip online was very easy. Danaconda was our river guide and he made the adventure spectacular with his humor, river knowledge, and 9 years guide experience. We felt safe at all times and the views were incredible too. The Pigeon Forge river has a beautiful rock bottom and clear water, you don’t get out of it feeling dirty. We had so much fun we almost did it a second time on our trip. This outfit is exceptional as they only hire extremely experienced guides and they don’t over fill their rafts. Look no further if you are trying to decide which outfit to book and be sure to ask for Dan!

Fantastic white water rafting!! Our guide Nolan McDermott, was exceptional!! He was the absolute best of the best!! We had a blast!! So much fun, laughter, excitement and joy whitewater rafting with Nolan at the helm! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

This is the absolute best company to choose in this area for a great time. We loved it so much the first time that we came back the next day to do the run again. It was myself and three kids (ages 13, 9,9) on the upper pigeon river option. Our tour guides were Trey and Cody and they were awesome! Both have lots of experience, in fact all their guides seem to be the best of the best. This company strives to give you a top quality time, even their boats are top of the line. Lots of companies in this town, look for Rip Roaring Adventures, they are the best!!

We had the best experience with our guide, Tristan. He was very knowledgeable of the area and had a great sense of humor. We brought our autistic 3 year old and our 11 year old for the first time and level 1 & 2 rapids were perfect for them. Our 11 year old got to swim in the river also. I personally am scared of open water but the raft is very sturdy and the trip redeemed my fears. I wish i had brought my phone for so many of the photos. We saw mimosa flowers in the trees, turtles, and plenty of fowl such as karan, geese and ducks! Our family of 6 would love to go back!! Thanks Tristan & Rip Roaring Adventures for an amazing time!
