This place is awful ordered mixed vegetables 🥦 and the veggies were soaked in just oil, when you pick up one veggie it’s dripping w/ oil, I became very I’ll . I called to advise them of the issue they stated no compensation that is how the food is if you don’t eat quickly I was on lunch . Do not order from this place they don’t care about their Customers and the food is not tasty maybe that’s why they have you more than 23 feet away from the kitchen than 6 to 12 to see what they are doing.

I ordered shrimp and Broccoli with Chicken wings and vegetable fried rice for lunch at work this afternoon, the shrimp taste spoiled and soft i took bite and had to spit it out. The shrimp was saturated in the black sauce and the rice is like plastic, the chicken wings were not well done my Coworkers all said the same thing. .very dissappointed.

Horrible horrible American delivery driver expects you to fly outside I'm under a min with no regard to smaller children. Then drives off without delivering food. Then restaurant tells me to wait another 20 min for drive to return with cold food so they can redeliver food that's now been sitting for 40 min total. And expect me to pay full price for frozen food. All other drivers are cool but that Hispanic attitude giving bum.

I recently walked in on a Sunday when they first opened. Wanted some good ole General Tso’s from somewhere! It was hot, fresh and very delicious. Side note, I haven’t been here in yrs before this day. My go-to back then was chicken wings w/beef fried rice.

I just ordered from them, fast delivery fresh crunchy egg rolls not at all soggy and perfectly cooked food with great flavors. The lady who took my order had great customer service. Will be ordering here from now on!!

Staff was very busy with orders. However, once my order was in my food was prepared with good timing. The food was excellent. I purchased shrimp fried rice, side of lobster sauce, and fried plantains. I requested them to be done thin and crunchy, the way my mom used to make them. They certainly quenches my desires. The place is also very clean, especially for a take-out place. There are several businesses in this plaza, but there's always been a place to park, whenever I've gone there. Wheelchair accessible. No bathroom, since it's a take out only place.

Terrible I usually go here a lot I order delivery to newington witch is 15 min drive for delivery. I called today and the lady that answered started yelling and screaming “we don’t deliver to Newington” though I had the wrong number so I tried again and she starts screaming at me saying I told you we don’t do Newington what part of that don’t you understand. How rude!!! I order all the time for delivery. Will never go here again

Ordered food that never came. When I called to see when the food was coming they told me that they called me more than 5 times. No one had called the number I provided. The person who answered the phone said I gave him the wrong number and proceeded to say the CORRECT number that is mine. And still said that was the wrong phone number. The person was rude cussing at me which proceeded me to curse back as I give the same energy you give me when provoked. The person hung up on me multiple times and refused to give me a manager or their name. They even told me not to call back about my refund when I asked for a refund for the food I never received. Worst experience ever.

This is the second time they tried to over charge me by $5 plus the place is dirty I seen cockroaches running all over the kitchen

I was overcharged by at least $10…. Rice taste old and burnt. After looking at the menu, I was overcharged significantly the phone call was terrible he was extremely rude. At least the driver was patient and understanding. Sad part is that the food is warm Sucks to have to complain.

This place has to be stopped immediately. I used work for the the fda and this food was disgusting I had my brother and his girlfriend get it for me and I threw up everywhere after. Rice was rock solid. Noodles were just noodles. But the egg roll was 10/10.

The guy always seems aggravated but the food is great and the young lady who does help out does seem way more patient than him but I've been coming here since I was a teenager ❤️

Food is nasty! The chicken looked like it was refried many times and the rice was hard. Overall the food , in my opinion was the worse around the area.

Ordered Uber eats at the hospital with my wife giving birth, I can't leave. These idiots sent me no duck sauce no utensils and some bland food complete waste of money

This food is disgusting my boyfriend and I were sick 2 days..we ordered orange chicken it was a mush and rice half done looked like vomit all saturated in a red mess of a sauce!! So gross never again ..run when you think to come to this place!!

I made the mistake of ordering Chinese food from here. They were open on a Sunday so I gave them a try. Complete regrets. The “sesame Chicken” with “Brown Rice” looked nothing like sesame chicken with brown rice. The chicken was coated in some kind of red sauce, old and barely sprinkled with sesame seeds. The rice was clearly not fresh. Old brown rice. The delivery driver did not have the courtesy to deliver the food to our door. My sister had to run across the street and take the food from the driver. Needless to say, no tip and will never order from this place again. They claim to have been doing business for 30 years in Hartford but they cannot even get sesame chicken right. Beware! Oh, don’t get me started on their "crab" rangoon. More like "fried hard dough with barely any filing" rangoon. gross!!

Food eas delivered. Can't resist their Chicken Curry with onions. Think I must get it again this weekend!
