If I could give this 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not stay here. If we'd had access to the internet and could have checked reviews we wouldn't have stayed. It is unsafe. This is not an exaggeration. We were travelling cross country and needed to book ahead. We would have left immediately but it was too late for us. It should have been a red flag that the front desk was surrounded by bulletproof glass but we're Canadian and that just seemed like a quirky American thing that was probably common and we were tired. The room was...well you can see the photos. It was disturbing to say the least. The doorway to both the washroom and the room itself had signs they'd been broken in (photo of bathroom attached). There were suspicious characters inside and out (keeping in mind homeless people are people too). We would have left right then but when we went to go back to the lobby we could hear someone having a mental health episode in the lobby and we returned to our room. We chose to lock ourselves in the room and pray everyone was gone by early morning. We tried to call the front desk with the room phone to inquire about early check out but it did not work. The tv did not work either. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets and didn't use the shower. Thankfully 18hrs of driving knocked us out despite the anxiety but I did awake in the night to the sound of gunshots. This hotel needs security. They have a lot of cameras but the only staff is behind glass, and there is NO security door to the hallways, and the front door of the hotel was propped open. I cannot believe we spent money to stay here let alone the amount we did.

The motel pictures are not as description. We left and could not stay there due to the conditions of this motel. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The room was extremely dirty and our sheets had burn holes in them. The mattress was unexplainable. I’m pretty sure they have bedbugs and fleas in this motel. I’m sure this comment will be removed, but please do not book here as it is not safe.

The place has overflowing trash cans everywhere. Also, they tried to pull shenanigans with my credit card: I originally booked for two nights, but then my plans changed and I canceled the second night within the allowed time. I had booked through Wyndham directly, and the change should not have been a problem. They gave me a printout showing only the one night charge, but they still tried to charge my credit card for both nights. After I discovered this, I called the front desk, and the clerk tried to give nonsense that he was unable to fix it, that he only works there part-time, and I had to call back and talk to someone else. In other words, he tried to give me the runaround. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Also, they don't answer the phone half the time. Super sketchy.

Creepiest hotel experience I have ever had. Booked through a third party. Thought Wyndham name meant something. Nope. My bad. Upon arrival, about 8:15 at night, I noticed all doors to the hotel were wide open. They remained that way all night. Access to the hallway outside your room was readily available. The desk clerk seemed enthralled by the hotel video camera feeds. Locations of these cameras are limited. I couldn't figure out why he didn't close the security doors. The advertised breakfast does not exist. They stopped offering it sometime ago. I had to leave quite early in the morning. I didn't oversleep in part because of the very noisey garbage truck that collected garbage at about 3 am. My room had broken furniture and black stains in the bathroom. I was afraid to shower. When leaving around 4:30 AM, I noticed all the outside doors still open and no one behind the desk. Two cars by the front doors seemed to be waiting for people, but no one around. A strange man lingering in the lobby stopped me and wanted to know if I was checking out so he could sleep in my room. Certainly, this is strange especially since there is no downtown area, bars, or airport area near this hotel. So, where did he come from? I felt very unsafe once again at this motel. I told the stranger as I dashed by to do whatever he wanted. He rose and came towards me wanting my key. I said to go get it from the room as I dashed towards my car. I will NEVER risk my safety or health by staying here again.

I really wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is horrendous. Like others said, I also stayed here because it's close to the Xfinity Theatre. When I went to check in, the first thing I noticed is that the front doors are open to the public (it was 1am, not like it was the middle of the day). I walked in and the smell was overwhelming. It smelled like stale smoke and sweat. The guy at the desk was busy watching the surveillance cameras. He looked up at me and then grabbed my ID (through the bulletproof glass as others have mentioned), and then got on the phone and called someone. I stood there for at least 20 minutes waiting for him to get off the phone and give me my room card. Once I got the room card, I headed down to my room all the way at the end of the hallway (room 127) where there was another open door for the public to access from the outside. My room door was already open, which was strange. I hesitantly walked in and went to turn on the lights. The lights didn't work other than the bathroom light. I tried to shut the room door and it wouldn't latch. I tried everything. I went down to the front desk, and the guy came down to my room to demonstrate how to close the door, which consisted of literally using his body weight to slam it shut. But it also didn't lock. He thought it was funny and kept just opening and slamming my door telling me "it will work 😅". After at least 7 attempts and a bunch of messing with the locks, it locked. I just wanted to shower and go to bed since it was now at least 2am and I had a long drive back home that same morning. I went to shower and noticed mold, a hole in the wall, and there was no hot water. The outlet near the sink had previously caught on fire and wasn't replaced, and that door didn't shut either. I decided to just go to bed. Through the rest of the night, there were people coming and going, slamming doors, playing music, yelling, stomping around, etc. I didn't even care that there was no breakfast in the morning before i left, all I wanted was to get out of there. It's almost comical that the staff wear suits and ties, when this is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Doesn't serve breakfast because of covid so clearly they saw a nice way to save a few bucks there. Trash overflowing the can in the lobby, people screaming and arguing at 6 am and they just let it go. Stay in the woods, it'd be cleaner and 100% more peaceful

This motel is trash. I found a dead rat in my room. When I reported it to the operators and spoke about possible illnesses that could be contracted due to the rat, we were told that many persons are dying in my home country daily a rat is of little importance. The night before this our toilet overflowed there was no plunger. We were given a key to use the bathroom in the next room. The hall ways are skin of cigarette. They also have homeless people hanging on the outside. The rooms are dirty, so dirty we didn’t get to finish our stay we left. I wouldn’t recommend this motel not even to a homeless person. If I had the option to upload the rat here I would. This motel is trash n nasty.

This hotel is disgusting. The rooms are dirty; the sheets are stained; there was a cigarette burn in the sheets and the mattress. The entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. The manager was arrogant, dimissive and unwilling to address any of our concerns. Be sure to read the other reviews on this hotel. They are almost all 1 or 2 out of 10. Do not stay here. You will regret it!!

Actually not bad at all. For the price , the room was good . There was a concert when we stayed there and it was packed . We couldn’t even get a parking , even though we had a room in super 8.. it was too noisy and even when we were inside room , we could hear the sound from outside :). The inside of the room was good . Basic bathroom etc . Service was ok . Small front desk . Overall an average experience..

The whole motel smelt like smoke and told me that the rooms were smoke free. Everyone went up to the desk complaining that the beds were used, it smells like smoke and they have heart problems. There was mold all over the bathtub and dried up brown liquid on the walls. Holes in the walls and cigarette holes in the blanket for the bed. DONT GO. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU DONT GET REFUNDS.

The rooms were very small as were the bathrooms! The toilet was sized for a child and the tub/shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water! The continental breakfast has been stopped due to covid.

Literally the WORST motel experience that I have ever had, including; but not limited to, inner cities and overseas! If the roaches and broken, kicked in bathroom doors were not enough, we also had to deal with faux fitted sheets and a non-fuctioning(not just broken, but non-fuctioning) room telephone! We maybe could have requested a different room, if the 2nd shift desk reception weren't so downright rude and disrespectful. Insisting that we had to wait for the A.M management to lodge a complaint, and then suggested I take the roaches-in-a-cup back to my room with me!! Save yr $102 and sleep in yr car, which definitely was a better and more comfortable option!

Well known, long established branch of National economy motel chain. Friendly pleasant staff, mgmt. ATM & vending machines in lobby. Rooms clean & comfortable; slightly worn. Plenty of electrical and USB outlet TV, a/c, minifridge, & coffee maker Microwave in lobby Great towels and soaps... Just off Interstate hiways McDonald's and Burger King blocks away Riverwalk Park minutes walk away

Words cannot describe just how bad this place is. It truly looked like an abandoned crack house, right down to the graffiti on the walls INSIDE the hotel. There was a sign saying they no longer offered any breakfast including coffee. Not sure who would be brave enough to eat it. They need to tear this place down

When I booked, it said breakfast included and there was no breakfast. This place was disgusting, Non smoking had a couch full with holes due to the smoking. On top of that I woke up at 2 in the morning to find a mice in the room 104

It was cheap, sketchy, cigarette burns on the bedding, the toilet didn't flush. Everything you hope for when you're staying at a cheap motel. I love staying in places like this. It sure beats driving home after a concert. The staff was great. 5 stars.

trashcan ashtray with tweakers living in it. nervous for my car, no restaurants or activities around it, crazy lady screaming out her window all day and night, spit and blood on the walls, used soap and washcloth in the bathroom. pass this one up. spring for anywhere else.

The location to the Xfinity Center was great as it was walkable, but the hotel itself was a disaster. Lobby a mess. No security. Room AC unit broken. Tiles on bathroom floor broken. Shower rod broken. $50/night to park which was not advertised on website. Smoke everywhere. No screen in window. Just gross. "Flea-bag motel" comes to mind. Never stayed anywhere worse. Avoid this place.

Booked the room using Wyntham hotels app as Super 8 brand of inn was closer to Aahoa trade show event at Bradley International Hilton Hotel. Rate of room was reasonable but no breakfast is served. They had coffees machine/ microwave/ refrigerator in rooms so I had my coffee made in room for morning wake-up call !! Burger King was close by but decided to stop in later .. Rooms are well equipped but dated with TV and other mentioned items. Parking was sufficient and as place was not busy so got nearby entrance parking. Located near many car dealerships. Easy directions to find the place.

Nasty! Rooms are very run down. Comforters stained and ripped , stains on the wall (which looked like blood smear, furniture scratched up and falling apart, bathtub wasn't the cleanest.

The smell of marijuana walking in the door was the first sign not to stay. Breakfast is served off of some random tables set up in lobby. We were offered to see the room prior to checking in. It smelled. Bedspreads didn’t match. Just an overall no way. We cancelled our reservation and moved on.

Only went to pick up family and that room was horrible. There was a huge hole in the wall. Holes and water stains on ceiling. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close all the way. The only thing that was missing was the bugs. I try not to write bad reviews, but I had to on this place.

Its nice but it's a low key druggie hotel! There's 64 cameras so does that explain it! Lol! It's cheap you are safe over all but if you don't get out early you'll be asked by every crackhead for something or if you pop in later still safe just annoying! Need a spot fast and cheap go for it! It's clean but smells like grandma's old Buick that she smoked in

Good enough place for a short stay. Towels are filmsy but the shower is hot. Ac/heat works. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Typical breakfast offered. No hairdryer in my room.
