    Worst. Customer service is very bad. They don't talk politely and looks like they are scolding us. In the Facebook & YouTube reels/ads they show we can go and check the clothes in showroom and check the tag on the clothes. Using the tag numbers we can directly check what is the price in AJIO portal but in showroom the customer executive was telling we are not allowed to do that. They need to pay for AC/Lighting/Trial Rooms/Restroom and if we come to just see and cross check in AJIO portal then it is not good. Worst service.

    There are dresses for selection...but there is no sufficient space to sit for the family ...only one couch is available in 1st floor which seems broken.Very bad infrastructure .

    I had 1500 ruppe coupon. In which one coupon was not working. The bill counter lady suggested me to use only 1000 ruppe coupon. After argument she used other coupon which is with her colleague to give me 1500 discount. This wasted my time and money. Ask reliance trend to train the employee customer friendly.

    Has there been neither good products nor offers!! Very slow billing and staffs. Good parking space is available and within city limits.
