My husband took me to Kay (Norridge) to pick out a ring enhancer for our 28th Anniversary, I wanted something to compliment my solitaire. The enhancer looks spectacular with my solitaire..better than it looks in the photo. Victoria was absolutely amazing!!! I was trying to find the direct link to a ring on Levian's site so they could price match at Kays, and Victoria spent several minutes looking too. They also answered tons of questions, told me everything I could expect and would get with my purchase. It was my first time purchasing from there and I would absolutely do it again so long as I can work with Victoria! What a gem!!

Best place!!! I have been shopping at the HIP location since 2006. Store manager Lynne and she is great! All the Staff members are great and really tries to understand their clients to work with their budget and desires. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at Kay Jewelers! I received wonderful service. Lynne Campos was attentive and really helped with options within my budget.

I went to check on the status of my ring which I sent out to get resized. After waiting for 10 minutes an older Hispanic sales woman came out from the back and when I explained to her why I was there she asked me if I received an email. I told her no. Then she proceeded to tell me it would take 15 business days to get my ring back and I should have read my receipt. She looked in the system and told me that I should wait until I get an email to come back and if I read my receipt it says it would be ready on the 14th. A simple "no it's not in yet" would have been sufficient. Instead I got attitude and spoken down to. Apparently I was taking her away from something more important than working. I will never come back to this location. When my ring is ready I will be done with Kay and this location.

Omar did an excellent job with finding the perfect wedding bands for us! Very thorough and gentle with assistance.
