    So doing my last Christmas gift shopping on Wednesday 12/23 for my mother in law & mother so I decided Pandora would be perfect but Geeee why does location has the most rudest employees from the lady checking in at the door to the Girl who I made my purchase with who name was Adrianna who mind you was no help at all for sh!4.. I picked out 2 different Bracelets so of course needed to different charms Adrianna was no help at all on helping me pick anything not even the charms. I spent $300 in that one purchase the least I could’ve got some ideas or offered to look at something nice as well for myself but nope she was a completely dry conversation, no interaction. Adrianna needs more training on customer service as well as the lady at check in. But I’m glad I’ve experienced this and got a bad vibes from both of them because I know better to not ever shop at this location at all.

    I had purchased an open bangle bracelet for my 10 yr old daughter & she had lost 1 of the stopper beads that locks in the charm. When I originally purchased the bracelet from another location I was told that if needed, replacement beads can be purchased at any authorized Pandora retailer. I visited the Harlem & Irving Plaza location in Norridge, IL and asked if I could purchase a stopper. The representative insisted that I purchase a new bracelet all together because they do not sell the stoppers separately. We went back & forth for a moment because that was not what I had been told when I originally purchased the item. I felt misled a lied to. The representative did nothing to help or ask for assistance by a manager but only insisted that they do not sell the beads separately. By this point it was obvious that we were arguing and no manager had come to assist or help in any way. The rep who was visibly annoyed asked if I would be purchasing a new bracelet & I told her No & that I would never purchase anything from your store again if this is how choose to treat your customers. So I left as the rep was giving me an eye roll & did not even try hiding it. My daughter who was with me at the time was visibly upset as was I. All I wanted was to make my daughter happy, so we went to another Pandora location which was located at the Rosemont outlet mall in Rosemont, IL. There we were greeted by a helpful staff that told me, OF COURSE WE SELL THE STOPPER BEADS SEPARATELY!!!!!! Although, they only sell them in pairs which makes sense and I had no problem with doing so. Not only do they sell stopper beads separately but they had various styles of stopper beads to choose from. I’ve never received such terrible customer service at a jewelry store before. I suggest to stay clear of the Norridge store because it’s obvious the staff there is inexperienced, rude and are unaware of their own company policy. I highly recommend the Rosemont location instead. Much better customer service at Rosemont.

    I had come in the day before Christmas to do some last minute shopping. While the line was fairly long(which is to be expected on Christmas Eve) and they were clearly extremely busy, I was able to get in fairly quick. I was helped out by Adrianna and she did a tremendous job of helping me find a few good charms for my girlfriend(which she absolutely loved when she received them on Christmas). I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and very happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back next time I need to buy some more gifts!

    Extremely rude people... Rosy I think was the name of the lady... I went to exchange a bracelet that I purchased online and she was rude to me... she told me that I can't do it in store.. because I purchased online thru payments... and them I call them for help and she hang out on me... 😠 🤷‍♀️ I think she doesn't like her job.... Rude customer services....

    I am a regular pandora shopper my husband buys pandora for every special occasion. I came to this location for the 3rd time & im done with coming here. Zuriana The Manager isn’t fit for manager position. I brought in $600 worth of pandora charms to exchange or return if had to be because my husband bought doubles she refused & said to send it back to pandora online because it wasn’t purchased from her location when the return policy stats in store returns are expected! She just didn’t feel like making the return maybe because she is racist like everyone in the reviews are stating! Shop somewhere else! & avoid Zuriana she hovers over the employees like a hawk because the young lady was already helping me before she interrupted!

    I legit called asking if they had a specific ring in a size 5 in stock, they confirmed they did and I told them I’d arrive within minutes (I live 5 minutes away) with an exchange (boyfriend got the wrong size). I waited for a bit in the line, not a problem. Rep saw the ring I was exchanging it for and guess what? They didn’t have the ring I called about in stock. They not only lied but wasted my time. I then called Old Orchard, they confirmed they only had one available and also put it on hold for me! Thank you Old Orchard for not only actually checking, but for reassuring I won’t be wasting my time and will be leaving with a ring that actually fits me. Norridge has a thing or two to learn.

    Terrible customer service. When we first walked in, not one employee greeted us until minutes later and it was 4 workers in there standing around talking. They don’t have much of a selection of bracelets/charms and the workers weren’t helpful at all with helping me make a selection. They seemed uninterested and were very unprofessional. If they had paid attention to people walking in and actually greeted us, I would’ve considered buying from there, but now I’m going to give my money to another location. Do better!

    Horrible customer service. The staff are very cliquey and appear to think they are above everyone. I told my mother not to go here but she insisted and then later told me that a manager, Rosemary, was very rude to her. We will be taking our business elsewhere as well as spreading the word.

    I felt rushed and you can’t see all the charms because other customers are with sellers in their section so your very limited in looking at everything in the store because of the virus regulations.

    Very unfriendly and unwilling to help service. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. After finally getting service the lady (Maria) told me she that it is the holidays and she doesn't have time to figure out the correct size of a ring. I've spent well over $3000 at Pandora stores. No more. Service is zero! #pandora

    Had Went On Mother's Day But There Was A 120 Hr Wait Time So I Left. And Return Today And Made My Purchase Was Help Bye A Lady Name Jamie Whom Help Me With Picking Out Everything I Wanted So I Appreciate The Help Today.     I spend lots of money here and the lady who helped me was rushing me and not helpful at all… She didn’t even put tissue in all three of the bags and I seen plenty of tissue paper available!! I didn’t notice until I got home. When she wrapped my gifts. Very rude attitude for no reason… then the promotion that was going on I didn’t get a free bracelet like they said. “If you spend that amount”! What a ripoff. Never shopping here again very disappointed. Heartbreaking………. Disgusting. Shopping as a mother On Mother’s Day weekend to get treated this way…… unbelievable.

    I went there to exchange a bracelet I received as a gift. I wanted the same item just a bigger size. I was charged a “tax” for the return. When I asked for management to explain, because tax was paid on the original purchase...the sales lead Erika just repeated that I had to pay the tax. I was aggravated by the lack of explanation. Erika then in a very passive aggressive tone said “your welcome”. I pointed out that I never said thank you. She then repeated “your welcome”. I asked for the corporate phone number. The manager Rosemary then stated that they don’t give out the corporate phone number. I have to go to Pandora website. I live minutes away from this location. I will never go back and I will tell everyone about how I was treated especially by Erika. My family and I but quite a bit of Pandora. Never again for this location.

    Great experience getting my daughters ears pierced. The girls at the store were FANTASTIC! The Manager, Nicole, was great. She was great with my daughter and wonderful personality. In a world where customer service doesn't exist, Nicole certainly has it!

    I was there today to have earrings in my jewelry to be cleaned. I waited for 15 minutes patiently. I asked a young lady how long would I have to wait she said a few minutes. I waited another 15 minutes. I just left I was frustrated. I never experienced this from Pandora store. I buy a lot and I have a credit card from Pandora. I will not spend any of my money in the store ever again.

    I went to this store by 3:00pm today, we were discriminated by one of the associates there, I was with my husband and son, we trying to buy my gift for Mother’s Day and actually I found something I really liked, but right away when I told to the associate that I wanted it, at the moment the associate who discriminated us came and moved to may husband and son very rude, and I decided to go with her by asking what was the reason she moved them, and the reason she gave me didn’t make any sense, because she told me was because they were been lying on the counter top, so I started looking around and there were two more families lying the same way on top, so the action she did, means to me that she is racism , so the most bothered me, that the “Manager” was in the middle of the discussion and she didn’t do nothing, like don’t care, so we left and I decided to comeback to the store to talk with the manager, but when I tried to talk with her she was defensive at all times, she always interrupted me and not even tried to listened me, she was on the same level os the racism associate with no respect at all and very anti professional, I advised this owner here to look for better professional workers, because I don’t think this the right position for this “MANAGER”……..

    My husband went yesterday for my Valentine's gift and he told me the associate who took care of him was very rude it seem she was having such a bad day or she was very overwhelmed due to how busy they were . But that doesn't mean she has to be rude to customers that is soo unprofessional. Manager needs to stand up and talk to the associates on how they need to treat customers . My husband would ask can you show me this and she will be with an attitude and on top of that he told her what he wanted to purchase and he actually thought he had purchase what he told her . Well to the surprise that when I open the gift it was not what he had picked at the store she gave him the wrong bracelet he didn't notice at the store since she wrap it And he didn't open . So Now we have to go back to the store to make an exchange this is unacceptable we are very disappointed on this location never going back to that location . I hope they do something and talk to the associates they need an Improvement on how they need to treat customers .

    I had purchased 2 charms today, Jamie the sales lead was very patient with me in helping to choose the right charms for my wife. The engraving machine was abit slow and she kept me entertained with small conversations which I didn't mind while she fixed the machine. And apologied at the end, but her service delivery was excellent today and I see why she is the lead in sales.

    Me and my husband went the other day, when we first walked in they said hi like always and everything seemed okay. We walked around and finally we started looking at charms. Two workers were talking but when I started talking to my husband about a charm, one of the ladies looked at me annoyed so I got uncomfortable and decided to just leave. My husband pointed out a charm that I wanted so I came back and we asked the see it. The lady quickly pulled out a tray and pointed to it and went on with her conversation. We could barely see the charm and she didn’t offer anymore help and wanted to continue her conversation. I did not want to deal with the feeling of being a bother so we just left.

    First and last time I will ever go to this location. I have never been to a Pandora where the associates and managers cared more about talking with each other or hiding in the back then helping customers and selling jewelry. After more than a half hour of being told someone would be helping me next or shortly and having other people walk in and cut in front of others, I left along with other potential customers.

    There's no communication between the employees. A lot of people walk in. One employee took people who walked in after 3 other employees. They started to write names in order to help. Yet other were picking and choosing who they helped.

    I just wanna say the girl Karina is a very sweet and patient worker who helped me get the charm bracelet I wanted and made sure I was very happy with it. I was feeling a little bad because I had her constantly going behind the glass constantly checking different sizes of bracelets and different styles (she checked like 8+ times for me), but she kept a smile on her face the entire time which I highly appreciated and it made my visit even more welcoming!

    I made a purchase with Pandora around Christmas last year. I didn't recieve my order I contact the customer service team which they were very nice and reship my order that was in stock. I was informed to take the bracelet to Pandora for a return or exchange. I took off work to exchange for the correct size. Once I got there I was turned around. I was then informed by the way I paid for the bracelet  they won't accept in-store exchange nor return. I really was unsatisfied with the way this was handled. Because a representative instructed me to take it to a store. I then asked the rep if its possibleto get it at the sale price I was informed I could not I would have to buy at normal price. Now I have to take it to UPS to return the item. I am very sad about this. It will be a while before I shop with Pardora. I am a very good Loyal customer and is very disappointed. Thank you for your time

    I'm so happy that Pandora opened there store at the hip mall. I was also pleased with there protocol in the store and the safety of there staff, but also the customers. I was very pleased with Ilana she's so nice and she was very attentive to my concerns with my bracelet being tarnished as well as my charms and it was send to be cleaned. I was so happy that I treated myself with a new bracelet and two charms. Thank you, Pandora Lisa

    I wouldn't even rate my experience on a scale of 1-10. We took my 6month old daughter to get her ears pierced. We decided to go to Claire's as they seemed to be one of few places that did baby ears. My sisters and I all 3 got our ears pierced here and my parents have never complained. We are now 21, 19, and 15 though. Cass came off as friendly but didn't really seem eager to educate us on what piercing was best for my baby girl. She told us what was reccomended and what wasn't but no explanation to why. We went with the little rainbow daisy earrings. We were told as soon as she opened the package we had to purchase even if my daughter doesn't let her complete the second ear. After the first piercing was in, we noticed it's the wrong earring!!!! She the appoligizes profusely and REMOVES the piercing and redoes it with the right ones!!! All she could componsate for not only over stressing my baby but putting my family through this was 20% off anything else we purchase. These earrings should have been free but I was not about to completely lose my control on this girl infront of many children and set a bad example. I will NEVER come back and NEVER reccomend this store. I wish a manager had reached out to us to further solve this problem but I dont expect anything further to come of this terrible place.

    My 5 year old daughter had her ears pierced here on 11/23/2019. I do not remember the name of the employee who helped us, but she did an excellent job explaining the process from picking out the studs to cleaning the ear afterwards. She helped make the entire process easy and fun for my daughter, and made a nervous dad much more at ease.
