Beautiful old-fashioned cafe, with a view of the Rursee. A manageable selection of cakes, but handmade, fresh and very tasty! "Latte Macchiato? We don't have anything like that! But we do have a good filter coffee!" Rustic statement, but somehow very old-fashioned charming. When the sun is shining you can sit outside on the small terrace, which also has a fantastic view! The prices are also very pleasing! Three times cake (giant pieces!!!), three times tea, €15.00! That easily costs €10.00 more in Cologne or Aachen! Conclusion: We would love to come back.

Proper old style German coffee and cake place with a view over the lake. Cosy inside, view pretty nice, service very friendly. Only one thing....do not go there too late in the day....otherwise all the tasty stuff is already gone.

Small terrace with a nice view, but was full. No latte macchiato, no milk coffee. 2 cakes to choose from. Went again. I think you should have a milk frother. Otherwise nice café, but not for us.

On a trip to Lake Rursee we stopped at Café Schröder in Woffelsbach. We each ordered a piece of cake and a cappuccino. The service was very friendly and the cake tasted fantastic. The expression “like mother’s at home” is completely applicable here. Since we sat on the terrace we had a very nice view of the Rursee We will definitely visit this cafe again next time we are in the area

Brötchen sind ok. Der Kuchen ist lecker.Leider jetzt bereits zweimal vor Ort gewesen und ohne ersichtlichen Grund oder Hinweis geschlossen.

Cappuccino schmeckte nach wässrigem Kakao, so als hätte man ein Cappuccino-Pulvergemisch angerührt. Käsekuchen war okay, Apfelkuchen nicht durchgebacken, hatte im oberen Teil eine Schicht mit flüssigem Teig. Ambiente und Gäste eher Ü60. Aber der Ausblick aus den großen Fenstern ist schön!

Gemütliches Ambiente , den besten Kaffee und selbstgebackene Torten!! Absulut zu empfehlen !!!
