Pristine hotel with very good maintenance. Rooms are very spacious and clean. You can call the hotel directly to get best deal. Ample parking space available and the location is in the middle of the town.

Located in the main place. Clean and good rooms. Cost effective. There is a veg restaurant serves food in the ground floor. We stayed here for 3 days it was peaceful stay. If I travel again I would prefer to stay here.

Pristine and Economical! Stayed here for a night, as a pitstop enroute to Chikmagalur. It is located close to the road that connects to the highway, so perfect stay for a pitstop. We booked the ‘Premium AC room’ (3rd floor, Room 304). Good to book via their website itself. Costed us Rs 2129/- inclusive of tax (Note – Price can change depending on season). Well worth the price point for the following reasons: • Pristinely maintained room. Not an ounce of dust anywhere. clean bedspreads, spic and span toilet, every electrical point works, and space enough to accommodate 2 adults and a child. • 24/7 hot water • TV with all channels working. • Closed basement parking with enough space to park 10+ cars, I presume. We have an SUV and didn’t find any challenge to park it. There is enough space to traverse. • Located at a good area. Right opposite to a huge park where you can enjoy an evening walk. The park also has a huge skating ring. Plenty of wonderful restaurants around where you can just walk instead of driving. • Room service is just a phone call away for anything you desire, and it’s swift. • Veg restaurant within the premise that serves wonderful vegetarian dishes. We opted for restaurants outside as we fathom non-veg, but we observed many people rushing to the veg restaurant which tells us that it should be good. Area for improvement – Suggest placing a kettle/tea/coffee maker, at least in Premium rooms. We bought some food from outside and when inquired if it could be made warm later, we were told they have no option of doing it. Therefore, having a microwave in a common place for everyone to use would be helpful. At least that’s what we’ve seen in many places we’ve stayed in our numerous destinations of travel. Not looking at this as a point to rate them down, but just a suggestion. To Conclude – We recommend this place for a blissful, economical, and clean stay at Hassan. 5/5 for us, and if we ever come back to Hassan, Palguni Residency will certainly be our choice for stay. I had a wonderful experience at Palguni Residency. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional as well. The party hall on the top floor is very spacious and clean and can be used to host huge parties and events.

Although the hotel is 7 years old, it is very well maintained. Rooms are big enough. They have underground parking too. Stayed there for a night and can say perfect value for money

The food they provide is taste less.. You can book the hotel but it's little costlier that the compilation hotels. Hotel atmosphere and cleanliness is good but you can get the same and better food in mallige hotel.

I must say this hotel is 7yrs old and they have maintained like a brand new one. It's clean and I definitely will recommend this hotel. Thank u

We booked 2 nonAC double rooms for 8th November night. We had a good experience at this place. It is a good budget hotel, clean and neat. The staff are polite and well behaved. We did not use the restaurant in the premises. We will continue to book this hotel on priority in our future visits to Hassan.

AC/Non AC rooms are pretty much the same other air conditioning. The food is good. Do look into the restaurant, they have an elaborated menu with a lot of items but served only there and not in rooms.
