Good vegetarian restaurant in Hassan. We had seen this place many times, but we only went and tried this last time and I should say, I was impressed by the quality of the food and service. There is a regular service hall and an AC service hall. Food is good and quantity is adequate. For those who are thinking about washrooms, yes it is clean and well maintained too. Go and visit whenever you are in Hassan.

Stayed one night and the room was pretty good for the price range. Was expecting toiletries but was not there. No issues about the room though. Has parking in the basement but we had to park on the road as someone visiting the attached restaurant had blocked the entrace by intelligently parking in front of it!

Good hotel . Not star facility . But overall it’s an economic hotel . Good food nice dealings . Location also good . Underground parking . No complimentary breakfast . No kettle . But it’s worthy . Clean and neat rooms . Only veg food available

This is a very decent stay at Hasan in very good location. Right opposite, there is a park which you can access and spend an evening or morning walks. Rooms are spacious and well lit. You get hot water and bathroom are neat and shining. The TV is good though I did not use it. They have an in-house restaurant named "Panjurli Restaurant". Yes, the name is from Kantara 🙏🏼 Only con is, the curtains let lot of light inside the room which makes almost impossible to sleep during day.

Accessible location, Parking available, Good, helping and polite staff. Importantly they have very good Veg restaurant.

Good hotel & good ambience, but the manager demanded to pay upfront for the entire stay which I paid but thats absurd & felt discriminative. Should have taken 50% tops. Had bfast once, it was good. Toilets are neatly kept. Lift to parking is not there, had to carry down luggage.

Neat, clean and decent lodging in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean and worth the money. We were there for a night and was happy with our stay. It has enough parking space and a vegetarian restaurant right below that serves tasty food.

Double occupancy i paid 1800 rs and the rooms are really clean. Toilet is well maintained. Service is good. Basement parking available. I will recommend this when you visit Hassan. Food was good, not very expensive.

Very clean rooms n bath.service is good. breakfast for residents is tasty n hygienic. Need to carry your room keys with you if you have valuables, because they don't have a safe locker. Need to keep tissue rolls in the bathroom though.

We booked 3 non AC rooms.. Inspite of calling the hotel almost 2 hours prior, we were made to wait for almost 30 mins - before the rooms were cleaned and given to us. Front desk / reception - needs to be more attentive and pro-active. Our request for an extra pillow was not serviced .. we had to ask again at night time. In the bathroom, there is no separation for the bathing area / non bathing area - at least a shower curtain can be provided. The non-bath area gets flooded and wet - making it difficult for others to use - after someone has a bath. These are all small things - for which corrective measures can be taken up by hotel management. Also, provision of small shampoo bottle, kettle can also be provided. Room size is very good - no complaints on cleanliness too. Hotel location is very good, parking is convenient, etc.

The stay and other services were good. Room services were good. Had the worst experience with the receptionist (Ramya). She literally fought. She doesn’t know how to treat customers. Absolute “0” knowledge on customer service. She was very rude to customer. The reputation of the stay will go bad if these kind of receptionist is placed in the reception as they are the face of your stay. She shouted on us while we were waiting to park our vehicle in the basement. As we’re waiting for another car to come out from the basement. So that we can enter the parking. Because of reception person Ramya, my rating for ur stay is less. Pls teach her how to treat and handle customers.

Positives- The room is big the infrastructure is great. The restaurant serves good south indian food. Parking on premises. Negatives- The room could stand some preparation including air freshening and bed linen needs to be better. Overall a good stay.

Spacious and super clean room. Bedding was top class. Shower was awesome. Some toiletries and toilet tissue would have been better (hence 4.5 stars). Overall very pleasant stay and definitely will stay again if I have to stay at Hassan.

I booked a standard non ac room for a single day stay on 09.09.2022. Room was super spacious and pleasant linen were provided. Please carry sufficient toiletries as the hotel provided only 2x2cm soap bar. Common amenities such as electric kettle, fridge, locker etc were missing. Front desk is also somewhat cooperative. There is a good restaurant attached which serves delicious vegetation food.

Confirmed bookings are being rejected, just by looking at the mere size of the family who are coming to drop off ppl. Bad service, lack of coordination between management. Arrogant owners say don’t give rooms until they come. Very bad image being created by front desk management! Recommend to avoid.

Very neat and best rooms for affordable price. Staff is also polite and responsive to queries. Hotel food teast and quality is also very good.

Located at a convenient place in the heart of the city. The staff were courteous and the check-in process was super quick. The room was spacious with a hygienic restroom. Cable TV and Wi-Fi facility was provided. The in-house restaurant serves decent food and is open till 10.30 PM. A decent, recommended stay in Hassan.

Thank you Palguni, we really did have a very pleasant stay. and yes this is highly recommended hotel. They take personal attention to attend to you issues if there is any. Food needs some bit of improvement.
