Food was ok, below average not worth the price. The staff needs to be trained more on service and hospitality. The waiter dint have the patience to completely listen to our order he was always in a hurry had to call him multiple times. Did not serve the food or the plates. They just kept all the plates and food on the table and left, as I said always in a hurry.

I recently stayed in this hotel for a night and it was a horrible experience. I checked in on Saturday evening and checked out on Sunday morning. You will get unlimited breakfast coupons as complimentary. I didn't like the services below: 1. The bathroom was stinky, and after complaining, they sprayed air freshener, and they didn't clean it. 2. Toilet flush was not working, and after complaining more than twice also again, the same issue was repited. 3. The lift was not working due to that older people faced issues. 4. Tap was broken in the bathroom. I liked their unlimited breakfast options. It is not a well maintained hotel. Think twice before booking this particular hotel.

One of the best hotel in town. We often visit this place for short brakes and lunch while traveling. This place is easy to reach as it's close to highway. We get all types of Indian food here. And most of the food will be tasty. They also have a buffet lunch available. There is ample amount of car parking with security. The washrooms are clean and we'll maintained. The ambience is great with less crowd. The prices are competative compared to some of the famous hotels in the region.

We have visited the restaurants for local authentic food (lunch on the way back to Bangalore). The place will never disappoint you if you are looking for the simple local cuisine. Quick service and tasty food

We came here from Mumbai to visit Belur and Sravanbelagola and Halebidu and had horrible experience in this hotel and the restaurant attached to the hotel. Firstly the staff is very rude and unprofessional from top to bottom and are a bunch of jokers. Secondly the room is horrible and not livable. We had two adults and two kids. The room did not have hot water. Before booking I saw reviews from other people who said hot water was a problem but I ignored them seeing the number of reviews on Trip Advisor. I can confirm after staying here for 3 nights that there is no hot water available in morning, afternoon or nights. They have solar system for hot water and as it was raining and cloudy the hot water was not available. We had to have bath even for kids with cold water. There were cockroaches in the room which kept coming out at night and evenings and my kids were scared of them. The bathroom was very slippery and went all the time and very stinky. We had first monsoon rain of the year and the lights went off in the night for 30 minutes and the backup didn’t work. The fridge in room did not work on all three days even after the staff “took care” of it. The restaurant attached to hotel called Swaad has horrible manager who is very rude to women. They don’t have dinner till 7 in evening and only says Dosa Dosa items all afternoon. Even for lunch they have dosa items and Chinese items and sandwiches. I am not sure why there are good reviews for this restaurant and I would recommend better places in city which cost less and are pretty modern. On our last day in city we had dinner at Hotel Miles which has full lunch and dinner menu from 1 pm-10 pm in night without any breaks. The hotel seemed very nice and they have half the price than Hotel Ramma. Lastly the paintings of Rama, Lakshmana and Sita and Hanuman put up in Restaurant look angry and scared. These paintings are a shame and a blot on name of Lord Rama.

This was my first time visiting Hassan. We booked rooms in this hotel in a hurry but we were pleasantly surprised with the courteous staffs. The rooms were hygienic and the breakfast was of the best quality. The main courses at their bar were very good whereas the taste of their starters could be improved a bit. All the service starts too were very hospitable. I would definitely book my stay here in the future.

Went with family of four, they gave suit room which is average the room was of with smell we have to use our car fragrance. Toilets were average. Only thing is their morning complimentary breakfast which was nice and tasty the restaurant ambiance is good if staying for a night en route to some other place it’s ok

Rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. Extra foldable bed was given on requests. Had all basics of a class hotel (like electric kettle, tea-bags, milk powder, toileteries, etc). Complimentary unlimited breakfast was good & helpful. Overall Food was good. Staff are polite & friendly. Hotel location is good. I usually take a break here during highway trips with family.

The hotel is well maintained and the staffs are very friendly. The female receptionist helped us when we had a last minute request for an extra bed. Even when all their additional beds were taken she made arrangements for us. Both the check in and check out process was well handled by her. All the attenders were so helpful and friendly in restobar inside the premises. A special thanks to the receptionist for her warm welcome and send off!

The atmosphere and locality is very nice. Food is just Ok, Neither good nor bad. Have parking area for vehicles.

Hotel Ramaa is a good stopover for lunch/ dinner or snacks. Restrooms are clean and neat. Food is good, ambience is nice and service is fast. Ticks all the requirements for a quick stopover. Huge parking lot is also available.

Food bill was wrongly increased. It couldn’t have been wrong calculation since only 3 items were order. Upon mentioning it, it was corrected in an order instance..which made me believe that bill was deliberately increased. We visited hotel for dinner on 30th Oct. please be careful while paying the bills

It was nice experience in case of food .when our family visited this hotel it was quite late so we didn't had much dishes.

Good infrastructure. Spacious rooms and bath rooms. Has a very good restaurant attached. Free breakfast options given with stay are limited. Dosa quality for hotel guests is very bad and different. However customer giving direct order gets nice crisp and big dosas. Can improve service though. Couldn't give a hair dryer saying it's broken and needs to be repaired.. Good pricing if breakfast and telephone service are improved.

Service is sooo bad... I request the management to please train the service team. They just don't care. We ordered meals.. They don't have courtesy to keep glass, pour water. We need to ask for that. Each and every order we need to ask.. please get this!!! Please 🙏 don't spoil your hotel name

very good hotel in Hassan. hospitality is good. During our trip we have reached there by 3am, even at that time also they have received us well. Food is tasty. Cleanliness of the premises can be improved. except this every thing is good and I suggest you can stay here.

Restaurant area very big. Food are of best quality and tasty. Lack workers and coordination between them orders are taken for non available food items. Very good parking area available for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Just off the BM Road.

We stopped here for a night. Shahana at the Reception was our first point of contact. She was very kind and polite to accommodate our requests. Prakash, the bell boy was decent enough to carry our luggage to our rooms. He refused to take tip, when offered. Rooms were good, with pretty big and clean washrooms. All facilities in working condition - like AC, Hot shower, TV etc. Food - We loved it. Moderate price. Recommended for 1-2 nights.

Recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were both spacious and in good condition. The car parking was ample, which was convenient. However, there were some issues too. There was an event happening either on the top floor or nearby that caused significant noise disturbances in my room, making it difficult to rest properly after my long drive. The dinner I had at the hotel was average at best. There was no hot water available in the morning, and the kettle was not working. When I went to check out at 6 AM, the staff at the reception were all asleep on the sofa, and had to wake them up to complete the check-out process. Overall, while the spacious rooms and parking were positives, the noise disruptions and lack of hot water made for a less-than-ideal stay.

Check in and check out was quick. The corridor looks quite old and not maintained. The room was okay. The mattress could have been better. Bath water was hard. Complementary breakfast had many options. The hotel has a good amount of parking space for cars with round the clock security. The hotel is situated on a highway from Hassan to Belur, surrounded by many shops.

About restaurant - food was tasty 😋, can't say extraordinary. Talking about the ambience - cleanliness is well maintained. Dining area is wide and open, if you are looking for some cosy nook then this is not the place, no privacy as such. We could hear everyone.

One of our top picks on Bangalore-Mangalore highway. Clean restaurant, rest rooms, good food and service. Ample parking available. It's a huge restaurant, hence the waiting time / seating has never been an issue for us.

Room is neat. Doormats are not good. Getting hot water is a big task. Still luke warm during evening.
