First thing they do not keep promise as in advertisement. They didn't give silver coins mentioning we have given discount. Billing consumes more than a hour no value for time. Initially They told 18.8 MC but when I checked the bill it was 19.8 they have their own explanations. I do not recommend any one here. There are many other showroom in Hassan before buying compare from all.

I had very bad experience in terms of explaining things to us and also the promises that they keep on schemes. When applying for schemes they will hide everything and they will tell us that we can purchase gold but when it comes maturing then they will tell we cannot buy gold coins. Too many hidden charges and lot of price variance. Please do not visit Malabar gold in Hassan. Customers do not get into this schemes it is your hard earned money. Your money is not safe here .

Staff dnt give response crctly.......so many staff members were free but still they dnt attened custombers.....and also very high rate from market price......16gram necklace they told 108000 same 16 grams outside we bought at 75000.....

We are not treated the same way when compared to go for shopping and return items. Current staff is very unwelcoming. I'm a 8 months pregnant, even after i for again and again to make it fast, they took 2 hours just to bill nose ring. At first they asked us to go to first floor, for diamonds and come back to ground floor for gold. No humanity whatsoever. We wanted stud, they showed us 2 nose rings which were slightly different in size but instead of acknowledging that, sales girl was giving illogical reasons saying every item will be different by few milis. She called the billing person for some help, who never came. To send request for approval of return product everyone are depending on just one person in whole showroom. We had to wait and wait for every single step. Overall the staff sucks. It wasn't the case before.

The designs and price are satisfactory.. But while billing they need to update.. We waited for a long time at the bill counter.. One person with bald head is too arrogant,while we were waiting at the bill counter he just left the counter and was wasting time with his co worker.. Bad experience.

This Malabar is one of the best Jewellery Showroom in Karnataka. Being a Mangalorean I Joined scheme in this showroom. My mother and I happen to visit this place today. Just wanted to buy a ring. We went and sat near the place where there were rings in ground floor, We didn't it was baby rings, no one attended us. We were asking to your employees, no one responded. Later one guy asked us to go to second floor. We went there, again sat for some time. We asked an employee to show the ring. He was not interested but he was the same to another customer. I can understand here. The employee asked us to wait for few minutes, he told a lady to attend us. Again waited for some time. Meantime one guy came and offered us coffe. My mother took the coffe and drank😂. Then again we waited for some time. Got tiered and just came back. My mother actually liked the rings there. I just don't have any feelings to your jewellery. There was no lot many crowd too. But no one attended us. Maybe your employees found us we were not worthy of buying gold. It was a good experience for me. I'm writing this message while sitting in Bhima Jewellers and my mom is selecting the ring.😂 Capitalism is funny
