Super cool VR experience, The Hallow was TOP!

For 40€ per person you’d expect something more than a run down building with two giant squares out in the open. They don’t sanitize their VR equipment between uses, and we didn’t even get to play because they overbooked, when confronted about it, the 3 employees which appeared to be kids, chose to ignore us for some time before they finally gave us vouchers because they couldn’t offer a refund. We drove 45 minutes for this experience. Needless to say I’d never return to this particular VR attraction and I’d never recommend to anyone.

VR Game - Nanoclash First game didn't register names Second game didn't register shots and glasses disconnected near the end Third game was fine with a sometimes-working gun Overall fun experience but the short duration, technical difficulties and expensive cost make it so I wont recommend it to other people.

The VR experience itself was quite nice, staff was very helpful and friendly. The way they've implemented their vouchers however leaves much to be desired. By the time we got together to make use of our voucher for a session with four, prices went up and you actually have to pay the difference. So these are more of a gift certificate for a certain amount of money. However, you can't combine your "voucher" with any promotions as you actually need to enter your vouchers code as a discount code and those can't be combined with other ACTUAL discount codes. So we couldn't use the current discount for a free player if we wanted to redeem the voucher.....

We were with a group op 16 people and this is a little bit too much if you expect a full VR experience. In the two hours we were here, we each got to play for around 30min. The price is ok, as two drinks were included. Staff was very professional.

Good place for VR. A decent one in this part of the world. May be they have to upgrade the equipment and types of games to make only interesting for return customer. Good for first visit.
