bought a MacBook Air 13 in this store to present it in Belarus. asked the consultant about the dachshund fries. he explained that he would give the necessary papers. and so today I learned in Charleroi that they had not given me all the papers. dachshund fries i didn't get. I think the experience and skills of the staff of this store are low. and one star will be too much for them! bypass them.

Absolutely horrible service. Had to wait really long to get help with televisions. We wanted to buy a smartTV partly paid with ecocheques and partly with money. They write everywhere that they have free delivery but on going to the very inconveniently located store, we were told that the few ecocheque eligible TVs had to be bought in the store and taken away by us. They do not offer delivery on products purchased partly or wholly by ecocheques. I'm very disappointed in a store that I loved before.

I wanted to buy a TV set I asked for help the service got the answer that there is no help and I do not recommend any more.

Good variety of items at high prices. Pleasant staff but an unforgivingly bad return policy. Make sure you check that they ask for your ID card when buying something because they forgot with me one time, and I couldn't return the 300 euro item.

Quite easy to arrive here by car or by bike. The parking is big and the lighted sign is visible from distance. I thought it was bigger but I found what I was looking for, a smart card reader for computer. The staff whom work there is kind enough and available to help you if you ask. Into the store there are electronic stuff, washing machine, DVDs, telephones, televisions, computers, mouse, hard disk, vacuum cleaner, silk-epil, coffee machine and so on.

Its a typical MediaMarkt, experience mostly as expected, only reason for less than 5 stars is that in spite of a long queue there were only 2 folks manning the cash registers, one of them constantly on the phone, so it took quite long to check out

Plenty of articles but couldn't find anything I was looking for. It looks a little messy due to the crowd of people in the shop. I prefer do my shopping online. I was looking for a smartwatch that is always better to see and touch.

Good shop and have lots of verity of stuffs.. some staff are really good and some are not. Price is good and this shop is always busy.

The store is good but they need more employees, everytime we are there waiting forever to get someone to help......it's quite annoying, my mother is old and there's no place for her to sit and wait....

Nice store to have in the region. If you catch the right promotion, prices can be advantageous. Its opening hours are convenient for European standards.

The personnel was really helpful and he really tried to find a good solution for my need. For example, I needed to buy a washing machine and a refrigerator. However, I also need some time in order to arrange a lift with some other stuff. So, the very attentive personnel offered a good solution to order the machines without any pre payment and keep the until I tell them I'm ready. So, I am really thankful for their kind and helpful approach to customer.

25.09.2021 i by droogkast and from that day they play with me your machine gonna be tomorrow @home but is not true they lies and i dont know why but what they doing with me for one week i get stres becouse of them i was yesterday again in store Hasselt and the "Manager" say too me that tomorrow is finish tomorrow is droogmachine in your home 🤥 And today i have same emails from them they change my order nr i dont know more but is like nightmares if you by something there shame for that employers
