Was served raw chicken and the business believed that a $10 discount was enough to compensate potentially poisoning my entire family. In addition, they had the same boneless wings written twice on the reciept despite the only wings we ordered being a part of the 2 for 30 deal, meaning it should have been free. Why they rang it up then cancelled it beyond me but it screams sketchy.

Dear Management Team, My Family dined in Saturday August 19th around 8 8:30 pm . The young man who was the Host made no effort to ensure the Tables were cleaned off and the Booth with the French Fries all over on the floor swept up before seating the poor women with a Newborn baby and 3 year old girl. I did report it and your wonderful Hard working Servers took care of it. My suggestion is be aware of your cleanliness

My son brought me for my 50th birthday. The hostess wished me a happy birthday and recommended I ask for the brownie for my free dessert. That was the last bit of festivity from staff. Our waitress, Brittany, seemed to be serving tables and the bar, which I understand can be challenging. But there were only two people at the bar and three tables. She was working steadily but not running off her feet. Yet she only managed a couple of "fly-bys", never really stopping as she came to our table. I ordered the ribeye (most expensive menu item) because I was splurging and have never had a ribeye before. I had to wait until I had half finished it before I could get her attention for some steak sauce. Another fly-by. The steak was disappointing - - about 1/2 gristle and fat. On her next fly-by, she asked if I was ready for my birthday scoop of ice cream, actually calling over her shoulder to ask my topping preference. I got a child's portion of vanilla ice cream. It didn't feel very festive. In fact, I felt like we were a bother. It wasn't the way I wanted to spend this special evening. We like Applebee's and have come often for birthdays. The last time we came, last May, we weren't allowed in because of "staffing issues" and had to find somewhere else fir a group to eat at the last second. Now this. I will give it one more try, but if they can't get their staffing problems (and hospitality issues) under control, I'll permanently take our business elsewhere.

I would give the salad 10stars the food was amazing

Steak was the worst I've ever had. Mashed potatoes were thin and flavorless. Broccoli was the only palatable part of the meal. The wait staff was attentive and the only positive part of the experience. I remember when Applebee's was a nice place to dine. Sadly after my last 2 experiences I don't believe I will return to one again.

The Fiesta Lime Chicken is to die for!!! The servers are the nicest ladies I have ever met. GOOD ENERGY throughout the dining experience!

I really enjoyed my pasta dish. The cheese sauce was scrumptious. Michelle is a great waitress - checked in with us, refilled drinks and was nice. Clean, comfortable booth. Enjoyed our appetizer also.

Got a burger to bring home for someone…. Everything was cold even though they gave us the food in 10 minutes…. Burger was slimy and the fries were ice cold!!!!! Not worth the price at allll!!!!!

Applebee's is the best to us Veterans! All the employees were wonderful, food was excellent, and they really spoil us veterans on Veteran's Day! I applaud this company and these employees. No one does this as well as Applebee's. This is our favorite place to go on one of our favorite holidays. Thank you so very much for your patriotism, professionalism, excellent food, and atmosphere! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 The $5 coupon next visit was an added, & much appreciated touch. Thank you so much!

Came in waited to be seated. Hostess had to find menus, was able to find 2 (there was 3 of us). Waited another 7-10 minutes for drink orders to be taken. We had enough time to decide what we wanted for our food so we order drinks and food at the same time. About 1.5 minutes after putting in our food order, I was abruptly told no pasta items, they had a rush earlier and everything is grayed out for that section.. Great. Back to the menu for a new food choice. I let waitress know to please go ahead and put in food for the other 2 parties. I'll look and let you know. Ordered my 2nd (unwanted choice) then about 3-4 minutes later 2 of our 3 drinks came. Waited another 8-10 minutes and finally the 3rd drink came along with my meal?!? Sent out as an appetizer versus the meal option.. We waited another 35-40 minutes for our remaining food. Was "warm" at best and My son's food was ordered PLAIN, this was made VERY clear that it needs to be the bun, chicken and only cheese. But yet it came with everything on the sandwich, requested it to be corrected/remade. Less than 1 minute later magically it came back corrected; was told she grabbed the wrong plate, but low and behold there was sauce and fixings still on the sandwich, it was blatantly obvious that they just switched the bun! Over 1 hour of a wait for incorrect food and to be lied too. Not acceptable! Rush or not don't treat the customer as if we are incompetent. We could not wait who knows how much long for them to possibly remake our food, we needed to leave. As we were walking out pasta was being served again?! Which again I find odd as I was told it wasn't available, so was this just my section or me? Kids only? Not impressed nor acceptable. Let's do better Applebee's!

Wasn't eating good in the neighborhood. Burger way overcooked and fries were old. Kid's donut dessert was overcooked. Just not great. Wasn't busy and food shouldn't taste old. Server was great.

My daughter & I spotted Applebees from the corner turn into Hastings. She said go there. I said ok. I usually don't pick this. However. We were seated in a minute. We got our drinks right away. She came by, I wasnt quite ready. Then we spotted the 1/2 price appitizers from 3 to 6 PM. GREAT. WE HAD THE BUFFALO CHICKEN. Came w / celery & dip . Enough for two. Also got the wonton chicken & slaw. Looks like a taco. Well, they were very good. We both liked them. Then we ordered a mushroom & Swiss burger w fries. Pretty good meal. Next up was the lightly breaded shrimp. Not so small. W/ Coleslaw n fries. I'm impressed. Slaw was actually likeable. & the fries were excellent. Long & fresh. Had refills on the lemonade & the diet coke/ or was it diet pepsi.... I would say , " make a trip to this place. Others didn't compare as well. Thanks. We will be back. Nice, a few TV s. & a bar. Booths or tables. High top or regular. Decent parking also.

Typical Applebees, but our server was superb. It was Veterans Day, so very busy...but the staff did a great job.
