Ordered
3
Curry
Meat
Platters
(B-50222)
Upon
reviewing
the
items
ordered,
I
noticed
that
the
portion
sizes
were
really
small.
I
proceeded
to
tell
the
clerk
that
my
orders
seemed
small
and
this
issue
occurred
before
at
a
different
location.
I
informed
the
clerk
that
I
was
advised
by
the
mgr
Carissa
(Welches
location)
and
the
district
mgr
(Wildey
location)
that
there
should
be
2
scoops
of
meat
when
ordering
the
platter
and
should
there
be
an
issue
let
the
staff
know.
The
clerk
then
calls
a
young
lady,
Shadiamond,
to
hear
my
grievances,
after
repeating
the
information
she
says,
“Sometimes
the
lamb
portion
delivered
is
cut
in
chunks
versus
shredded,
so
it
may
look
like
you
didn’t
get
the
right
amount.
Let
me
take
a
look
at
your
platter.
I
saw
the
cook
give
two
scoops
but,
what
I
can
do
is
give
you
a
little
bit
more.
Would
that
work
for
you?”
I
told
her
yes
and
handed
her
the
platter.
She
and
the
clerk
both
leaned
in
and
stuck
their
hands
in
the
platter
box.
I
then
stop
them
both
and
said,
“If
you
are
planning
to
add
a
bit
more,
it
is
unsanitary
to
put
both
your
hands
in
the
box
especially
considering
CoVid.
I
would
like
the
order
re-made
please.
They
tried
to
take
the
platter
back
to
the
kitchen,
I
then
asked
to
hold
the
platters
and
exchange
them
when
the
orders
were
finished.
They
gave
me
a
buzzer
and
told
me
to
wait
outside.
5
minutes
later
the
buzzer
went
off
and
I
walked
in
to
pick
up
the
order,
the
clerk
says,
“I
called
Carissa
and
she
didn’t
talk
to
you.
We
cannot
replace
your
food.
”
I
again
explained
that
the
incident
occurred
previously
and
I
never
mentioned
that
I
spoke
to
a
mgr
tonight.
The
ladies
began
telling
me
I
can’t
get
my
food
replaced
even
after
putting
their
hands
in
it.
Here
are
my
primary
issues
1)
Why
are
you
(Chutneys’
staff)
arguing
with
the
customer
about
2
scoops
of
meat,
when
you
already
said
you
would
replace
the
platters?
2)
Why
are
you
(Chutneys’
staff)
touching
customers
food
and
taking
their
food
back
across
the
window?
3).
Why
tell
a
customer
that
you
will
replace
the
platters
only
to
realize
you
(Chutneys’
staff)
do
not
have
the
authority
to
do
so
and
must
send
pictures
to
justify
a
meal
replacement?
Over
40
minutes
going
back
and
forth
only
to
receive
one
platter,
when
3
platters
were
short.
This
type
customer
service
is
TRASH.
Arguing
with
a
customer
is
TRASH.
Touching
the
customers
food
or
handling
it
and
trying
to
give
it
back
to
the
customer
is
TRASH.
Now
is
Chutneys
a
franchise
or
a
corporation?
Customers
expect
superb
customer
service
just
like
I
experienced
at
Welches
and
Wildey.
For
the
LOVE
of
God
please
have
Carissa
(the
superb
customer
service
manager
at
Welches)
train
the
Lanterns
Staff
on
what
customer
service
should
look
like.
For
training
purposes:
1)
arguing
with
the
customer
is
terrible
customer
service
2)
touching
a
customers
food
is
unsanitary
and
terrible
customer
service
3)
inconsistent
experiences
at
the
different
Chutneys
locations
is
terrible
customer
service.
Solution:
Have
Carissa
from
Welches
train
the
staff
at
the
Lanterns
location.
Sincerely,
Hangry
Customer
