If I could give 0 stars I would. Understaffed very slow service and rude employees!!

It was very bad,the wait time was very long,I ordered a barrel of chicken,they were no biscuits,I order apple pies, none was ready the wait time for the biscuits were 10 minutes the pie time was 5 minutes,the cashier and the servers was really nice was tired seeing my face,the chicken when I got home was not really cooked, I had to put it in the oven.

Well it's not everyday that a great day at kfc is possible. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, food was hot! They even had onion rings (piping hot) 😍 Spicy "ribs" were great - that's what they call side breast pieces in Barbados 😄... Original pieces were not so good - I do not recommend. All in all, grade A to B-minus...

If you’re looking for FAST FOOD … go elsewhere. Your order takes at least 30 minutes to be filled after you place it. There is no sense of urgency from the staff here. You’ll probably starve to death by the time your order is handed over to you.

One of the more consistent KFCs on the island. Their food is better cooked than Warrens for certain and their service is better, but it's still KFC, so that's not saying much. No atmosphere, the inside needs a thorough clean and update.

Do not place order online, expect a call from them 1hr later saying would you like to continue with your order?? Then it will take another 1.5hrs to be delivered! Was hoping it was a one off but happened to me twice in the same week!

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch yesterday. The place was pretty much empty around 2pm. Service was quicker than I expected, but not very friendly. The food was fine, same as any KFC. Went to get fountain drinks at my first 2 selections were out. Overall the place was clean and the location right on the boardwalk is pretty cool

Very very poor service....I ask for spicy they were non i asked for hot wings they were non so i ordered a rib and a thigh combo and large fries... I paid a sum of $34.05 I didn't get a rib or a thigh I got a very small leg and I cudnt tell what the other piece was but they were very very small I didn't get no bread or basket my fries was very cold n soggy and the cashier was very rude.....I don't recommend!

Recently renovated however the drive to the pick up window, the wall is covered with white tiles, during the day, they reflect the heat from the sun causing some discomfort. There can be a cover put in place from the building over that driveway.

KFC franchises, ALL AROUND THE WORLD HAVE THAT SPECIAL KFC taste, "that secret recipe", I think the Barbados KFC Oistins, should not advertise as such, because they definitely do not use the same ingredients as other franchises around the world, they definitely missed the memo and have not got the recipes that make it special. It tastes just like any chicken shop very dry and tasteless. The staff were also very rude.

I taste no spices, the Fanta was nice. It's always mix results.

It's a sanitary place that is always being cleaned, wiped, doors are opened for you majority of the time. I just think the staff always think stuff funny, like be more professional. Ex: They get your order wrong it's either funny to them or they're annoyed when asked to correct their mistakes.The staff needs help with ethics before getting the job and need to be able to have a suggestion box with an area on the paper allowing you to complain about specific workers cause they aren't all bad, some are very hospitable and understanding.The food is great.

First time trying them. Ordered the number 1 big box and party bucket. Food and service was good. The macaroni side tasted nice with a slight onion mayo flavor. The chicken strips were tender and nice (depending on your taste). Some people like spicy so you may need to get some spice/ pepper outside. The frys got a bit stiff as soon as it was cooled down though. Yes it's a bit costly. I may try them again while I'm here just to see for myself if the other reviews about their service and quality are true for different times so I can post an updated review.

honestly don’t even bother - we were really looking forward to this but this was daylight robbery. The chicken was so dry we had to throw away half the food. The ladies at the til were so rude too and everyone in the queue made a comment about how rude they were. The best part of the meal was the refillable soft drink which says a lot. Paid £36 equivalent for 6 chicken strips and a snack box. eugh so angry we wasted money here

In my opinion, this is the best KFC location. Why, the food tastes better, they always have the items I want, the drive thru lines goes quickly, the kfc colonel choice sandwiches always are on point, adequate parking, seaside seating and unlimited fountain drinks.

Placed and paid for my order online for pickup at 9 pm. Went in and stood in line for 20 minutes and had to wait for the order to come through. We got our food about 15 minutes later. While standing in line, two separate customers were complaining that they had been waiting over 30 minutes with no explanation. The girl that was compiling the orders looked like she would rather be anywhere else. By the time we left, there was a line inside of at least 10 people and the drive thru was backed up onto the main road. Got home to find that they had put a macaroni salad instead of a coleslaw .

Flight attendant cousin only eats KFC outside the US. Picked up a bucket since Barbados is not on his schedule. Loved it

Good KFC food! However, due to staff shortages, long lines inside, huge lines drive through. As a result, everybody, staff & customers alike, were a little stressed! Management need to get on top of this.

Honestly the slowest fast food service. It took at least 20 mins to order and then a further 30 mins or more to actually get our food. The staff didn't seem interested and there was one staff member dancing around not really caring that customers were piling up. I do not recommend

KFC Hastings has a Tuesday 2 piece special for under $14 combo. Great value for your money. Service was fast and friendly.

It's right next to the Boardwalk at Hastings so you can choose to sit on the boardwalk and watch the sea while you eat. Kentucky chicken taste like Kentucky chicken anywhere, however, after decades of being in Barbados, they have refused or neglected to add Bajan hot pepper sauce as a choice. We know that KFC has its own flavor but we Bajans love our local pepper sauce. It would not take away from the flavor of KFC, it could only enhance it. I'm sure that tourists would appreciate the flavor. Service tends to be a bit slow.

No Napkins or Condiments were given and had to be requested. The friendly staff quick obliged to the request.

Not the happiest of crews, didn't listen to the order so only gave us one meal when we ordered two, despite watching me order and pay for second meal, snatched the meal away until I showed my receipt, good job we were just looking for quick bite so didn't stay long, won't be back.

The food is okay & the prices aren't too bad. Sit under their outdoors seating it's right on the beach!!

It needs to be shutdown, food didn't even turn up, i was called twice about changing my order as they didn't have enough stock then nothing delivered and now no contact - worst kfc in the world

On 2 separate occasions I have ordered online KFC in Barbados and in both instances I have waited over an hour and a half to get my order. After placing an order today at 6:11pm I called the provided number only to be told that it wasn't that store handling my order. I was told they can check the order and confirmed it was still in store; just not that store. When asking for more details I was answered in a manners that made me feel like I was upsetting their day! When I was transfered to the correct store I was then told the driver was only now packing up the orders and i would still have another 20 to 30 minutes to wait. She was kind enough to state my order would be the first one dropped off after a 2 HOUR wait. I will never order from them again and suggest to anyone looking to order online KFC in Barbados to order elsewhere if you are hoping to eat within a reasonable delay.

Got there placed my order and waited for 45 minutes to hear that what I order they don't have. And when I said that it was wrong that they had me waiting so long for something they didn't have in stock the staff was rude.

My daughter enjoyed the food while visiting Barbados. The drive thru line moved fairly quickly the few times we were there. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the workers do not communicate at all. They just take the money and give you the food. Don't respond to any questions or even acknowledge you when you say hello or thank you. They can be easily replaced by a robot. This can be fixed with proper training and perhaps an increase in pay.

Difficult to drive in and out, very slow service, super expensive, and chicken was dry, biscuit inedible, coleslaw was ok... not going back!

Food was great ... Restaurant was clean ... The upkeep of the bathrooms should be improved.

Prepare for the most up and down fast food experience and customer service of your life. 1 day you get great options great service and food is awesome. Go back a day later worst experience of your life. Nothing you want rude staff over dome cold food.

I went to kfc hasting drive through aug 2nd 2022 and I must say I was impressed with the great customer service from Natasha who worked the window. She was super helpful with assisting with a bag cause I had place 6 orders and I even turned and ask for extra bbq honey sauce and an extra corn which she turned and said how much it cost with out an attitude or even hesitant about getting that for us… I must say Natasha u did a great job. I’m pleased with your service keep up the great service.

What a place to be at any given time I’m met with a very nice lady, her name is Falicia. From there till the I always had this place marked as a venue of meeting new friends
