The worst and third class hotel ever seen. I paid for the AC room along with extra amount for 3 hrs early check in (1200+300). At the night time i started the AC but it was not working. I asked 1 guy then he said that all the AC are not in working. The next day i asked the manager about this seen he told me that, we gave a Non AC room at 1200 and charges of AC room is 1400. but when i saw the rate chart the price of AC room was 1200. then also he makes argument with me and giving a non sense reason. I told him to called the owner and morning person who booked my room but he denined. At the last i gave up infront of him cause he was not ready to listen me. Room was smelly and not hygiened. bed sheet and pillow was dirty, door handle broken. even they didnt provide you first complimentry water bottle, they charged for it.

Hotel is dirty and staff is very violent and they also off AC always and give excuse light is not in area and they took extra charges in food with adding ad-hoc items after I told they correct but if people miss they take extra charges even very dirty every where

Stayed a night, had good experience. If we talk about fooding and amenities being provided there are upto the mark. Staff behaviour was polite , one of staff members named as sachin was very good at service and instant in his services. Hotel justifies the cost being taken from customers. Overall experience was amazing.

Hotel located in dense populated area in HATHRAS. Staff is very honest and supportive but the Menu is the KILLER just because of high price. Please look into it... As per the standard of hotel, menu price are bit higher and unexpected.
