    1年くらい前に知人の紹介で通い始めました! ガリガリがコンプレックスだったのですが、食事やトレーニングメニュー、サプリメンテーションなど、親身になって相談にのってもらっているおかげで、最近周りの方に、『分厚くなったんじゃない?』『肩幅広くなった?』などと声をかけて貰う事が増えて大変嬉しく思っております。 食事管理して下さる方も在籍されており、毎日食べたものを写真に送るのですが、 丁寧にコメントを返してくれるのはもちろん、浮腫にいい食べ物や、免疫アップする食べ物のアドバイスなど、ライフスタイルも支えてもらっております。 理想の体は人それぞれで、 その理想に向かって正しいメニューとフォームでトレーニングを行う事の大切さは、 1人で24時間ジムに通っていても気づけなかったと思うので、for97ジムに出会えてよかったと思ってます。 90になっても筋肉がパンプしてるのを楽しめるおじいちゃんになりたいですね!笑 よろしくお願いします!

    昨年末に爆誕した、新板橋のライフ2FにあるANNEX館で、GW中の土曜日にキックパーソナルの体験ー!! 暖色系で楽しいデザインの室内内装が、50代のメタボ星人のヤル気を盛り上げてくれました。 ミット(的)があると、やったと言う充実感とアドレナリンの出方がグッとUPして、次の日の筋肉痛まで楽しく堪能できました。 良い部分を先生がしっとり褒めてくださり、自分に見合った強度で運動量を提供して頂きました。パーソナルだからこその、きめ細かな配慮がなるほどな〜と、実感しました。 自分は楽しくミットを追いかけていました。

    YouTube動画で我流で筋トレをしていましたが、妻と共にトレーナーの島田さんにお世話になることにしました。 トレーニングのコツや効かせ方を丁寧に示してくれたり、教えてくれたりするため、確実にレベルアップしているのを実感できます。 また、毎回「あとちょっと頑張ればできる!」というメニューや回数をピンポイントでご提案してくださるのが、さすがプロ!という感じです。 そして何より、声かけが最高にポジティブです。トレーニングをする人のモチベーションまで管理してくださいます。 他の方も書いてましたが、他の方に教えたくないけど、島田さんの良さは広がってほしい!そんな感じです( ̄∇ ̄)

    日頃運動をしない人間ですが、おかげさまでジム通いを続けることができています。 正しい姿勢でできるギリギリの負荷に毎回調整して頂けるので筋トレ初心者にはありがたいです。また、夫婦2人で同時にレッスンを受けることができる点と、島田トレーナーの気さくな人柄も続けやすい理由です。

    I was suffering from a lack of exercise and had many injuries, so I wanted to get the guidance of a good trainer to improve my body.I was looking for a personal gym close to my home and found Mr. Shimada's gym. When I went to try it out, I was impressed with Mr. Shimada's personality, explanations, and guidance, so I immediately joined. When I first looked into it, I was worried because the reviews were so high, but when I actually went there, my fears were completely wiped out and I realized that it was exactly what the reviews said, or even better! Dr. Shimada's instruction is very thorough and easy to understand, and it is eye-opening, including how to apply pressure to the body parts, training that you can do at home, and discussions about supplements. It's only been about 2 months since I joined, but I've been steadily improving. Seeing is believing, so if you're looking for a personal gym, I highly recommend giving it a try. Training becomes fun!

    I went there for the purpose of diet and body make-up in preparation for my wedding. I was grateful that I could easily go there even with my children. I'm a beginner, but with the support of my coaches who always encourage me and push me, I was able to lose about 4 kg in 2 months and my appearance has changed.     I usually do some training while watching YouTube, but I just couldn't get my body in shape. I was looking for a gym near my home and found this gym. The reviews were good, and when I first went to see the gym, I liked the atmosphere of the gym and Mr. Shimada's personality, so I decided to join right away. I'm currently attending once a week, and he's taught me the correct form for the training I've been doing and the importance of stretching, and I've seen changes in my body that have surprised even me. there was. I used to hate weight training, but now I love it so much that I start training at home using what I learned. I'm really glad I went to this gym, and I hope Shimada-san will continue to teach me various things and help me build a healthy ideal body (o^^o)

    I'm a professional dancer. I have been working with him personally for about 6 years through an introduction from an acquaintance. He has created the optimal menu for various purposes such as performance improvement and body shaping, and as I continue training, I am able to feel the changes in my body. Thanks to Trainer Shimada's careful and easy-to-understand guidance and sincere attitude toward training, I was able to continue enjoying it even though I was not good at training. I recently took a course called ``Training Regular Checkup''. For 4,400 yen, you can have a home training menu tailored to your needs, but since there is a fee, you can feel free to tell them your wishes and they will create a menu that meets your needs. I thought this course would be very helpful when you want to do something at home but don't know what to do.

    This is my first experience at a personal gym, but I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish each session because they carefully consider and suggest training plans that match my goals. Also, the trainer will encourage you every time, so your motivation will increase. I feel like I can focus on my own training without worrying about other people. By continuing, you can look forward to getting closer to your goal little by little.

Little by little, I started to be able to use heavy dumbbells and other things, and muscle training became more fun! During training, you will receive positive feedback, so you can complete it until the end! I was able to receive advice on the number of repetitions, weight, and how to provide assistance when training on my own so that I could continue to do so, so I started going to the gym more often on my own. I can see changes in the inbody values ​​I measure every time, and I think my body is changing little by little. The gym itself was very clean and comfortable, and since there was a ticket system and there was no set number of times a month, I was able to go at my own pace. I have never found it difficult to make a reservation, and they are happy to confirm any changes to the schedule.

    I was introduced to it by a relative, and I started going there. It was my first time doing full-scale personal training, so I was worried at first whether I would be able to keep up with it or see results. However, with trainer Shimada's careful guidance from the basics, I was gradually able to train with the correct form. The intensity of my training gradually increases, and I feel a sense of accomplishment after finishing it. Up until now, I haven't felt much of an effect when training myself, but I'm always amazed at how much of a difference it makes when I train with a professional trainer. Being able to see changes in my body using the numbers on the InBody app also increases my motivation. Sometimes my numbers don't change as I expected, but if I keep going, I'm sure I'll become the person I want to be, and I'm encouraged by this, which keeps me positive about my training. Now, I am really looking forward to seeing the changes in myself and to each personal training session. I want to continue working hard to reach my goal. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking of trying personal training.

    A few years ago, I felt that my physical strength was declining, and I used to watch YouTube and do muscle training whenever I had free time, but I was so busy with work, housework, and childcare that I couldn't find the time, so I decided to go to the gym. I decided. I wanted to get advice on the correct posture for muscle training, so I chose a personal gym and after trying out a few places, I came across this gym and decided to go there. The trainers are very friendly, polite and kind. They are very thorough in teaching me how to train, form, and even nutrition. I also like that you can use the app to see how much you've achieved.
