I
went
there
for
about
two
and
a
half
years.
During
a
very
difficult
time,
I
was
able
to
get
an
appointment
quickly
and
in
a
timely
manner,
so
I
trusted
the
director.
However,
as
I
gradually
recovered,
I
began
to
see
the
roughness
of
a
psychiatric
clinic.
First
of
all,
the
director.
Spell
out
the
name
of
the
drug.
I
am
an
amateur
and
have
never
mentioned
the
name
of
a
drug.
I
used
to
use
abstract
expressions
such
as
"medications
to
take
during
the
day"
or
"big
ones",
but
even
after
two
and
a
half
years,
he
still
keeps
telling
me
the
names
of
the
drugs.
As
expected,
for
two
and
a
half
years,
I
can't
even
get
a
sense
of
the
atmosphere
of
the
patients
I've
been
seeing
every
week.
Also,
I
will
tell
you
everything
about
medicines
so
that
you
can
adjust
them
and
take
them.
Can't
you
say
whether
it's
good
or
bad
if
you
at
least
reduce
this
amount?
At
the
pharmacy,
I
received
a
step-by-step
explanation
from
the
pharmacist
and
consulted
with
him
on
what
to
do.
Furthermore,
he
didn't
listen
to
me,
so
when
I
told
him
the
amount
of
medication
I
had
adjusted,
he
didn't
understand
and
gave
me
a
prescription
for
the
wrong
amount.
The
amount
of
this
medicine
was
causing
problems
for
my
physical
condition,
so
when
I
came
to
the
hospital
even
though
it
wasn't
my
scheduled
date
to
ask
for
a
change
or
addition,
the
director
said,
``You
said
◯◯,
didn't
you?''
We
had
an
unspoken
argument.
I
showed
you
the
PC
monitor,
but
since
I
didn't
listen
to
the
story
in
the
first
place,
what
I
said
is
not
recorded.
At
this
time
as
well,
he
kept
repeating
the
names
of
the
drugs
until
I
said,
``I
don't
know
because
I'm
an
amateur.''
Even
when
I
told
them
again
based
on
the
medicine
prescribed
by
the
pharmacy,
it
was
wrong
and
I
had
a
headache
with
the
pharmacist.
I
understand
that
you
are
busy,
but
I
don't
think
it's
appropriate
for
a
psychiatrist
to
provide
such
careless
treatment.
I
feel
like
a
fool
because
I
had
no
one
else
to
turn
to
and
chose
this
clinic
and
trusted
it.
Next,
the
reception
staff.
Everyone
seems
kind
at
first
glance,
but
I
feel
like
most
of
them
are
insane.
I
forgot
to
pick
up
the
change,
and
when
I
went
home,
the
change
didn't
come,
nor
did
I
receive
a
phone
call,
and
the
next
time
I
went
to
the
hospital,
they
gave
it
to
me
and
said,
``I
forgot
about
it
last
time.''
This
was
the
first
time
I
encountered
someone
with
experience
in
the
customer
service
industry
who
did
not
immediately
respond
to
a
customer
who
had
forgotten
their
change.
In
the
first
place,
I
was
surprised
that
the
clinic
was
okay
with
that.
And
in
many
cases,
when
people
come
in
through
the
automatic
door,
they
don't
say
anything
and
no
one
wants
to
take
the
patient's
ticket.
If
you're
too
busy
to
pick
up
the
check,
or
the
counter
is
too
high
to
tell
if
someone
has
arrived,
why
not
install
a
patient
card
holder
or
install
a
sensor
that
makes
a
sound
when
the
door
is
empty?
Also,
if
you
ask
for
advice
or
have
a
dispute
about
something,
they
will
say,
``We
will
take
your
situation
into
consideration,''
but
that
is
a
complete
lie.
They
don't
understand
the
situation
at
all,
and
when
I
tell
them
about
it,
they
turn
their
backs
on
me.
I
could
see
that
he
was
trying
to
placate
me
by
saying
only
good
things,
so
I
couldn't
trust
him
at
all.
Neither
the
director
nor
the
reception
staff
are
trustworthy
at
all.
This
may
be
a
good
option
for
those
who
are
able
to
administer
their
own
medicines,
as
they
can
give
them
to
you
if
you
ask
them.
There
are
better
clinics
out
there,
though.
It
seems
that
you
have
replied,
but
please
do
not
reply
as
this
is
the
truth.
I
want
to
tell
everyone
the
facts.
It's
an
addition.
When
I
went
to
my
final
appointment
the
other
day,
I
was
told
that
I
had
seen
this
review.
I
think
it's
not
a
good
idea
to
touch
on
things
written
anonymously...
When
I
informed
them
of
the
above,
they
said
it
was
okay
because
they
had
checked
with
the
appropriate
authorities,
but...even
if
it
is
legally
okay,
it
still
feels
terrible.
Also,
you
have
said
many
times
that
what
is
written
is
not
true,
but
I
wrote
what
I
felt
and
experienced,
but
I
don't
know
what
a
review
is...
