Beautiful hotel. 99% clean to my standards. Horrible restaurant. We paid for breakfast vouchers and were informed it was open until 11 on the weekends. We came down at 10 and the chef takes our vouchers and then tells us they are closing up early and we can pick at whatever is left. When we mention a refund, he looks at the bar and says there's enough for us left. While attempting to scratch up some of the food that was "left over", the staff was standing all though the small area.The rest of breakfast we spent listening to the kitchen staff stand in the buffet area and complain about how bad their job is, talking loudly across the small area. The front desk was super nice about it and took care of us, but there was no manager on duty at the time. Both pools were nice. Indoors was a little warm and dirty, outdoor was perfect. No towels in either area though.

Great place to stay, rooms are clean and roomy with walk in shower. Beds were comfortable but the air conditioning could use a little updating. Staff is very friendly.

I would stay here again if visiting or working in the area. The suites are well laid out, finely decorated, and spacious. The bathroom is a bit smaller than I am accustomed to in a Holiday Inn. The service is top notch. The amenities are well thought from the pool to the outdoor entertainment areas (including a fenced in basketball court. The hall noise was a bit more audible than expected and the hotel reatraunt lacked the atmosphere of others I have experienced at Holiday Inn across the country.

We arrived late for business, around 11pm, for a one night stay. Very nice lobby. Staff were moderately friendly. Originally, we were told breakfast was not included because of our rate. Thankfully another employee offered us some vouchers by mistake. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Kuerig and coffee in the room. No shampoo! Neither my nor my co-workers room had shampoo! Only face soap and conditioner! Hot breakfast offered with pretty good variety. Coffee was mediocre. Day time staff very friendly. Overall, a good place to stay with a head scratcher here and there.

The rooms in the hotel are very nice and modern looking. My largest complaint is the lack of necessary towels. It would be nice to have four to a room. The lobby is gorgeous and the halls are very nice. However, the breakfast is only alright and the pool is not very amazing.

Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. Very pleased with my king sized bed. Would also recommend the breakfast. Even though renovations are being made, I know I will be back in the future. Thank you so much for yourhard work to make this hotel a 8 star rating to me and my family.

Reasonable price for the duration of my stay. Spacious rooms. Great service. Small pool sizes. Excellent bar and grill inside the hotel. Quiet local area. Busy local area during college sports weekends. 2-5 minutes drive from restaurants. An overall great stay.

Room and lobby very nice. Slight issues with things like faucet knob leaking around handle when using hot water, 1 jet in tub broken, and bag of trash was left in cabinet under the sink from the last guest. But an overall very nice stay. Pool nice, room pretty clean, and staff very nice.
