Office lady is Extremely rude and nasty. And they asking $100 admin fee plus $40 application fee. Greedy since that all goes straight into the pocket of the leasing manager. Thats right folks “admin/app fees” are considered a bonus and go straight into a pocket (usually the leasing manager). Shameful that leasing office is taking advantage of people like that. Not to mention the ugly attitude of the manager thrown in. Really thankful i don’t have to subject myself to the living conditions at that dilapidated property and OUTRAGEOUS fees being charged when submitting an application.

To see the faces of the people that are spending 500 or more for these apartments is just sad. This is what you call slums. Maintenance does nothing. The lawn is down right nasty. It's just sad. And to know that people pay their rent to live like this. Where is the management of this company. Or is it the states. If so..... I hope God bless yall.

I gave it five for the time I lived here in 1997. They were nice and kept up. The rent was only 345 dollars per month for two bedrooms.
