I love it here. My only complaint is that I have bug issues inside of my unit since I have started leasing here, and I am not pleased. Overall, excellent apartment complex, but I’m not sure if I will be leasing again because of a silverfish infestation. I have only been here for two months, and I’m ready for my lease to be over because of the numerous bugs. Update: the office staff are great and we’re very accommodating with providing pest control whenever I requested. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

We lived at Cross Creek for almost a year, after selling our house. We really enjoyed living there. From the office staff to maintenance manager, everyone was so accommodating and always willing to assist, if needed. Excellent location and amenities. Great team and a great complex!

I've called this apartment home for 3 years, and I have never felt so safe, and comfortable living here than anywhere else. The gates are always closed. The apartment has a 1/2 to 1 mile circular side walk for afternoon walks (without leaving the gate) Which I do daily. The inside is beautiful. Big windows everywhere which adds space and ambiance. I was in a two bedroom apartment, and there was plenty of space. Everyone keeps to themselves so perfect if you don't enjoy loud music, or neighbors banging on your floor. The only thing I had to adjust to was the AC is a little loud, but once I rearranged my furniture it kinda became a white noise. My parents love coming to visit me which stays a lot.

I absolutely loved living here. I live in Crosscreek for almost 2 full years. The office staff is incredibly nice and always helpful whenever you need anything. if you ever have an issue the maintenance team will handle things very quickly, they waste no time once you put in a work order. I'd leave for work in the morning and it would be fixed by the time I got off. There is always something cute going on, like free ice cream by the pool, or win a social media contest for a discount on rent. My only advice to you, rent a reserved parking space. Parking is very tight because of the garages, some nights I'd have to park kind of far from my unit. I only moved out because I accepted a new job in a another state . I will miss living here so much.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. The front office staff and maintenance team at Cross Creek are the BEST. They were always helpful and cheerful. The maintenance staff fixed any issue I called about ASAP. I've never stayed at an apartment with such an attentive, amazing staff! The amenities were great. I loved the pool and media room. The courtyard space is nice for studying or picnics. I felt much safer here than my previous apartment. They also had many community events and fun contests. I really enjoyed my time at Cross Creek! The only cons were the noise from my upstairs neighbors and being on the first floor. Both times I had upstairs neighbors, I could hear them walking/stomping around. I started wearing my noise-cancelling headphones more, studying on campus, and turning up my TV; that helped. I recommend getting a 3rd floor apartment if possible. If you're noisy or heavy-footed, please take the 1st floor units. If you're interested in staying here, I would sign up ASAP. Their units do not stay on the market long.

The cross creek community and staff have been nothing short of amazing! Any issue we have had has been resolved within the day and they have made it known to go out of their way to make these apartments feel like home for every single family. These apartments offer so many great amenities, but the one thing that really makes them stand out is how much the staff genuine cares for your happiness while living here!

My family moved here after we lost our home to the Easter tornado. I was not looking forward to moving 30 minutes away and into apartment life. I had not done that since my college days about 25 years ago. It turned into a great experience. We LOVED living here. The apartments are the perfect size, the pool is amazing, the movie theater is perfect, and there is always a few minutes to shoot pool. We will be moving back the end of this month and we will miss living in this place and in this city. Many memories were made recovering here! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place to live. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They do not tolerate excessive noise and other disturbances that you would find at many other apartment complexes. This is because they actually care about you and want you to be happy and tell others about cross creek. They do a great job to keep their reputation and will go the extra mile to make sure you are highly satisfied.
