Don't know much about this place but I went here with my friend who wanted to get a tattoo so there's a really good tattoo artist here,her studio is here and she'll be changing the location soon though.

Nice apartments at prime location, green park metro 400 metre only, South delhi,

Calm and peaceful... But equally costly... A location that sits at the heart of delhi but also can offer calm and peacefulness are few and far between ... And this location is one of the few... However the construction here is at least 30 yrs old so see if investing 2 cr for a 2bhk flat is worth the price or not.

I saw that outside the apartment wall's their is only Hindu gods pic is showing. That is wrong u r in secular country their should be all religion God like Allah,christian god yasu pics also be shown outside walls. I m not against any religion but i don't like that the way that how a educated owner or any responsible management can do this. Is really they have any manner................ Thanks i think u try to right your mistakes.

The parks inside are beautiful. Great location. Apartments inside are 40 years old, exteriors are not maintained well. Gated community. Good security.

Learned recently as I had to pick n drop few relatives to metro station.. though name is Hauz Khas Appartments.. however nearest metro station is Green Park.. and not the Hauz Khas.. 😂 Good society.. excellent location..

These flats are old but the place is well kept. Lots of greenery, small park with swings for children, open gym, etc.
