This lab is empanelled under CGHS so has more patients. Don't visit if you are not under any panel. Your wait time may be longer than your expectations. I came for MRI at 1100 hrs morning and got my turn at 1830 hrs. Getting an ultrasound booking is even more difficult. It's okay for empanelled patients.

Staff supporting and providing excellent facilities for Handicap patient and old patient. Reports online portal is working perfectly. I collected reports in one visit to the lab. Ultrasound test waiting time is very short, almost taking 15 minutes. I am so delighted with the lab.

Professional diagnostic center, Organized. Ordering of patients is well-managed. People are professional. Counters are efficiently managed, short queues. Minimal time wastage for a single visit. You should visit this if you want the best for your patient.

For pregnancy ultrasound I had to visit 4 times as they'll give you different dates and also ask to come to collect the reports as they don't provide ultrasound reports same time. This is totally harassment for the patient as they should take rest in this condition however these guys ask you to come again and again for the simple ultrasound. Staffs were very unhelpful and unprofessional as they don't know how to talk with someone. As per my patient doctor also didn't take precaution like wearing gloves and masks for the checkup. I'll not recommend anyone for this hospital as you have to wait 3-4 hours on every date whenever doctor ask to come.

This place is commendable; it is an efficient lab where you are promptly attended to, even for complex tests. The experience is far superior to a government-run facility. If given the option, I would always prefer to visit this place.

Unnecessary hype to this place, actually a frustrating lab where you are made to wait for hours just to get a simple test done. Sarkaari lab se kam feeling nhi h. Given a choice, never visit this place. There are numerous labs around Green Park with CGHS and other panels. 😌 Never ever visit this place unless you wish to waste your time and get humiliated? 😔

Behaviour of staff members are very bad. I suggest not to go that lab.
