THEY DON'T VALUE YOUR TIME I took an appointment, three weeks in advance for 12:00 noon yesterday, to meet Dr Mahipal Singh Sachdeva (consultation fee @1950 for a new patient). I wasn't told the amount of time I would have to spend for the same. Upon reaching, it took them 3 hours to "prep us up" to meet the Doctor. The staff is tardy and indolent. My mother's file was handed over to atleast 5 different staff members all on the same floor, with each one not telling us what happens next and in how much time. For one, you're paying an exorbitant consultation fee, and on top of that, the Hospital administration doesn't bother about your time. Oh ya, let's not forget, that they'd come with PREMIUM customers too, who will skip line ahead of you. My parent both senior citizens had just taken breakfast, only to eat their lunch at 4 pm that day because the hospital staff was incapable to work or even have bare courtesy to tell us how much Time would the process take. The least they should tell their patients while seeking appointment is the time they will waste to get you to the doctor.

If you have the whole morning up to at least 2pm then make an appointment! Doctors never come on time, the staff seems like they are doing everyone a favor and in the last 2 months I have received the same response that the doctor is on leave for 15 days"! Seriously? I am not saying that doctors cannot take leave, but when you are 'collecting' patients, how about having back up doctors who can look after the patients without having to spend the entire day at the Centre. A little more responsibility from doctors and care and empathy from the staff could make this place more tolerable. I AM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER CENTRE simply because of the long holidays and the slovenly treatment from the staff.

Dr talwar is treating my dad since 6 years . He is gem of a person available always in every emergency. His assistance lal ji is also a humble person . Dr mahipal is excellent surgeon

Dr. Harsh Kumar is an extremely efficient, capable and dedicated doctor - fully well versed in his field. He has vast knowledge and experience which is reflected in his work. His diagnosis is superb and he takes very good care of his patients. That's why his success rate is so high. I wish him all the best.

Center for sight Safdarjung is a good center for eyes checkup. Dr Dinesh Talwar is very Prominent and best doctor in his field, really good Diagnoses and attention. I visited this hospital for my lasik surgery with Dr Abhishek Dave. He’s a nice and very professional doctor to visit for lasik surgery. He will make you feel comfortable and you can trust him for your surgeries. I have removed 2 stars from this review for this hospital and the management. The billing and pharmacy department is really rude and they don’t know how to talk to the people. Please don’t entertain them if they misbehave with you. And on the other hand they are charging 10rs for 1 disposable mask which i think shouldn’t be charged.

Most appropriate and reliable place to get eye treatment. Best doctors are available to meet up with all the complications that might hinder your vision. Even the staff at the reception desk is very helpful and polite .In short it is simply the best. My son was born with cataract in both his eyes and due to delay in surgery his cataract got stuck on the retina but under the treatment of Dr. Bharat he is having 6/6 vision. Thanks to the almighty and to the dedicated staff for making it possible.

The centre maintains high standards of the brand name with top of the notch eye care facilities. It was a comfortable experience with helpfull doctors and staff. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the facility and was well sanitized.

Neptune is far far far better than center for sight..here they will make you wait for atleast couple of hours when you know you have patients waiting there outside why can't u keep enough staffs.secondly the prescription which doctor give is something you have to hunt for.i mean you will not get medicine outside hospital..in a way they are just making profits.. charging extra medicine...

Visited for Dr Harsh for my mother's cataract surgery. Dr is very good however number of people visiting their very large so sometimes staff loose patience. Also sometimes refered patient are not properly communicated which creates issue here in hospital.

there’s absolutely no social distancing. half of the staff/doctors are not wearing gloves or cleaning the machines in between use. on top of this i waited 1.5 hours after a 9am appointment to be tended to.

Hi, I had visited Safdarjung Enclave Delhi center for eye operation for my mother, did not had good experience with the facility with arrangements and reception staff in 2nd Floor opt. Below are the point I want to highlight: 1)Staff are not polite they are talking very rude in 2nd Floor reception. 2)today was so much rush that there were no seat for waiting. 3)3rd floor waiting area AC were not working. They are charging as 5 star money but service is not up to the mark.

My experience with centre for sight Safdarjung Enclave is excellent one. My daughter Aakshi operated by India's best Retina Specialist Dr Lalit Verma Ji who treats the patient very politely and sincerely and she is improving quite fast. The Assistant staff with him is also very friendly and active specially Lal Ji who come to the patient frequently whether putting eye drops or any other need.

I have visited CSF (Safdarjung Enclave) several times, for routine checkups and surgeries, and have always had a good experience. The staff and clinical Assistants were very helpful, efficient, and calm while dealing with us patients, inspite of the huge rush seen on any given day. Their helpful attitude, to a great extent, reduces the tension and stress patients may have had before any visit/treatment. Kudos to them all.

Even though the doctors here may be great the experience is like a fishmarket . The staff here is very unskilled in managing the center. From the entry itself things go haywire. Even as it's a rule that only one attendant can accompany a patient there are people who come here in groups of 4s and 5s as if they have come for a picnic...so the actual patients end up standing for long hours.Then at the billing counter no one manages the queue...it's like a free for all jungle and people become animals ...after the billing there is no number system ...the names are called out manually and people crowd around anxious when they will be called ...any hospital nowadays have a numbering system ..even CFS charges are high they do not reinvest in patient experience. Even though they give appointment for 11 am ..you end up waiting for 4 hours ..very pathetic management. People should definitely avoid this place Competitors should take this as a huge opportunity to provide better experience and take away the business form this pathetic patient experience place.

Worst coordination between staff on the 1st floor, and third floor. 1st floor told me to go to the 3rd floor for checking up with Dr. Mahipal, but didn't send my file, I kept waiting for 25 mins on third floor, when I enquired they said go to the first floor for cataract but I already had my cataract checkup on the 1st floor, After 30 mins they sent my file, and I had to wait for another 30 minutes on the third floor now. Ridiculous coordination, keep waiting, waiting and waiting. Till you die

Ms Anita Thapa helped my father a lot during his cataract surgery and his experience was smooth because of that. As he is an elderly man I was very worried for his well being but everything was taken care of extremely nicely. Surgery was done by Ms Kanika sharma, which was very safely and professionally done.

My wife visited your Safdarjung Enclave branch for consultation regarding sudden appearance of floaters in her eye which was giving her great stress. Payment was taken in advance and Dr Harish was assigned to her.All tests were performed and diagnosis done a which was told to me.But there was no consultation about her problem. Doctor did not give her any talk about the floaters, nor any reassurance or guidance as to how to deal with the situation. One would expect the doctor to sit across the table and be a little more humane about a problem which may appear trivial to him but causing so much agony to the patient. But we were out in 2 minutes after the diagnosis. Next day I called up the centre wishing to clear a couple of doubts. I was assured that the doctor would call back. But there was no call. This was a week ago. It seems we go to hospitals only to get tests and surgeries done.

I was diagnosed with retinal tear and asked to get barrage laser done by other doctor, but today when I was supposed to get it done, Dr. Nikita informed that there is no such issue in retina, she also instantly asked the billing to refund the complete treatment amount. I went alongwith my aunt to CFS safdarjung enclave. We had taken Dr Nikita Gupta's appointment ( after looking at her profile, she has academic qualifications from the best institutes of the country) and I must say that my experience with her was great. Though she is a young doctor, her knowledge of the subject is praiseworthy. She patiently made us understand that my aunt was having diabetic retinopathy and vitreous haemorrhage for which she needed surgery. She told us about all available options of treatment and gave us sufficient time to take a well informed decision. We went in for surgery and thankfully the surgery went smoothly. My aunt is very happy and satisfied with the results. All in all, Dr Nikita Gupta's knowledge, skill and her cheerful demeanor has made our experience highly satisfying.

My mom had her cataract surgery with Dr. Bharat Ratna, the process was seamless and she had a comfortable surgey and post op experience as well. The post op medical kits/drops were on a bit pricier side though.

Dr Monga is superb! Gifted surgeon and an excellent doctor to interact with. Keeps the patients calm and explains things extremely well. We need more doctors like him. Keep up the great work sir!
