Such pathetic services provider. Untrained staff pregnancy ultrasound done by unprofessional interns. Taking extreme level of time because they are untrained. Doing practices on mother and child. Such a pathetic experience. 4 hours taken for single ultrasound. Then say 30 minutes for report but taking 50minutes to 1 hour. This message only for pregnant women don't waste your precious time there. Save your unborn child from this type of harrasment.

I had very pathetic service they are not professional, and there staff behaviour was like they are not in clinic it’s was seems like they are in garden, and what I dislike most, they will book your appointment like in bulk they aren’t bother how much time they will took thay want only good business but how to cater there clients. Before my MRI an boy staff gave me injection he was not trained and after week I was in pain my whole hand. And top of that when I gone to collect my report that’s experience what should I say they misplaced my report after 20 minutes they found it. There should be a negative star rating. Very slow processing staff. Especially for pregnant women. It will take a minimum of 4-5 hours for an ultrasound and after 40- 50 min for reports. Please protect yourself and your patient. If you are going make sure you have enough food and patience with you. Very irresponsible staff behaviour.

All the staff of the clinic, right from a few morons sitting at the reception to the technicians are rude and extremely unprofessional. They say would get your work done in 30mins, take money from you and then make you wait for 3-4 hours for your work, till the entire clinic gets vacant. Even when you try telling them that the patient is critical and in emergency department, they doesn't pay any attention and behave so cheaply and rudely. Worst place.

Place is very cost effective but at the expense of it being unhygienic is not what you would prefer! Addition 1: Look at the audacity of the guys in the way of their reply. Wake up and smell coffee before you try and get back at me... It is the pathetic condition that you should be focused on...

Booked a slot through MFINE online at rs 9300 id no 325764 dated 30/12/21 but they (capital) refused to honour the booking and asked for rs 15000 instead to condust the CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY . this is highly unethical and wrong . huge comercialization of medical service . the same test i got done for rs 7999.00 from janta xray. shame for capital health clinic .

The place is is highly unprofessional and it stinks in their corridors. The staff is rude and unsupportive. Its easy to understand that they care only for money because they won't value your time. They will take bookings in bulk and you would have to wait long hours for your tests irrespective of going at your own time slot. The reports will never be on time, they lie on your face to give you a certain time and then you just end up following up again and again.

Went there for an MRI and Mammography for my family member. The mammography turned out to be a false report with nothing on it. No readings or anything. Firstly i got a report in which left breast and right breast findings were same . These people didn't even bother to change the mention of the right breast while copying it from right breast findings to that of left one. Left breast findings had word to word copied findings from right breast. I contacted them as both breast having the same reading doesnt ever happen. Once i raised the complaint to them they asked for my report over WhatsApp and sent me a corrected report which had no changes whatsoever

Came to get my EGG done, and I am thoroughly convinced at the manner in which patients are being handled here with utmost professionalism . Dr. Vipul Mohan is the name of the Medical practitioner who took care of me.

This the worst medical clinic ever. Name mentions diabetologist and what they failed at is checking sugar level of diabetic patient and giving wrong medicine. This worsened the medical condition of my grandmother. Now she is fighting battle for her life in Max hospital, Saket. This diagnostic centre is making things worse for lot of patients. This should be closed, staff does not know the basic medical treatment required to give to patient and they are not trained to handle emergency situations.

They do not have honest pricing for the test, the more you negotiate they will give you less prices. No parking facility.They are expensive.

Plz don't go to this clinic i highly advice not to go. There staff is highly immature and disrespectful. This lady on the picture usually ask you to wait 30min and then 4 hours gone she still says wait 45min, Crazy such a mess. Your whole day will be ruined with their silly management. Find a place which is more expensive but time efficient and mature people is recommended.

Visited for the first time for my mom 2D echo from Dr Vipul Mohan and was really satisfied because they did my mom test on priority and receive report on time.Best lab for all the test .

My first and Last walking at this Lab. For me Customer setesfection is zero of this Lab. Staff charged againest the test as per the prescription by Dr. And belame to customer as we asked that test. Before collecting report staff shwoing towords account desk for additional amount dipodit which was not agree before and convince like as marketing discount. Although I use two other Lab where I did not face like this service or behave.

They gave my parents priority service , Im very thankful.

All updated and upgraded machinery available for 3d 4d ultrasound, doppler, 2d 3d echo stress echo, ecg holter tmt pft, uroflowmetery xray opg mammography, blood tests , sleep study , adult vaccinations . Specialists available for physicians diabetologist cardiologist radiologist. Charges are lesser than other clinics and lab centers. Reports and accuracy too is good. Only problem is parking area .

I went for ultrasound whole abdomen and they couldn’t find my organs! I mean I did my ultrasound three months back and everything was there visible. Utterly disappointing. Additionally the attendant nurse advises me to lose weight. The radiologist didn’t even complete my ultrasound. He did my left side and didn’t even touch right abdomen. I have done 7-8 ultrasounds in past three years, and this is what I get to hear. Inexperienced and incompetent. I don’t think we are educated fools. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Please understand we pay handsomely to you and not asking any favour. Get your professionals correct. Its a health clinic, washroom is dirty and even attendants/ nurses were wearing uncleaned clothes. Not to forget, the radiologist didn’t even wear gloves while doing the ultrasound. I don’t want to mention the name, but I shall escalate this further as I have all the details.

got my MRI done for ankle, as said by the doctor , the MRI is taken by someone who is amateur, cause the MRI films aren't taken properly and few angles were not in their plus the CD too.(DR. Maninder Shah(indianSindian injuries centre). Plus he also mentioned its its not the machine its the technicians fault

It's more like a diagnostic shop rather than a clinic ! Test and report preparation is all done by the staff. Doctor does not have the time even to check the report or sign it after test.

Worst place ever. Highly inexperienced doctors who don’t know their job, pricked the patient 4 times yet couldn’t find the vein. Dropped the dye on her, had no senior doctor present, and after an hour of torture said they needed to do the test again. My mother was sick for 3 days after because of their unprofessional behaviour. Please donot go here

Poor Hygiene - even the lab coats of staff are dirty, outdated machines and equipment, inexperienced staff mainly junior folks, Required multiple attempts to conduct ultrasound, very poor experience mainly caters to patients referred from other hospitals/clinics probably by comission agents Charges are higher than most reputed hospitals
