The
WORST
experience
I
have
ever
had
in
a
Chaayos
was
today
in
this
Green
Park
outlet,
and
it
was
all
because
of
one
single
person
who
was
taking
the
order
(not
revealing
the
name
here).
He
was
least
interested
in
taking
the
order,
was
constantly
on
his
phone,
billed
me
incorrectly
by
adding
item
I
didn’t
order
and
didn’t
even
give
me
the
extra
item.
Since,
no
hard
copy
of
the
bill
given,
I
found
out
this
when
I
came
back
home.
After
waiting
20
minutes
for
my
takeaway
order,
I
saw
that
online
orders
being
prioritized
and
Zomato,
Swiggy
delivery
boys
collecting
their
order,
so
I
asked
him
why
my
order
is
delayed,
to
which
he
rudely
asked
the
lady
making
the
tea,
to
give
my
order
in
whatever
state
it
was.
He
also
enlightened
me
with
a
new
fact
that
the
customer
is
supposed
to
ask
the
waiting
time
for
an
order
and
it
is
not,
and
I
am
quoting
here,
“the
employees
duty
to
tell
each
and
every
customer
about
the
time
it
will
take
to
prepare
the
order”.
Finally,
cherry
on
the
cake
was
that
my
takeaway
order
was
initially
handed
over
to
me
in
glasses
covered
with
foil,
instead
of
being
packed
in
a
kettle.
Not
sure
about
Chaayos,
but
definitely
not
visiting
the
Green
Park
outlet
again.
